A good, simple place that has what you need. I like straight-forward places like this. Big kitchen and very powerful air conditioning. The place is in a central location, but it's also on a busy road and across the street from a gas station, so note that, if you're wondering about surrounding area. Additionally, the unit in the building is up a flight of steep stairs, which is a little tricky, especially if you can't find the light switch. The bed, while large, was a bit thin too. However, Doug was also very communicative when responding to issues. There was an issue with the internet/wifi, and he made a point to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and do whatever was possible to get it fixed. Hopefully he'll also take feedback to further better the place, because it does have good potential.

Duplex was great, laid out well. Easy on and off the highway. Very quiet. Will try to rent this space again

I wish I would have found John’s place earlier. Great location, right on the river trail. It’s nice to be on the top floor for extra peace and quiet. I’ll definitely book again. Great AirBnB.

Baley's place was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Beautiful wood floors, balcony space off the kitchen and bay window seat in the dining room made the space extra special!

This was the third time I stayed at Patrick’s and it is always an extremely enjoyable experience. From the beautiful view of Lake Michigan, the comfortable accommodations and the close proximity of restaurants and downtown it would be impossible for me to give a higher recommendation. I look forward to my next visit to Manitowoc in the spring and hope Patrick’s place will be available.

Clear instructions for parking and very easy check-in. It was actually closer to college Ave than we realized making out Saturday plans entirely walkable. We love it was pet friendly and we had our two dogs with us. There was a nice park right across the street for them to stretch their legs. Jodi’s place was incredibly clean and amenities were just right.

Very responsive and proactive host. Home was beautiful, clean, cozy, and updated. It was clear that the host thought of all the little things - condiments in the fridge, tea and coffee in the kitchen, soap/shampoo/conditioner/towels/hair dryer in the bathroom, comfortable furniture and beds, tv in every room, etc. We wanted a cozy space that was enough room for everyone and was cozy enough to feel like home. A short drive to all the Green Bay attractions and very close to quick things like coffee or fast food.

Lexi was an amazing host. Our stay was amazing, such a beautiful home away from home. I felt very comfortable there and the place was extremely clean and well put together. Definitely worth it!

The Place was perfect for our needs, close to where our son lives, but not far from Lambau Field (although too far to walk it). Navigating to and from the place for shopping and restaurants is very easy. There is a mall and a great Hy Vee not far. The place was squeeky clean and everything worked and there is plenty of dishes. The bathroom is roomy and the shower is great. The big screen TV was wonderful and when we couldn't figure something so simple on the remote, Nathan came right over and showed us and didn't made us feel silly for not knowing. The place is on a busy street and corner, so if someone is a real light sleeper it could be an issue. It wasn't for us. The beds were comfortable and the pillows wonderful. We slept like logs. We were just delighted with the place and will definately be back in addition to sharing this location with other family members. Thank you Nathan and Sarah for allowing us to stay at your place. See you again!

Easy check in and enough space for a group night out. Walkable distance ti the downtown which had so much to do. Special thanks to the host being flexible and welcoming. Would come back again!

We've stayed at a lot of Airbnb's over the years, and Payton's place really is one that stands out. It just felt like home - all the little touches, the neighborhood, everything just was perfect. Also, probably one of the most spotless rentals we've ever stayed in. Pictures & description match exactly; loved the fireplace & puzzles for cozy evenings in. Comfy beds and pillows, spotless bathroom, cushy robes and towels. Loved the Sprecher soda in the fridge; great little dog touches too, like a water area with bowls, and poop bags and a leash holder by the door. Fenced in yard as well, and even gloves and hats in case the weather takes you by surprise. The neighborhood is super cozy and safe - you are walking distance to Lox, Stocks, and Bagels, which is a MUST visit. You are also walking distance to the Fox River Trail, and Studio 1212, which is a cute wine bar with delicious food. As a Wisconsinite, I can safely say you are going to get that Midwest hospitality at Payton's Place

this was the perfect place for our stay. we wanted a condo with a hot tub so we could relax and hang out. our plan was to spend a good amount of time hanging out and chilling at the BNB, and just go to a couple different places around Sheboygan. this condo was perfect for that. I have no complaints, this place was perfect. if I ever return to Sheboygan, we'll definitely be looking to stay here again.

I came for the IMSA race and everywhere was booked. Found this place and was very happy! The price was what I found to be the right price and the place was perfect. It was very comfortable and clean with everything you need. I met the owner personally and they were very friendly and welcoming. For next year’s race, I will be back :)
