This place is excellent for those looking out for a sundowner experience, a villa on a hillock. the interiors were beautiful. You need to connect with the caretaker at least two days in advance if you have any specific food requirements as this place is far from the market area. The villa exterior looks very old , I think for the price paid this should be taken care of. we loved the gazebo area which is the best place just to sit and lie down on the charpai (beadstead/cot) , and enjoy the sea breeze in the afternoon, followed by sunset. The caretaker was very good and ensured amazing food service, simple, yet very tasty, they gave us both konkan and Rajasthani cuisine. Overall a great place with minor things to be taken care of by the host.

"Staying at Parmar's place was a true delight! The apartment was sparkling clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and Parmar was so helpful with local recommendations. They were always quick to respond to our messages and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. We can't wait to come back!" The property was cozy, well-stocked, Pool was really big and awesome and had the perfect layout for spending time with friends and family.

The place is located within a few hours of drive from Mumbai. It is a perfect weekend getaway for families with kids. The place is very well maintained, the caretakers are helpful and it is a unique experience that we thoroughly enjoyed. I'll be visiting again!

We loved the place!! In the words of my 30-year old nephew "in 3PF we found a gem". I can imagine that some guests might expect a more "classical" place with modern amenities. 3PF is a very well maintained, vintage place that reminds me of colonial style bungalows. The rooms and the beds in them are large, spacious and grand. It is quite sparse but tastefully furnished, with WiFi, though with no other technical clutter. There is a TV that, I think, we never switched on. We played some board games. There is a lake just about 100 meters away although getting there for limited mobility can be challenging. I went for a swim in it every day! One day we went kayaking. The staff at the house is competent and very friendly. They cooked delicious meals. Buying the groceries needs a bit of planning though as the market is a few kilometers distance away. For anybody planning to go there, I suggest to just stay on the property. Enjoy the peace and quiet... the birds, light a bonfire & sing songs!

The Loja is a little piece of heaven tucked away in a quiet corner of a quaint village with an easy laidback charm. An excellent place to unwind and forget the cares of the world, a few days spent at this property can rejuvenate your body and replenish your soul. We especially loved all the attention to detail in the pretty little house and the hosts' eagerness to anticipate and meet our needs. In particular, the caretaker, Vincent , an embodiment of true Goan hospitality, was welcoming, attentive and left no stone unturned to make our stay exceptional. It is obvious the Loja is run by people that value their guests and take pleasure in hosting them.

My one-day stay at the villa exceeded expectations. The combination of cozy rooms, a stunning swimming pool, and exceptional service created a perfect getaway. I can't wait to return and enjoy another perfect day in this little slice of paradise. I am also expressing my heartfelt gratitude for your exceptional hospitality during my stay at your villa his politeness and attentiveness made a significant difference in my experience. The attention to detail and the care you put into ensuring guests' comfort did not go unnoticed. I will recommend surely to others.

J’ai passé 5 nuits à Quinta de Santana et ce séjour a été merveilleux. La villa avait tout le confort nécessaire avec une grande salle de bain, et le jardin est tout simplement somptueux. Quel bonheur de s’y réveiller chaque matin et de profiter de la piscine après une journée de découverte. J’ai beaucoup aimé le village de Raia et ceux aux alentours que j’ai pu découvrir en vélo. Le personnel est d’une gentillesse remarquable. On peut même se faire livrer de succulents plats d’un restaurant du village d’à côté. Cristovao est un hôte disponible et arrangeant. C’est une adresse que je garde précieusement si un jour je reviens à Goa. Et bien sûr que je conseille fortement. Merci encore !

The stay at MDK was absolutely one of the best decisions ever. Right from the beginning, Amit was always available to answer any questions and was super accommodating. Our caretaker at the villa -Krishna, was very humble and kind. The food, ambience, hospitality, was super. I’d recommend this place to everyone I know. We highly recommend a stay at Yana Farms! Unlike other villas, stay here felt like home. The villa is spacious and has an old world charm, the pool is nice and big and the food was delicious! We appreciated the host’s efforts to personalise our experience with suggestions of activities in and around the farm like dinner in the orchard, visiting neighbouring vineyards, hike with a private guide to a near by nature reserve. Kids enjoyed petting the cows & feeding the ducks. There’s also a beautiful earthy meditation temple in the property. Looking forward to visiting again!

First of all, thank you Trupti for being such a wonderful host :). Everything at Srinivas Farms was excellent!! We spent a great time over there. Right from the booking time, till we left the place, Trupti was there to help with all queries. My husband needs a wheel chair but even for him, everything was quite okay. Food provided by a local family was yummy!! and again Trupti was to prompt in helping with sharing the menu, guiding for quantity.. everything . I loved the way she called me up just to check if we are okay or we need any help. The caretaker - Vikram, was also very helpful and in fact he went an extra mile to get some medicine urgently as soon as we reached. The kitchen has all basic stuff like tea, coffee, milk and required utensils. Everything clean and good quality. The rooms are spacious, toilets big enough and clean and the whole house is extremely well designed and well furnished. very quiet place, pet friendly, an excellent place to spend a weekend!!

Paradise is a very accurate description of this immaculate property. Luscious, immersed in nature, amazing pool and just so authentic. Mr Mohammed the owner is a distinct gentleman with incredible kindness and hospitality. Our stay was simply heavenly, highly recommended for the demanding traveller that is looking for a real unforgettable experience. thank you Mohammed !

Oasis Palm Ville was such an escape from our life in Dubai. It’s peaceful, lush green and invites you to forget that you’re in the UAE at all. Nivine was a wonderful host, always responsive and welcoming. The property itself was beautiful and we had a lovely 3 night stay with a lot of BBQing, bonfires, board games and walks under the swaying palm trees.

The place is really amazing and view is really beautiful from the balcony, over all it was comfortable stay and evening walk in the garden was very relaxing experience.

Vikrant and Ana are amazing host. Their place is amazing and away from the crowd of Panchgani/Mahabaleshwar. Peaceful surroundings, you can take a walk, hike in the neighbourhood. Their farms are amazing. If you are animal lover you will love the place. Vikrant was very helpful. Due to some unforeseen issue we had to delay our check out, Vikrant was very nice to accommodate that.

It was a wonderful experience! The place is quiet, beautifully maintained, and has a great vibe. The hospitality was warm and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. We had the pleasure of staying in a stunning private villa, and it exceeded our expectations in every way! The property was truly luxurious, equipped with all the amenities one could ask for. What made our stay even more special was the exceptional service provided by Preetham, the caretaker. He was incredibly warm and friendly.
