It was an amazing experience qualify for best value for money !! Within walking distance about 10 minutes from the Dubai Mall very quiet building. What I enjoyed the most was the free gym The only drawback was the availability of the swimming pool. It was closed during my stay.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this property! We traveled with two friends, our two children, and our baby, and everything was perfect. The home was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped to accommodate our group. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to help us with any issues that arose during our stay. The best Airbnb , we lived in so far . It’s really a nice , convenient, luxury and comfortable . Easy access to the pool and children playground. They were very helpful in regard to any issue and the host response quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone with family . Excellent service ❤️

We loved our stay here as a family. There's a supermarket next door, lots of playgrounds for the little ones, a lovely walk into the creek for restaurants. The host was superhelpfu and quick in his response. We'd definitely stay here again when we come back to Dubai.

Awesome stay! The location is super convenient—right near the Marina, with the metro and tram close by, plus 24/7 convenience stores downstairs. The building is clean, quiet, and feels really safe. The apartment itself is freshly renovated, modern, and has all the appliances you need. It’s bright, spacious, and just a great place to stay. Ikram & Stefano were amazing hosts—super responsive and helpful. Honestly, everything was perfect, and I’d 100% stay here again!

We stayed at this apartment for one month - the location was perfect with walkable distance to the shopping mall, marina and plenty of restaurants. The place was squeaky-clean, host very friendly and responsive. Our stay was nothing short of amazing. Все инструкции от хозяина были понятными и доступными, на наши вопросы отвечали в течение нескольких минут, старались помочь и решить ситуацию как можно быстрее. Жилье находится в очень красивом и комфортном комплексе, есть подземная парковка, чудесный бассейн и клубная зона, вокруг достаточно супермаркетов и необходимых мест. Для продолжительного проживания и работы очень удобно - нас порадовало несколько рабочих зон и прекрасный балкон с невероятно удобными креслами, откуда можно наблюдать за улицей или греться на солнце Обязательно остановимся еще раз, когда будем в Дубае! 🥰

A fabulous Apt !! Great location Pool superb We did not have children but the pool and surrounding area is a great safe space for ‘little ones’ A huge Thankyou to Dimitri who was a superb host ! Thankyou again we will be back
