We had a great time and loved the house. It was a perfect trip! Only a few minor issues getting in the front door and turning on one of the air conditioners. Hallin & Co responded immediately, came to the property to address and handle the issues. The house was extremely accommodating to our group and we will definitely plan to rent again.

Lydia’s property is fantastic and is in the perfect location for anyone visiting a student at Liberty University. Lydia is extremely responsive, her home is spotless and she includes all amenities needed for your stay! I highly recommend this property and look forward to staying here again in the not so distant future!

Perfect home for a weekend get away with friends! We have stayed at the Loft on the Knoll so many times, so we were super excited to rent the “big house” this time with our friends. Home was absolutely spotless and had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and those spices/things you always seem to forget when traveling. Basement was soooo cool with a ping pong table and corn hole boards. We were really happy to have two separate living areas since we were sharing with another couple. We each had our own space and did not have to worry about anything. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it was right there if we wanted to. We cannot wait to come back when the pool is open! Extra perk- seeing the cute baby goats! 10000% recommend!

This was a wonderful place to stay at during our trip to Lynchburg. It was extremely clean and looked just like the photos. The area was peaceful, well kept, and safe. When we arrived there was a cute welcome basket filled with snacks. Also, we appreciated the many streaming services ready to be used on the tv! There is a drive-thru coffee shop (Joe Beans) that is a very close drive—great drinks and baked goods! I would highly recommend this place and felt the host was eager to provide a great stay.

Logan was a very responsive host. We enjoyed the home very much. The kids loved the arcade games, the back patio, and the big bubble bath on the main level which was very accessible for kids next to the bunk beds room they loved. We had a great family thanksgiving in the beautiful dinning room. Would highly recommended this home for anyone visiting Liberty University or Lynchburg Virginia for family trip. Great location and we loved watching the red cardinals through the big windows in the kitchen/ breakfast nook.

I recommend working with Jonathan and staying in his home. Jonathan is a great communicator so he is easy to work with and his place is exactly as it’s described. It’s brand new on the inside and the location is great. It’s a super easy walk into the heart of downtown Farmville. All in all it was a great experience. I recommend anyone stay there very highly.

Great place for us as it was only 6 minutes from Liberty, where my kids competed at a swim meet. The place was as described, super clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the views as well.

This home is everything you would expect and more. It was a great place to just get away from everything. If you looked out the back window, you could see cows and horses walking up and down the hill behind the house. If I get a chance to stay in that area again, I would definitely rent this place again.

This place was perfect for our family! The location is amazing, close to everything, but still tucked back and quiet. It’s nicely appointed and the fenced in backyard was great for my kids to play. The beds were comfy and it was spotless clean. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed for a family birthday party in Farmville and the location was great for us and our seven year old. The adjoining bedrooms were especially helpful for our child. The house was clean and had everything we needed, and was walking distance to Main Street. We could stay again!

Our 2nd time staying at this location. Great place to stay while visiting college kids! House very clean- Abigail is excellent at communicating- very responsive!! Will reserve again, if available!

We loved Andy's place so much the first week we rented it, that we rented it 2 more times for a total of 3 weeks. It really is like home away from home! We were in that area for work reasons! But after finding Andy's place, I'm going to keep his adress saved so i can take my girlfriend there when we need a vacation & some peace and quiet!

It was a beautiful place to stay. The kids felt right at home and were able to rest well between prelims and finals of their swim meet. Very modern and up to date. Very easy owners to work with in regards to setting up booking and modifying. Thank you so much.

Our family gathered there in the Forest/Lynchburg area for Thanksgiving this year. We found this property to be entirely suitable for our use in this way. The house is laid out well and we were able to enjoy our time together. Scott was very accommodating on anything that we needed and responsive when we had any questions. We certainly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider staying in this property again if we needed to gather in that area. Highly recommend this property to others whose group sizes are compatible with the house. Thanks so much for making us feel at home and for accommodating us while we were here.

This was hands down one of the best airbnb we have ever stayed in. The home and property were absolutely perfect. Our dog enjoyed every minute of the open space and woods. The hosts were amazing and very accomodating. The privacy and peacfulness of the location was top notch. Would highly recommend this place for a peaceful relaxing refreshing getaway.

I booked this house for my bridal party and myself to stay at the night before my wedding. The house was super close to my wedding venue at Hardware Hills Vineyard! Our stay was perfect and the house was exactly as described. It was nice to wake up on the morning of wedding and walk outside on the porch and watch the sheep. Loved it!

Went to celebrate my 9 year anniversary and get away from the city, was a great change of pace and the grounds were very beautiful. Was a very unique and pleasant visit and I'd be glad to come back
