I don’t want to hype it up too much because I would like it to stay available when we need it. It was a lovely location. Really clean, comfy, felt right at home. It was safe and the kitchen is for a cook for sure. Awesome place. No reason to pass this one up. Host was exceptional.

We loved the space. Very clean and nice. Only thing I missed was a coffee maker :). Beautiful linens and living room was comfortable. Thank you for allowing us to visit!

Great spot for solo or couple . Would be nice here in summer to utilize the great deck off the back , right near water . Close to rocky point too . Can’t beat the price either , very comfortable .

We had a very relaxing weekend. Amanda’s home is beautiful and comfortable. Very picturesque in the snow. The home had everything we needed and we loved the cozy living room and wood stove. The kitchen is so good and we loved that they had so many staple items that are easy to forget. We would definitely stay again!

House was amazing, beautiful inside & out. looks even better in person 😍. being able to walk into a preheated House from out of the snow made my day. Me and my college roommates from RWU freshman year rented this place for a long overdue reunion and it was so perfect! Don’t hesitate on this booking for your Bristol Rhode Island needs! It was clean and extremely comfortable and everything felt so easy! The neighbors were nice! Everything felt wonderful! We feel grateful and recharged! If you need a house for your stay in Bristol this is it! The beds were so comfortable they made me question everything about the comfort I thought existed in my own home lol. Thank you!

The place was great for us. We came as a family of 5 with our 3 boys' girlfriends. We all had such a nice time. The rooms were perfect. The backyard was a treat. Loved the firepit and the grill. We had such great family time. Thanks!

Justin was a wonderful, friendly, helpful, responsible, professional host, and the place was lovely! I especially loved the peace and quiet of being on a dead-end street, and it was a surprise and pleasure to be able to see so many stars from the house (far more than I'm used to). Walking distance to the ocean was great, too! The bed was comfortable, and I had everything I needed for a quiet retreat. I'd intended to spend more time in Newport and the Cliff Walk, but I liked Sachuett Point even more, spending a lot of time over there, walking on rocks and beaches near the ocean (even though it was the winter). Dramatic, quiet, and beautiful!

We needed a place to stay for the holidays while some work was being done at our house a few miles away. We felt really lucky to have found Ashely and Justin’s house when we walked in. Four bedrooms with 5 king and queen beds were an incredible plus, and the beds were perfect. The bathrooms were super clean and had great linens, lotions, soaps and other things like makeup removers. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils we needed and was a big open space you can move around. The living spaces in front and back of the house were big and open, well furnished. The living room in the back opens to a great backyard with a fire pit and swinging bench. The house is awesome and we’ve recommended to all our local friends and family. But the thing I like the most was being in the Pier and walking to the seawall and beach, Monihans jetty and the restaurants and pubs off Boon Street. Location location location!
