Ryan was an attentive and helpful host. The accomodations were exactly as described and worked well for my family of 5. Access to public transportation was just a short walk away.

Great spot. We wanted some place that could accommodate us four moms for a momcation that was somewhere close to Magazine street and this place was great. The house was quiet at night, especially in the back room, and the beds were cozy. Lots of towels too. It was a perfect spot for us to hang out in between our activities. Water pressure was a little low in the hall bathroom shower but it wasn't an issue for us. I mention that here only because water pressure can be hard for the host to change, but it might be important to some (it wasn't really for us)

Staying at Thomas AIRBNB was AMAZING! It felt like I was in the comfort of my own home. Instructions were so clear and they were readily available to us if needed! Everything was as described! Walmart is within walking distance. BEAUTIFUL backyard and a wonderful home. The rooms and bathrooms were also very spacious! Not a far distance from anything in the city as well. I will be staying here again!

We had an absolute blast staying at Kimberly’s place! Very convenient location relative to St. Charles Ave. and a plethora of restaurants, bars, and shops! Her neighbor, Willie, was extremely nice and made us feel very welcome to the neighborhood. We’ll be back!!!

Perfect location for anyone visiting Tulane. We attended the NOLA Bookfest at Tulane and were able to walk to everything saving us the hassle of parking etc.

An absolute stunning & spotless home just a few steps from the French Quarter. This home has everything you need and a lot more. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to spending Spring Break there again next year.

We had a lovely stay and the house was as described. Because we were not used to the layout we did tiptoe around a bit if we needed the bathroom in the night and because we could hear the neighbours we assumed they would be able to. hear us. it's a period property and decor is in keeping with this. A little dark for our liking because we struggled to open the curtains with the windows being so high but it was a great experience staying here. We didn't get to use the outside area because the weather was not great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Michael’s. Check in was easy and the place was spacious & clean. We were able to walk to lots of places with our dog and it was easy to catch the streetcar or grab an Uber if we wanted to go further out. Street parking was easy to find and we always felt safe.

Great walkable location, close to St Charles and Napoleon but so close to amazing restaurants. Great amenities, decorated tastefully and very New Orleans. Clean pool, linens, the house in fact smelled very good despite being pet friendly. Friendly host too! 💯

This place is great! Our family of 4 loved it especially out 6 year old and 13 year old. Mason & Austin’s family were friendly, helpful and communicative host. Their Dad and my husband talked a bit while our youngest wanted to check out the pool and he was helpful in suggesting places to eat. My son would love to fly back just to stay at the Airbnb and to go to the Seafood Pot again! As an airline worker who loves to travel we would definitely stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay here! I traveled with my 3 daughters aged 22, 19 & 12. As you can imagine, we can be hard to please but we all agreed that this house was PERFECT for us. The neighbors have chickens which we all enjoyed thoroughly while hanging on the front porch. The back patio is gorgeous & very private. We had great luck w/ the next door tenants who had kids for my youngest to swim with. Pool was warm & felt so good after a long day walking around! Beds were comfy! We all slept better than any of us have in a long time! We are fan sleepers but left our fans behind. A quick message to Aleks though on our way down & there were fans waiting on us when we arrived! We are planning to return when the beloved Nic Cage passes to pay our respects & will be booking here again!!!!

We had two families spending a weekend in New Orleans, the place was great and we really liked the pool.

Overall an amazing stay, felt at home everything you could think of they had ready to go. They were extremely helpful. We had issues heating the pool & they responded fast and sent the pool man to help us. Super clean great home even with toddlers. The neighborhood was nice and peaceful, driving distance to french quarter was no more than 20 min. Great communication with host and response time was good.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was just as described. Very roomy and comfortable. There was a small issue with the pool. Var was incredibly responsive and proactive when contacted. The issue was resolved the same morning. Wonderful accommodations for a family. A+++ rating!

I booked this place for my bachelorette weekend. We all had plenty of space and it was so easy to get around the city from where we were located.

We stay only one night and had wished to have a longer stay. The house has an awesome vibe! The pool in the backyard is a huge plus. Cheryl is super friendly. It's only 15 minutes from Jackson Square. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

This was just the most amazing place to stay in NOLA!!!! it was a perfect mix of home and peace and people watching from the second floor deck. The energy was just perfect in space. The neds incredibly comfortable and despite being on Bourbon street, it was incredibly quiet in the unit. We felt like we were transported back to our stays in Italy and France. Our kids also loved it!!!! Just ideal. Thank you so much!!!!

Everything was fantastic, I loved that every room had its own bathroom (so convenient), close to everything, clean and the showers got real hot water. The last BnB i rented in New Orleans the water only got lukewarm. Only issue was the people that live across the street was up all night being loud.

Wonderful spacious apartment space with loads of amenities and only a block from the river. Near the airport and train tracks but I never heard planes or trains and it was very quiet! So nice to see the ponies and horses every time I drove in and out. I really enjoyed my stay and recommend this Airbnb if you’re looking for something a little outside of the city.

This place is huge and amazing. There are 2 separate living areas besides the 2 bedrooms. Plenty of space but why list for 4 people? You could have at least 10. Just my husband and I used the airbnb, but we had to buy paper towels and toilet paper. The towels/washcloths are small and chinsy, but I get it. I could have brought my own. But flying restricts how much you can travel with. Overall, a great place and I would book again. It was quiet. Safe. Front porch. (we did not use backyard but it is there.) Be careful in the driveway/front steps! My husband fell! But he says he is ok!! Thanks for another amazing trip to NOLA!

Very nice place with historic Charm and responsive and communicative host

a straight shot into the French Qtr, about 20min walk tonthe middle of the action. there is a whole foods about 20min the other direction, though parts of that area are a bit sketchy. bed is comfy. has a great coffee maker. easy to find parking.

We started here when a group of us were in town for our friend's wedding and it was lovely. So spacious, comfortable, and awesome location. The neighborhood is walkable and has such cute and colorful New Orleans homes and great restaurants. James was also really helpful and communicative. Definitely recommend!

Location. Location. Location. Close to what you want and need to do in NOLA. Every responsive and concerned host. Has a little issue with the smoke detector, he came right over to change then battery and directions on how to get to the ferry! Bees are super comfy!!!
