This place was fantastic! Loved the proximity to the beach, George’s, Block Island ferry and more!! Such a hidden gem and will definitely be back! Karen and Peter were excellent hosts and always responsive if we had any questions. The apartment was so cutely decorated too!

We loved staying at Michael’s place ~ super clean, roomy, and comfortable furniture/beds. Kitchen was very well stocked but we did not use much as we took advantage of great places to eat in the city. We loved that that the home was walkable to several local restaurants. Michael was very accommodating with our late check-in, super responsive, and easy to communicate with. Thank you again for a great stay, Michael!

A perfect stay for our work overnight in Newport! Will was easy to reach and very helpful when it came to our parking needs. This was a work visit for us so no site seeing in Newport but it was centrally located! Thank you again Will for your help!!!

Great little place to stay right on main street. Super convenient parking and plenty of walkable restaurants in the area for coffee or dinner. The place was clean, cozy, had a comfortable bed and two smart TVs with fast wifi for streaming. Ian was easy to communicate with and offered flexible check in and check out times. Would stay again or recommend to anyone else staying in the area!

We were in town for only 1 night and Yen's place worked perfectly for the 3 of us. The apartment is on the upper floor of an older house but is in great shape and very clean. The kitchen has all the basics to make a meal and there are a few pantry items in the cupboards. We stayed in mid-March and didn't need the air conditioning or have to adjust the heat and it was very comfortable. There are 35 stairs to reach the apartment that turn a couple times before arriving at the apartment door, which could be a hinderance for people with mobility issues, but they are well maintained and well lit, so not a problem otherwise. Yen's directions were clear and when we needed to reach him, he was quick to respond. Would stay there again.

This Airbnb was an unexpected gem. The neighborhood is quiet and right near the bike path. Warren has some top notch restaurants within walking distance. The place itself was clean, the beds were comfortable, the bed linens were crisp, and there were ample towels. The amenities were just as described. There is a little private patio off of the kitchen and there is a bigger area next to it with a fire pit and picnic bench. The host was incredibly responsive, sometimes within minutes and very accommodating to all of our needs and questions.

Great location and easy to walk around to nearby shops and restaurants. Felt like everything was just 15 minutes by foot! It is very nice to have reserved parking. Well appointed for what you need for a long weekend stay. During the weekdays the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. We were only there one weekend night, but you could hear music from surrounding businesses.

Allena went above and beyond to make our study as comfortable as possible. Super responsive, accommodating, resourceful, and helpful with our stay. Bed was super comfortable, the apartment is very well equipped with everything one needs including luxury sheets and towels. The apartment is very conveniently located close to Brown and downtown. We appreciated the freshly laid eggs from her very quiet chickens. We will definitely stay here in our next visit.

We stayed at the Marilla #1 for several nights in November. Our unit was cozy and very-well appointed. We felt right at home. The kitchen/dining/living space was cozy and well-arranged. All the appliances were clean and worked well. The big bed was very comfortable. It was easy to keep the place comfortable with baseboard heat. Bathroom fixtures were in great shape, and there was almost no waiting for hot water in the shower/bath. Unit #1 faces the access street behind the building, so there isn't much street noise or hubbub from the pub and bar/grill just down the street. We came to get in the water, so Steven's directions for beach access were very helpful. Steven's price is extremely reasonable for this area. We would definitely stay here again.

My stay at Sarah’s place was fantastic, it’s a great location surrounded by plenty of amazing restaurants and bars. The condition of the unit was pristine. Sarah was extremely helpful and had great communication throughout my stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Beautiful home and a great neighborhood easy get to beaches and restaurants. You can easily tell tgw property very well maintained and every detail is well thought out. Pool towels to hangers, dish soap, etc etc. The host was incredibly sweet and an excellent communicator. She was always responsive to any questions. I highly recommend this property.

Lakisha's apartment was as aesthetically pleasing, spacious, and comfortable as described. The kitchen alone is the size of a comfortable apartment. While the jacuzzi tub took a while to fill, it was worth the wait! Lakisha herself was very responsive, addressing my difficulty logging into the wifi promptly and was eager to make things right. She worked with us during checkout. I would recommend this place for travelers and locals seeking a staycation!

What a wonderful place to stay. Very pleasant, quiet, and comfortable. The jacuzzi tub was so relaxing! I highly recommend staying here if you are ever in the Woonsocket area!

Perfect for a couple looking for a get away in Newport but not directly downtown. Still close enough to do everything downtown yet having a quite place.

Beautiful historic penthouse in great location. Great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance. David was available and responsive, and quick to rectify any issues.

Very clean, ideal location tucked away near the downtown area. Walkable to most everything in downtown Newport. Host was very responsive and welcoming. The apartment was a bit pricy for what it was, and there were some serious scuff marks / damage to one of the walls that we reported immediately when we checked in so they knew it wasn't from our stay. The walls were very thin so we could hear everything the room next door was doing, but other than that, it was a great stay.
