Lovely view! My friends and I were doing some Monterey and Santa Cruz activities over a long weekend, and this was a great halfway point. Comfy, spacious enough for our group of 5 plus my dog. Would book again!

This was an amazing place with a great location! We loved the space and especially the backyard! Would definitely recommend and next time we come to Capitola we will be booking this house!

What you see is what you get! This really is a Fairy Palace. The house is located in a VERY peaceful setting well off the street in the forest. If the house were located in a normal subdivision it might seem a bit "weird". But given it's remote location and charming landscaping it somehow makes sense :) Rezan is very responsive and helpful. The home is larger than the pictures suggest and is very clean and functional. It would be great for a family exploring the area or like me, a traveler looking for peace and quiet to do a bit of business. Only things I would point out are that Rezan actually lives in the apartment below. So you don't have the entire property to yourself. And, I'm not sure what the outdoor cameras see, but one of them is aimed right at the large living room window. So you can't help but feel eyes are on you. Other than that, everything was as advertised. Enjoy!

We had a wonderful stay at Ali’s home. They were very responsive to all questions and requests. The location was perfect, very walkable to downtown and also the boardwalk, but private and peaceful at the same time. A perfect spot to explore and enjoy Santa Cruz!

I LOVED this place. It was so beautiful on the inside and out. Each room was so spacious and organized. Also, the walk from the house to the beach was doable and super convenient.

The Seacliff Family Beach House is clean, tastefully appointed and within walking distance to beautiful Seacliff State Beach and the cute shops around it. The neighborhood is quiet and there is easy access to a lovely park and pumper track which was great for our six year old. My son and I stayed here with my parents and were very comfortable. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything a home cook needs and there are boogie boards, a beach wagon and fire pit available to use. Very family friendly property. I would highly recommend and would return for another stay.

Beautiful setting and the house was incredibly well stocked with all the things we needed to cook and enjoy.

Ronnie was great about communicating clearly and anticipating everything we'd need to know in order to check in smoothly. The house is super pretty and very comfy, with lots of special touches, a lovely gas fireplace for chilly coastal nights, comfortable beds and linens, plenty of towels, a nice shower, and lots of space to unpack! The kitchen is very well stocked, the backyard is beautiful (we loved to sit out there with breakfast pastries and coffee from the local cafe), and all the rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. We loved the bikes (in excellent condition) and the ping pong table. The house is a very easy walking distance to Private's Beach and the stores and restaurants. A really nice coffee shop with great pastries was a stone's throw away, and several nice dinner places. A perfect spot! I'm bummed that the place isn't available for our trip in June! Will check here first whenever we travel to SC.

We had such a great time!! The property was super clean. Jaime was very responsive. She had something we needed under an hour delivered to the front door! The area was cool, walkable & safe, lots of restaurants, ocean just a couple of blocks away, and lots of local artisan shops to visit. The property looked like the pictures and two big windows that brought the sunlight in was really nice , too. Very nice vibes here. We will be back!

Comfortable and clean spot for a family friendly beach vacation! Plus the view exceeded my expectations!

Wonderful clean condo at Seascape resort. As a family with small children it’s perfect I have all the amenities in a condo plus resort features like a heated pool you can use in the middle of winter! Beds were comfortable, great proximity to the pool, and a 15 minute walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We appreciated that it is independently owned, including the community activism to give back. The location was great, we were able to walk to the beach for dinner; and a short drive to the college and other areas.

I stayed here for about a week with my two kids for spring break. I felt very safe here traveling without a partner - right across the street from the police station, next to the fire house, and secure locks on the doors. This place was perfect! Fully stocked kitchen, walking distance from downtown and the beach, lots of space for us plus a few friends who came to visit. Hosts are very responsive and helpful. I'd stay here again!

The pictures you see are exactly what you get! It was nice being able to walk to the beach after breakfast and enjoy bonfires after dinner! The place has a full kitchen and was clean. We visited Carmel by the Sea and Monterey. We definitely enjoyed our time. 🙂

Tranquility Base…surely lived up to its name. So comfortable, so charming we felt like a part of the forest. The whole place had so much personality we felt right at home Magical and enchanting getaway Highly recommended We’ll be back

My whole family absolutely loved and enjoyed this place! The surroundings were breathtaking and our dog loved exploring the grounds also. Home was very comfortable although I do wish it had some toothpaste since we forgot ours lol other than that my kids (18, 7, 3) all thoroughly enjoyed this stay and all the cool creatures and bugs they found outside. The weather was perfect for a fire pit with smores and a nice bottle of wine. We would most definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin! Falling asleep to the sound of the stream was just lovely and the bed is SO plush! We enjoyed walking down the small pathway next to the stream, spotting cute banana slugs and red newts amongst the redwoods. Rachel was very responsive for anything we needed. There is a shared wall to the home and the co-host living there was quiet and respectful. Location is everything! Being only 10 mins from town and its so easy to get to was pretty spoiling. We craved japanese food and boba which only took around 18 minutes to get wherever we wanted to go. Such a beautiful home you have! Thank's for offering it so others can experience the calm it brings. We went to relax and unwind, honestly didn't want to leave.

A wonderful stay in the redwoods! Debbie was very kind and responsive and we’d love to come back so we could spend more time exploring the forest + Santa Cruz beaches.

What a peaceful get-away. The cabin was easy to find and the surroundings are beautiful and serene. And the cabin was spotless with a great kitchen and bathroom. I highly recommend.

This is the first cabin/cottage I have ever stayed in, let alone the first time I've ever been in 1 in California at that (I moved from Missouri). This place was pretty dope, Masood was very accommodating & upgraded us to a place on the river. It was peaceful having the sound of the river/creek all night in the background, along w/the fireplace roaring with wood. FYI: buy wood before you come here. I would definitely come back & next time, stay for longer. This is right inside a small town too, so there's basically a main street w/all the businesses etc.
