This was our second time staying in this adorable place and again it was perfect. Plenty of beds for our family group, very cozy and relaxing vibe to the decorating, and walkable to the Main Street shops and restaurants. Thank you for a great stay!

Six of us came for our college reunion and were blown away by the amazing house. It was comfortable and charming. Enough room for solo time and communal time. Wonderful location and all the amenities.

We had a nice stay. Great ocean views and 6-8 minutes to Newport. The three floors with en-suites enabled our family, three adult couples, to have our own space and area to relax privately. The Kitchen was equipped with very good pots and pans, plenty of dishes and glassware. We would not hesitate renting there again for a winter retreat to Newport.

Loved our stay, townhouse was exactly what we expected. Everything neat and clean. Brought our bikes with us so we didn’t have to deal with parking in Narragansett, 2 min bike ride to restaurants/beach. Loved the outdoor shower. Already booked another stay.

This is a wonderful place. The beach access can’t be beat and the area is quintessential New England Farm Coast - just beautiful. Nancy and her family are wonderful hosts for whatever is needed yet there is privacy if that is what is sought. The home has great outdoor space including a covered porch and all the amenities needed inside. The wifi and gas fireplace were really a bonus! I hope to come back!

Joan, Lee, and the hosts if this property were beyond amazing. They were very communicative, friendly, and helpful! The house was incredible and I would be extremely happy to stay again. It was clean, in the most amazing location, and overall made this trip even better! We loved being able to come back here after a day in Newport or on Block Island! Thank you for such a lovely stay at your property.

Very cute, super clean and well equipped townhouse. Donna was very responsive to our questions. Loved the location, a beautiful quiet neighborhood only a few blocks from the Narragansett sea wall, restaurants and shops. Can’t wait to go back!

This place is in the best possible location if you want to do Thames in Newport! Literally could not be better. The free parking is also a great perk, and the balcony at nighttime was just perfect. Would definitely stay again. Note that the walls are a bit thin, so if you’re a light sleeper, you might want to bring earplugs.

Great stay easy find easy parking. Was a great stay in my honest opinion good restaurants around and the mall was very close 10 minute drive away so made it that much easier. clean kitchen and felt very secure and comfortable it’s very quiet and is relaxing after a long day walking providence downtown.

it was exactly what we were looking for. Easy walk to center of town and waterfront. Also right around the corner from both venues we had to go to. Definitely look to book again when coming thru. Thank you Michele!!

Absolutely loved our stay! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed. Great location, close to pharmacies,restaurants and parks. The thoughtful touches made it feel like a home away from home. Highly recommend for a relaxing and comfortable stay!

We had a great stay. This is two apartments which we didn’t realize, but it worked out great for our friend reunion! Kid friendly, easy to get to, and close to lots of activities!

I had an incredible experience staying at Frances’s place! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that she genuinely cares for her guests. The home was stocked with thoughtful items that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable, which really set the tone for our family getaway. One of the highlights of our stay was the large, private backyard—it provided the perfect space for my family to relax and enjoy outdoor activities. Frances was extremely proactive in ensuring we had everything we needed, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home. She was also incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay, promptly addressing any questions we had. Her hospitality truly exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Frances as a host, and I can’t wait to return for another memorable stay!

Very comfortable home and conveniently located near many attractions. We needed to be at the RI Convention Center and this was a perfect spot to be. Quiet neighborhood and parking was easy. We would absolutely stay there again.

Mushfique is a friendly, responsive host. Our stay was pleasant. There's a great bakery very nearby. The place is almost two apartments for one. The upstairs, which is larger, has it's own entrance with its own lock, as does the first floor. A bit of an odd configuration, but possibly very useful and not really a problem.

Gale's home was perfect for our visit with our son in the Navy. Her home is in a great location. It was just a short drive to the base or to Newport where there was so much to see. I thoroughly enjoyed the trolley tour and the tour of The Breakers. If you like the outdoors and walking/hiking, you have to do the Cliffwalk! Absolutely beautiful! I really thought I was going on a once in a lifetime trip, but honestly, I think I am going to have to go back! It was that good! And Gale's home was a great place to relax and unwind after a day of adventure.

Wonderful place. One of the first Airbnb's I've stayed in that is better in person than the photos. Truly a delightful home and kid-friendly! Carpets and fireplace made the place extra cozy.

We loved staying at the beautiful home in Wickford while visiting family this holiday season. The location couldn’t be beat, the house was so thoughtfully and beautifully decorated and had everything we could need. We would highly recommend and hope to stay again.

We recently stayed at Ann's lovely townhouse while attending the Newport Jazz Festival, and we couldn't have been more pleased with our experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the location was wonderfully peaceful, ensuring we had restful nights. Ann thoughtfully provided plenty of towels and a generous array of self-care items including toilet paper, soap, hair products, and face wipes, which was greatly appreciated. Ann is an absolutely adorable host. She went above and beyond by leaving coffee, cold water, and soda for us, and in the morning, she surprised us with freshly baked blueberry cookies that were to die for! Her attention to detail in creating a welcoming and comfortable environment was evident in every aspect of our stay. We were also grateful for the late check-out option she offered, which allowed us to enjoy a leisurely brunch in such a beautiful place. We absolutely plan to repeat our stay here in the future. Highly recommend!
