The place was overall a decent property. Food prepared was great. Definitely recommended. The staff were supportive throughout. The owner himself was there during check-in and a true gentleman. There are always chances to improve. The Wi-Fi could have been better.

Mr Zak who is the co host was very helpful and friendly.Place was within walkable distance from coulomb,Patnem and Palolem beach that we could easily walk to along with our 3 years old toddler.

This place is oustanding piece of art and architecture.. people who appreciate art should consider it for sure and will fall in love with each corner of this place. Everything about this place is well thought through and rich. Host pre empts what queries one could have and provides you an answer well before arrival. Caretaking staff is hospital and courteous too. Very patient and hits all stars when it comes to cooking.. Kudos to the team !!

It was a pleasent stay at Viinod and Beena's place. Me and my wife liked it a lot. The host were very helpful. The walk to the river was very nice and we spent quite some time there at the river till sunset, which felt peaceful and beautiful.

I booked this place for what was an extremely important trip for me and my friends. So we were looking for some place peaceful, memorable and hospitable. To our delight, this property turned out to be all that and much more. Initially, the listing looked too good to be true, especially at the price it was offered. Still I decided to take the leap and made the booking for our long awaited holiday. I'm glad I decided to do that. Right from when I made the booking to the moment we checked out, Rohit, the host, was readily available for any help or assistance. He made sure we had all the details we needed regarding the location, itinerary, cuisines, etc. A big reason for this trip's success was Rohit's impressive hospitality and warmth. The property itself is a great bungalow with two very well designed and equipped rooms, a well groomed lawn and a beautiful terrace. Although a bit remote, the location was easy to find and navigate to. Being right next to the Sula backwaters and vineyards, this is a great location to have peaceful time between open farms and a view of mountains and lakes. The rooms were squeaky clean, exceeding our expectations and had all the amenities mentioned in the listing. However, the show stealer has to be the terrace, which apart from being very well designed, offers a breathtaking view and a sunset to die for. This is something one would otherwise have to pay a lot more for. I'd also especially like to mention the impeccable service provided by the caretakers at the property. They ensured all our needs were catered to and were a big reason why we had a wonderful stay. Their service was nothing short of what one would expect from a luxury hotel. Overall the whole experience offered great value and I would certainly recommend it to anyone who may consider staying here.

Khushboo's villa is all one can ask for a peaceful relaxing stay. The entire gated community is bursting with blooms, has manicured gardens and clean pools. Lots of birds can be seen and heard. The villa is comfortable and super clean. Khushboo is super helpful at all the times. Would love to recommend it to all friends and family

Had the most amazing experience at the property. The swimming pool was the highlight of the stay. Saujanya is a very friendly host and will help you with everything to ensure your comfort. The food was just amazing. Nilesh bhaiya is really friendly and helpful and made the most homely dishes with great taste.

Adrian und Lillia achten sehr auf die Bedürfnisse der Gäste, gehen jederzeit darauf ein und und alles war mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Das Paar ist äußerst hilfsbereit und steht jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. In der Unterkunft war alles vorhanden, was wir benötigten. Wir fühlten uns dort und bei den beiden Gastgebern sehr wohl.

Comme je l'ai dit à mes hôtes tellement accueillants et sympathiques lors de mon checkout, cette résidence-resto est mon coup de coeur de Goa, sinon plus. De suivre ce petit sentier, dans un jardin luxuriant, pour arriver à mon cottage en toute intimité, paisible, je fus agréablement surpris par le confort, le goût pour la deco et le choix d'un mobilier rustique. Tout cela dans un grand espace bien aéré, avec une très belle luminosité. Tout est fonctionnel, il ne manque rien en ce qui me concerne. Je souhaite vraiment y retourner pour un plus long séjour.

Travelled to goa for first time. A great place to stay as it is just 20 m from Arambol beach. You can go for a morning walk and enjoy the sunrise and plan the day. There are very good restaurants around. The place is very less crowded. Had peaceful stay. The place has a private pool. Scooty and taxi services are available. Vaibhav upgraded us to room by pool. You will find mostly foreigners around. Overall a 5star experience.

We had a great stay here and Lawrence was a wonderful host. He helped us with so many things including scooter rental and a place for our friends to stay nearby. The house is in a beautiful and peaceful neighbourhood full of coconut trees and birds. We recommend everyone to stay here and experience the hospitality and area.
