We loved our stay! It was a perfect home base for all that southern Utah has to offer. We didn’t make it to the parks but it would be perfect for traveling between Zion and Bryce. The house was just perfect for our family of five. Kitchen and bathroom were fully stocked! And the full size washer and dryer were great. Comfy beds and linens all around. The pool down the road was perfect for a cool dip and getting wiggles out from our long car rides. We pulled a permit for The Wave and this was only about an hour and a half from the trailhead. We had plenty of time! Thanks again!

Exceptionally nice and very well decorated. Everything I needed was right there. This place felt like home as soon as I arrived. The bed was comfortable. 100% will book this stay again. Location was spot on for the visit. The stars were out every night. So peaceful staying there.

We had an increadilbe time. DeAnn was a superhost. She recommended walks and the directions were clear. The house was so cozy and comfortable. She had everything in the cupboards for making dinners or breakfast. DeAnn has put me in trust with Airbnb in America. In Australia i have stopped using Airbnb because the hosts dont do anything for you. They dont even leave tea or coffee - JUST Nothing (as bare as they can). Not even flexible and many places are not clean. But in America and Europe they treat you better than Hotels. I highly recommend DeAnn's place for a beautiful relaxing country escape. If your a Hiker this is the ultimate place.

This was an amazing stay! Sunny was responsive and helpful for local activities! We loved the location and peaceful environment; the front window offered a panaramic view of buttes and desert. Clean towels, amazing shower, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. There was coffee already there so we didn't have to go shopping first thing! There is charcoal onsite to use in the grill, a relaxing pond. We would absolutely stay again!

Staying at Jen's sheep camp was one an amazing experience for both my son and I. The wagons were really cozy, very well equipped and the beds extremely comfortable. The entire camp is very thoughtfully laid out, well organized with a great shower with tons of hot water. The view of the surroundings and canyons off in the distance is stunning and the stars at night were like lanterns in the sky. I would love to come back here again some day and stay for longer.

Big Cottonwood Canyon Creek is the drinking supply for Salt Lake City. No joke that the pristine creek rages past the cabin, making the most incredible sound. The rustic cabin was perfect for the four of us; my two teens spent many hours dropping their fishing lines right off the porch and bridge on the property. The large kitchen allowed us to make our meals easily, as it was well stocked with all essentials. My husband was very happy with the espresso machine. The location is 11 minutes from Smith’s so food shopping is a breeze. The beds were comfortable and the cabin was warm when the nights hit 46 degrees in the summer. We drove up the mountain and had lunch on the balcony at the local lodge. This is paradise and if you are looking for a rustic cabin that is nestled in a beautiful Utah valley with countless hiking trails and abundant water, this is the place.

This tiny home was perfect and had everything I needed for multiple days spent between Bryce Canyon and Zion. A must stay if traveling to the area!

Trena’s place was awesome. My finance and I stayed there this past weekend. It has everything you need and the views were amazing. She was great to deal with and so nice with any questions we had. Definitely recommend staying here.

This was such a nice little place to stay. It was cheaper than getting a hotel room and more pleasant than a hotel. Just all around very cozy. The surrounding area is incredible with Zion 20 minutes away as well as a ton of fun little outdoors places within a 30-45 minute drive. Would very much recommend overall.

Great little spot about 20min away from the visitors center of Zion. Nice area with chickens and even pigs nearby. Though warned us the Wi-Fi may not be as good in the area, we had good connection. Cute place.

This tiny home was so cozy and cute! My husband and I enjoyed living the tiny home lifestyle for a night. Instructions were clear and we had no trouble checking in and out. Natalie was fast to responding and we always felt comfortable reaching out. The views and surrounding area were so beautiful!

We stayed for one night and wish we could have stayed longer! Such a cool place! Had the best nights sleep and woke up to enjoy the sunrise on the roof top. Could not recommend more!

Such a great getaway with the perfect place to stay! We loved being able to wind down and relax using the hot tub after long days of exploring. April was super kind and helpful with print outs of local recommendations and books of what to do around the area. The place was super cute and clean and the bed was super comfy. Couldn’t have picked a better location and host for our weekend out west!

Our stay at Jeans cottage was wonderful- comfortable with so much space to spread out with 2 families and 6 kids total. The kids loved all the activities from the trampoline, to the swing, to the jacuzzi, to the upstairs play areas, the go kart, and fire pit for s’mores! The access to Zion was perfect, too! Jean was extremely responsive to questions and had a thoughtful gift basket upon our arrival. I can’t recommend The Ardell Cottage enough! Thank you, Jean!

Nina's place is truly an oasis of peace and charm. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to prepare a great meal, and the sitting area is incredibly inviting complete with soft leather seating and floor to ceiling bookcases filled with all kinds of reading material. A small electric fireplace adds cozy ambience, complemented by thoughtfully chosen artwork throughout the space. The bathroom is standard in layout, with quality towels/soap/shampoo. The bedroom features a fantastic bed with soft, cuddly blankets perfect for warding off the desert chill. The real gem, though, is the private patio. We brought our dogs with us and were happy to have a safe, enclosed space where they could play and relax. The outdoor fire pit, gas grill, and plentiful seating make it ideal for enjoying the beautiful evenings; s’mores, anyone? The entire cabin is clean, and although it’s pet friendly, you’d never know it as there’s no trace of prior pups. We look forward to returning!

Marla is the best host! She was so generous and helpful about everything. My car broke down and we had to take it to the mechanic in Hurricane, where it was held for 3 days and we couldn't leave as planned! She went out of her way to help us, like finding ways to get to Zion without a car, offering to let us use her car, offering us lifts, letting us stay an extra night for free, offering late check out, and making delicious apricot cobbler that she fed us! Her whole property and yard area (she also rents out rooms in her house) feel so welcoming and well thought out (hot tub, fire pit etc). Marla manages it all and interacts with her guests with a huge smile, warm heart and wonderful laughter. I highly recommend a stay here!

Cute little blue tiny home! It looked tiny from the outside but I was blown away walking inside! It had everything we needed for our three night stay and more! Loved their movie selection! What a great touch! The scenery outside was breathtaking! Loved going in the hammock and relaxing.

This is our second time staying here and we love it! We were on a road trip coming from white pocket and headed to angels landing the next day in Zion. It was a perfect stopover and super comfortable. Randy is so fun to chat with and Christina is so accommodating and helpful. Recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, unique stay!

My wife and I absolutely loved this charming little cottage! It was the perfect cozy getaway for two—beautifully decorated, spotless, and thoughtfully maintained. Pine Valley is a hidden gem: peaceful and private, yet still conveniently close to St. George for anything you might need. The scenery is stunning, and the crisp mountain air made our stay even more refreshing. Mitzi was an incredible host—friendly, responsive, and so accommodating throughout our stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We could see see Zion from our door! Aaron gave us great MTB rental recommendations and his crew was great! Would recommend to all our friends and family!

The Narrows was a great stay, it was so private and a perfect view from the jacuzzi to the mountains! You cannot beat the views here, it was such an incredible experience. Mindy was also a great host- we stayed at Canyon Overlook the first night and at Narrows the second night and Mindy made the transition from one to the other very seamlessly! if you’re still thinking about it- don’t- definitely book right away!!
