My sisters and I enjoyed a fabulous visit to Newport, RI after almost a decade of being away from New England. Coming off season was delightful - fewer crowds, happy merchants and service people, great restaurants and shops still open and available. Our condominium had private, reserved parking (two spots). The building felt safe and secure. The elevator to the top floor unit was very helpful with our luggage and belongings. Each of us enjoyed the pleasure of having our own bedrooms and bathrooms to use. Newport is very walkable. Once the car was parked in the garage, we only had to take it out once to do a scenic drive. Otherwise there was plenty of strolling, shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Starbucks was a short walk from the condo and opened at 5:30am each morning. I was the sister elected to be the early bird to walk to get coffee for the group. I felt safe and enjoyed the pre-dawn walk in the crisp, cool Fall air. Fabulous vacation, thanks!

Great little place to stay in Misquamicut beach! Super short walk to the town beach, and extremely convenient location for going to westerly or anywhere else in RI! Close to mystic/ Stonington also.

Nancy and Alyssa truly embraced the beach theme, creating an ideal retreat for anyone looking to escape the city and unwind. Nancy is a fantastic host who prioritizes guest comfort, and the thoughtful details in the decor and room amenities reflect that care. It's a wonderful place to stay.

Darcy's place is a comfortable condo just a 10 minute walk from the harbour. The place had everything we needed for a short visit to attend the Newport Jazz Festival. Overall a great experience.

Alex is a great host and this place was perfect for a girls weekend with 6 people! It was very clean and the host stocked the apartment with all the necessities which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend!

This location was great! The wedding we attended was right down by the wharf, so it made our planning much easier by not relying on Ubers or Lyfts!

Me and my friends from college wanted a quick getaway to Newport for the weekend. This was a great location, very walkable to the restaurants and bars. Parking can be tricky in Newport so be aware of the signage.

We came for a lacrosse tournament and decided to do a house/condo rather than a hotel for extra room. It was a great choice for us. The place was clean and quiet. She left us with so many snacks and plenty of kitchen supplies. We have done many rentals on this site and have had to bring or buy oil, salt, pepper, butter, spices. She had everything already there. I forgot my toothbrush and she had them already available. If we do this tournament next year I will definitely request this place again.

I had a wonderful extended stay at Qi’s place! The place was well furnished, clean and in a perfect location with off street parking. Qi was very helpful and communicated well during a snow storm!

Had a wonderful stay at Jaime’s Airbnb. Photos were very accurate and you can’t beat the location. Lots of great restaurants around and plenty to do. There was also always space to park in the back. I stayed for a few weeks and would definitely go back!

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is absolutely amazing - walkable to everything (beach, shops, restaurants) but tucked away on a quieter street. The place had high ceilings and was more spacious than we had anticipated. Beautiful newly renovated bathroom. George was a great host, easy to communicate with and quick to resolve any problems we had! I would definitely recommend staying here.

There was a cyclone the day after we arrived. We asked I if there were umbrellas in the unit and told no but that's a good idea. We left for breakfast. When we returned 2 umbrellas were sitting by our door. These are very responsive hosts. We were very happy with the accommodations. They meet the needs of our trip.

Place was larger than expected and it's a great location with lots to do close by!

This apartment is ideal in every way - extremely clean, excellent location close to great restaurants, and even larger and better than it looks in the pictures. Communication with Mustafa was easy before and during our trip - he responded very quickly to all of our questions! Check in was easy as well. We would definitely stay again when we are back in Providence!

We had a lovely stay at Charles’ place. The kitchen was well equipped, beds cozy and the hot tub so much fun. Charles’ place provided the perfect home away from home for my family. I loved being back in Bristol!! The house is centrally located to town which I also loved.

Honestly, Rachel was incredible! We were a little confused about which parking lot to use but that was an us thing haha. We messaged Rachel and she responded almost immediately. The entrance was only a tiny bit tricky but just as she described the restaurant staff was so friendly and helpful when asked about it. The place was clean, the area is fun and convenient! I will 100% be a returning customer and would recommend her space to anyone. Federal Hill is a nice place to feel like you’re out of RI while still being in RI anyway but everything Rachel had to offer just added to the magic of it all! Thank you, sweets! You’re an amazing host.

Excellent unit with great view of the harbor. The unit and the inn itself is very clean and smells very fresh. The rooftop deck gives an amazing view of the sunset over the harbor. There is adequate/free parking at the inn as well as at the sister resort across the street. Walking distance from great restaurants and shopping complexes. Gary was quickly responsive to all my questions and provided excellent details for check ins etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful location right on the marina in downtown Newport! The place was wonderful and just steps from all of the restaurants and shops in Newport!

Beautiful and fully equipped room! There were heated pools and I made use of the gym. Lots of walkable restaurants and the staff gave great recommendations

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

We had a fantastic stay in Newport! The location was perfect—central to everything we wanted to see and do. Andrew was an exceptional host, always responsive and communicative. He checked in at booking, before our arrival, and during our stay to ensure we were comfortable and enjoying our time!

Loved our stay! The condo was amazing with beautiful views of the city and water. Wish we could have stayed much longer and will definitely stay here when we come back!
