We had a wonderful time staying with Simon and Kerry - the apartment is just as described and had everything we needed. It’s very close to the cafes and restaurants of Penola, but very peaceful. We also did a winery tour with them and loved every minute! Would highly recommend for anyone looking to visit the Coonawarra wine region.

Stayed at joys place for 3 days and absolutely loved it. Beautiful home with a really lovely garden, really enjoyed sitting out in the sunshine having a quiet cuppa. Got to enjoy a fresh home baked loaf of bread each day, with Joy dropping a new loaf into the bread bin at gate daily. So yum!! Although Joys house is alongside the property she absolutely respected our privacy and we didn’t even see her for the duration. 100% recommend and will return ourselves when next visiting.

Didnt want to leave. From the moment we arrived it felt like home. While the place wasnt perfect, the things that generally matter were. Every creature comfort of home was there. The beach is a short stroll or even shorter drive. The neighbours and general community are friendly. The area is quiet and the stars are very bright. Rooms are all bigger than expected. Biggest negative was the pump which was very loud in the bedroom with the triple bunk bed, but we all slept through it running no problems.

We lover our stay at Kym’s. The house was clean & had everything we needed. Breakfast supplies were fantastic. Kym was thoughtful & made sure outside light was on when she found out we were coming late. Beautiful, peaceful cottage. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable and clean little cottage. Couldn't believe how comfortably cool the cottage was even with windows open in the warm weather (without using a/c). Located in a lovely quiet small street. Garden was nice and well kept. short easy walk to main shops and eateries. Plenty of cooking utensils and lovely continental breakfast provsions supplied. Would highly recommend for a stay in Naracoorte. Thanks Marie.

Enjoyed the peace and quiet in this lovely area. Comfortable beds, cottage was well furnished with everything needed, and a lovely deck area to relax on.

We felt home the moment we arrived. The cottage has everything we needed, what an amazing place to stay, so peaceful, quiet and beautiful 😍 I can highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to be in nature, but have the luxury of a fully equipped house.

Jen is a brilliant host, really helped us out in a pinch and was able to get the house ready for us asap. The house it self is really nice and in a great location. If I need accomodation again in Penola, this will be my first and only stop. Jen also responded promptly to any questions I had.
