Apartment was exactly as described by others. Parking was a breeze, clear instructions (including photos to help guide you to the exact location for parking). The parking spot is very close to the entrance. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for a take-away meal. Quiet neighborhood. We'll stay here again.

We were in town for a dance competition and they can be very hectic so we really enjoyed coming back to this quiet and peaceful apartment. Everything was wonderful from the start. Graham was so responsive and helpful with my many questions and check in was a breeze. I loved how everything was labeled, there was no guessing how to use the tv or where to find anything, he has everything marked and labeled for ease of use. The apartment was truly clean and relaxing, we felt right at home. My daughter was in love with the lighted mirrors in the bedrooms. We will definitely be back if we are ever in Providence again, I HIGHLY recommend this airbnb. Melissa

The unit was really nice-clean and spacious. This location is close to a lot of really good restaurants. The area felt safe and was quiet.

Nicole's place is a perfect Airbnb for a weary traveler. Perfectly located within walking distance of many great restaurants bars and shops. Nice ground floor garage. Follow her perfectly worded and thorough instructions and you can't lose. Priced perfectly and the Loft is very spacious and feels nice. Nicole was always quick with a response and accommodating. Will be my spot when I'm in town

Just perfect! The location was close to downtown and easily walkable to city activities. The street was quiet with easy access to the freeway. While a small footprint, I had everything I needed in this 1b/1b. The bed was heaven; I slept like an angel the whole time. One suggestion, add a couple of basic kitchen items (salt, pepper, olive oil, etc) to make using the kitchen a little easier.

This is a simple, homey apartment away from the chaos of downtown yet just a quick drive away. We cooked several meals there and would say that though it’s not a chef’s kitchen it gets the job done. If you plan to cook, bring your own oils, spices, etc and expect basic pots, pans, and dishes. Awesome entertainment options, comfy beds, quiet, light and airy. We had a great stay. Host communication is outstanding.

Excellent unit with great view of the harbor. The unit and the inn itself is very clean and smells very fresh. The rooftop deck gives an amazing view of the sunset over the harbor. There is adequate/free parking at the inn as well as at the sister resort across the street. Walking distance from great restaurants and shopping complexes. Gary was quickly responsive to all my questions and provided excellent details for check ins etc. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Andrew was great to work with. He was very responsive. I would rent from him again. The unit was really nice and in a great location! Beautiful views from the balcony. The furniture was modern and the unit was very private...only 2 units on the floor. *There were 3-5 of us at a time (depending on the night) staying there very comfortably for my daughter's wedding weekend. On the morning of my daughter's wedding, we had the girls getting ready there for a few hours. We had enough room to move around :) I hope to rent there again for a relaxing get away :)

Beautiful location right on the marina in downtown Newport! The place was wonderful and just steps from all of the restaurants and shops in Newport!

Beautiful and fully equipped room! There were heated pools and I made use of the gym. Lots of walkable restaurants and the staff gave great recommendations

We are so pleased with our stay which has a beautiful water view! It was so nice to see all the activities and beautiful boats passing by. The condo was clean and spacious and the bed was so so comfortable! We were in the heart of the downtown and were able to walk to the many shops, restaurants and fun activities happening around us! So much to do! We absolutely loved our stay and will hope to book this again. Marc thank you for being a great host! Very easy to check in and accommodations were excellent! :)

Perfect location to Thames St. and very walkable to all the water front locations. Great parking, easy check in, beautiful views, lovely beds and bedding. Worth the price. Only disappointment was uncomfortable seating, but we dealt with it! Two thumbs up!

Jacki’s home was absolutely delightful. The space was bigger than I imagined and extremely comfortable. The space was clean and very well organized. Great kitchen for cooking with more than enough pots, pans & cooking utensils, including condiments. The outdoor fire pit with supplied firewood and shower were a bonus . This home is a gem and a perfect location for a large group that’s wants to explore Newport or stay local. Jacki was extremely helpful & communicative, which is ALWAYS appreciated when traveling somewhere new. Don’t hesitate to book your future stay!

We loved our stay! It was in the perfect spot we needed it to be. It was clean, easy to find, and easy to check in/out. Tim was responsive and helped us with any questions we had. I highly recommend this air bnb. It was a beautiful home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this historic home. Centrally located, it is beautifully appointed and very accommodating. Our party of seven enjoyed breakfasts together in the welcoming dining room, evening conversation in the gracious living room, and afternoon chats in the gorgeous patio garden. Everyone reported a good night’s rest in their comfortable bed and good water pressure in the showers. Matthew and Alice are wonderful hosts. Communication with them is easy and seamless. They made us feel welcomed in their lovely home. I highly recommend their home for a memorable AirBnB stay in Providence.

Beautiful house that was well equipped and provides great views from all desks. Multiple levels offer personal space for larger groups.

This is a wonderful house. it was super dog friendly and we felt at home while we were there. All the extra touches really made it a wonderful place to stay.

The Lake House is gorgeous--beautifully designed inside and out. It is on a private lake, with a dock, a canoe, and kayaks. There were more than enough life jackets for everyone. The boys and their Opa (grandfather) had great fun fishing off the dock, and they caught a lot of fish, which they threw back. We had six adults, three children, plus an infant, and the house had a bedroom for everyone except the two boys, who were 11 and 8. Sharon graciously ordered new deluxe air mattresses for the boys. When I inquired about a hair dryer, she ordered a brand-new one for the house. Sharon was very responsive to issues we had with the house. She sent the maintenance man out the next morning to deal with the non-working air conditioner and humidifier. Our only frustration was with the luxury Verona stove. Even after we read the four pages of instruction in the house guidebook, we had challenges when using the oven. Sharon did offer to send the appliance service person out.

Robertas’s property was incredible. It’s everything you need and more. From the back deck, to the pool/hot tub, and of course the beautiful dock on the river. She was very communicative throughout the process and was helpful in any question I had. I would recommend everybody to check this spot out, you won’t regret it
