My family and I had a fantastic stay at Za’s with our 1 year old. Cant wait to visit again in the summer!

This was exactly how it was described on the website. It was clean, comfy and exactly what we needed for our visit. Reina was there to greet us and show us the home once we arrived. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was clean and there was plenty of room for more than just the two of us. The neighborhood was quiet and very easy to walk to get fresh air and exercise. We saw many neighbors walking their dogs. I will stay here again.

We filled Shael's place with family for the weekend wedding of our granddaughter, and it was perfect. The wedding and reception were less than 10 minutes away and Bristol is a great little town. We weren't able to enjoy the pool due to the weather but it was beautiful, as was the whole huge house.

This was my second stay here with my family and just like last time, we had an amazing time. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We felt right at home and got to experience the beauty of Exeter. It would be my pleasure to make this my yearly stay for me and my family.

Amy's place is spacious, with lots of different spaces to hang out and relax--from the pool to living room, sitting area, basement, game room, and nice outdoor space. The neighborhood was quiet and great for little kids, and Amy made sure to leave little touches for us when we arrived. Biggest downside were the beds, but if you like a softer/plusher mattress then even that would be great.

This airbnb was so unique and it surpassed my expectations in every way. The location was unbeatable with downtown Newport just 10 minutes in driving distance. The rooftop deck overlooked the bay and we got to share a beautiful sunset each night. The inside of the home had ample space for each member of our group, and provided enough privacy for each of us whilst also giving us plenty of shared spaces. The inside of the home was spotless and inviting. Sara was responsive, accommodating, and helpful each step of the way. My stay in Middletown/Newport was unforgettable. The history, charm, and natural beauty of this area is one of a kind. I can not wait to return.

The house was everything advertised and more! Our hosts were very responsive and clear in their instructions which was appreciated. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of space. We loved the outdoor shower and fire pit! The house is only a 10-15min walk to Scarborough beach and in a lovely neighborhood. Our family had a great week in Kyle’s home! Thanks for everything!

I don’t say this often but the house was even more perfect in person. So cute with great amenities. The hosts were amazing. The area has so much to do and all so close ! Can’t say enough good things!

David’s home was exactly as described. The house has obviously been taken care of. The house was homey and very clean. The location was very close to Bowen’s Wharf.

This cottage is a fabulous place to stay in Newport. Our family of 6 stayed here and there was more than enough room for everyone. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. It is also very convenient in terms of location. It’s a few doors away from restaurants and a short walk to the downtown area. I highly recommend it!

Tom's a great host. The house was exactly as described. You were in a real, lived-in home that reflects the care of Tom the owner. (Unlike some of those corporate AirBNB homes that have zero personality) Very clean and has lots of thoughtful touches for guests. Would be great for a family because of the yard and playset. A throwback beach house in a quiet neighborhood of similar homes. We were 6 adults there for the Newport Marathon. And felt comfortable and not too crowded staying there for the weekend. 10-minute walk to 1st beach where the race started which was perfect. Would stay again. Thanks!

This was a perfect place to stay with our dog and 2 small children. The fenced in yard was secure. You can easily walk to many restaurants, or like us, just for fun with the dog and kids. Joe was immediately responsive when I messaged him with questions and when I inquired about a late check out, he was happy to let us stay a few hours longer which was really nice.

I had a fantastic stay at Suzy’s Airbnb! The house was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Suzy was an incredibly gracious and responsive host, making sure we were well taken care of. The location was perfect, and we felt right at home. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely return in the future!

Honestly, my friends and I are already talking about booking this place again next year. The backyard was gigantic and perfect for S'mores and stargazing. The house was spacious enough for three adults and two kids to have plenty of room to themselves and together. We were an easy drive from fun activities. And Gina was a lovely host. Very responsive and flexible.

We had a wonderful off-season weekend at Jenny’s place. It’s a beautiful home that is well appointed, which made it easy to settle in. The house is also in a prime location in downtown Newport. Being mid-January, it was nice to have a short walk to many great restaurants and shops. We look forward to coming back!

Fantastic hosts! The place was so cozy and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our week away. Highly, highly recommend!

We loved it so much we came back a second time. The house is perfect for my family, room for everyone. Nice big kitchen where we found ourselves gathering a lot and cooking together. The kitchen is well equipped with most things you would want when cooking. Even a rolling pin! Very close to Newport mansions and cliff walk so we always had something to do. Whoever cleans it does a really really good job and the hosts were always quick to respond to my questions.

Carrie’s house is better than in the pics. The yard makes the place private and quiet (a small refuge near the beach). The rooms were nice, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped! The outdoor shower actually had both cold and hot water. It is a great place. Carrie responds almost immediately to any inquiries or questions! The home is a seven minute walk from the beach and is a great place to spend the week or weekend!! Remember: Bring your own towels and sheets (not provided: Carrie sends reminders about this as well).

The house was clean, roomy, and everything worked well. The nearby playground and beach on Narrow River were clean and fun for kids. The backyard with numerous shade trees provided a quiet environment. Th neighbors were friendly. The location was close to many places we wanted to visit including beaches, restaurants, and parks.

Anna's place made a wonderful home base for 7 nights! We didn't have a chance to take advantage of the private beach access because we were so busy visiting all of the surrounding areas! It is very conveniently located for driving to everything, including the Martha's Vineyard Fast Ferry station in Kingstown, the Amtrak station in Kingston (just 1 hour on the Acela train from Boston!), Newport, and of course, the expansive Narragansett beach. There are so many dining choices nearby! We enjoyed our first night dinner at The Coastal Cabin, a few breakfasts at Linda's Diner, a few dinners at Wickford on the Water and some craft beers at The Tilted Barn. The outside fire pit was fun and we even roasted birthday cake in lieu of marshmallows! The beds were comfy, the shower was amazing, the leather couch was homey. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
