Convenient location and nice neighborhood. We had a really fun time.

Kellie was an amazing host and very quick to respond to any questions. Everything was provided that was listed in the post plus more. We appreciated all the little extras. The place was very clean when we arrived. It was also great to have the extra space in her place especially coming from a few nights previously in small hotel rooms. Would recommend to anyone.

We really enjoyed staying at the house. It is very roomy and so welcoming! Jani is a wonderful host and very attentive to your needs. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. You will have everything that you need when you stay here. So enjoyable! Thank you Todd and Jani!

All of the beds are in the same room as the kitchen living area, I believe this use to be a school house many years ago, so it is very different from anything we've encountered before. It is very comfortable, clean, and spacious enough for 8. Host is very easy to work with and responds quickly.

The host was responsive, with clear communication, would send reminders to me and tried to make themselves available. Very convenient area as well

Beautiful location not too far from Zion and even closer to Red Cliffs. Super comfy beds, and pickleball court and hot tub just add the extra cherry on top. One of my most favorite Airbnbs - drinking coffee on the porch in the morning is what dreams are made of!

Place is beautiful, welcoming but the expectations for cleaning go above and beyond. There was an expectation to almost deep clean the house so that cleaning people don't have to do much.

Very comfortable and pleasant place to stay with our family of 5. It's a new building in a quiet development with a lot of new construction. Nice location, not too far from Zion, and on the way to Bryce Canyon and points east. One small quirk is that, although there is a wall between the main room and the bathroom, the whole space shares a single ceiling, so light and sound will travel from the bathroom to the rest of the space. It was fine for our family, but good to be aware of it.

Our stay here was a unique experience and one of the best we've had with kids so far. The unit was simple, cozy, and clean, featuring a full kitchen and two queen beds, perfect for our family of four. The surroundings were stunning, overlooking an alfalfa farm, with a lovely walking path leading to the Virgin River. The kids enjoyed feeding the chickens, goats, sheep, and pigs, as well as collecting fresh eggs. The backyard offered a fire pit and barbecue areas. Located just 20 minutes from Zion, it was a fantastic value for the money, and we had a wonderful time. We would love to return someday!

Desert watercolor was exactly what we were looking for! Absolutely loved it! We were only there for 1 night so we weren't able to take advantage of the hot tub or yoga opportunity, but the home was decorated with beautiful touches and quality finishes. We had everything we could possibly need! We would absolutely stay here again if in the area! Angeleas suggestions for local food/drink were on point! 5 stars all the way!

Was a clean, quiet place with great views and a hot tub to unwind after a long day at the national parks in the area. Coffee bar was awesome too! Also the muffins they left for the first morning were delicious! Would highly recommend this place!

We loved our stay at Canyon Casita! It was the perfect getaway - so comfortable. The kitchen, living area, bed and bathroom all helped make our Zion adventures feel luxurious to unwind with a nice bath or steam shower and we loved cooking and cozying up to watch movies in the living room. The hosts were also so wonderful, thoughtful and accommodating. We’d definitely recommend staying here and would do it again for our next Zion visit!

Came with family and had the best stay. Was close enough to Zion and Bryce Canyon. Secluded and had great views. Would definitely love to come back again.

Upon arrival we found the cabin all decorated for Christmas already. It was soo cool, the doors and cabinets were wrapped like presents, the bannisters wre wrapped in garland, it was a awsome unexpected surprise! We overprepared because of past stays at other cabins we would always get cold at night, but, not here. This cabin is well insulated with newer windows and the heating works great. The scenery is awesome and access is very easy. We have several kids and grandkids so internet and television was necessary and Valerie had that taken care of also. Snowball fights, sledding, hiking, some shopping, helping several non-4wheel drive vehicles that were stuck in the nearby intersection get to their destination, and spending quality time with family. MEMORIES were made and that was priceless! Thank you VALERIE!

Great place for a family vacation. Very close to Zion and Bryce. Perfect !!

Our family wanted to visit Zions and Bryce National Parks for spring break, and this was a convenient spot for both. House was beautiful and spacious, very well set up for families or large groups. It was fairly cold during our visit, so we didn't get to spend much time outside but we enjoyed the space for games and cooking. The neighborhood and property are quiet and inviting. Check out was simple and easy. Highly recommend if you're looking for a quiet getaway in the country. Be sure to take tire chains if you are there in the winter months.

We had an increadilbe time. DeAnn was a superhost. She recommended walks and the directions were clear. The house was so cozy and comfortable. She had everything in the cupboards for making dinners or breakfast. DeAnn has put me in trust with Airbnb in America. In Australia i have stopped using Airbnb because the hosts dont do anything for you. They dont even leave tea or coffee - JUST Nothing (as bare as they can). Not even flexible and many places are not clean. But in America and Europe they treat you better than Hotels. I highly recommend DeAnn's place for a beautiful relaxing country escape. If your a Hiker this is the ultimate place.

Amazing location and beautiful hom.

Kelly's cabin was a perfect home base for our group while exploring the surrounding parks. We were able to drive to the east entrance of Zion in about 45-50 minutes, and was a beautiful drive. The cabin was just as described with comfy beds, clean bathrooms, and a fully stocked kitchen so we were able to cook dinner at the house. Kelly and Margene were also great communicators, and gave very clear directions ahead of check in, and even included suggestions of where to go grocery shopping or out to dinner. We'd absolutely recommend Kelly's cabin for a comfortable stay while exploring Bryce, Zion, and all the surrounding nature!
