We had a wonderful stay with a warm, homely atmosphere. The backyard offered amazing sunset views, and there was plenty of space for the kids to play freely. The highlight was definitely the delicious food prepared by the friendly cook, who made each meal feel like a special treat

We were a family group of 16 adults and 5 children. Had an amazing time at the venue. The venue is close enough to the beach but with small children , it also gave us an option of just chilling at home. The caretaker, Laxman, was outstanding. The approach into the venue is a bit challenging for cars to move in , but the owner had a parking place nearby. He even gave a two wheeler for us to move around. Overall, we had an amazing time and we would love to get there again.

We lived with Roger for almost two months. Nice, big apartment, clean. The location is very convenient - there is a market and supermarkets nearby. The beach is 5-7 minutes by bike or car, 25 minutes on foot. The owner is very friendly! Great friendly neighbors. There is a laundry, bike and car rental. There is a church, cafe, hairdresser nearby. In general, we highly recommend it! We hope to stay here again next time. Thank you, Roger, Rocky, Kajitan.

Sanket and his parents are very courteous, hospitable and very responsive. The room is clean and spacious, suitable for couples and a big group too. We had a peaceful staycation. Definitely would recommend people to book this bnb as it is close to many tourist attractions. They rented us their two wheeler also for sightseeing. Will definitely come back here. We are a group of 6 friends, all doctors. We usually plan a staycation/small trip every year as a part of tradition since 10 years now. We were looking a place to unwind from our busy schedules, connect and share our year long stories with eachother. Suraj's Seascape gave just the canvas we were looking for. Stay is luxurious, with pool, plenty of games(archery, table tennis, badminton, cricket). I will divide the review under following headings- Overall stay- 4/5( place has a great view, but is on main road to Murud so expect traffic whole day. Not peaceful) so loosing one star. Other than that it's a great property. Food- 4.5/5. Everything was great. fish(pomphret, surmai, prawns, komdi wada thali). We were just licking our fingers after every meal. Bbq was average Staff- 5/5 very helpful, they bring whatever we need from local market in no time. made our stay very comfortable Cleanliness - 5/5 Will recommend this place to whoever wants a staycation.

The house itself is huge; perfect for big families or friend groups looking to stay together comfortably. There’s plenty of parking space right on the property which was a huge convenience. The surroundings are lovely, with trees dotting the property that make for great, relaxing walks. The caretakers are incredibly kind, adding a warm touch to the stay. Inside, the home has a peaceful atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at ease. The kitchen is fully equipped and the RO water system works perfectly, such a practical bonus and the ACs are effective. A special shoutout to Vicky who is an exceptional host - attentive and welcoming. On top of all this, it’s heartwarming to know they donate to a local orphanage contributing to a noble cause. Really beautiful and cozy apartment with stunning views of the Marina and surrounding skyline from both the rooms and balcony. Within walking distance to the Marina and JBR Beach, with great restaurants and cafes nearby. We had an amazing time here. A 24x7 Choithram’s supermarket within the building was incredibly convenient.The host, Dev, was extremely responsive and helpful even for our late night checkin.Highly recommend this apartment!

The view from the house was breathtaking with downtown high rises and Burj Khalifa seems like at a one hand distance —every morning felt like a postcard! The staff were extremely courteous, always ready to assist, and the owner was incredibly responsive and supportive throughout our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. 아이 2명과 부부가 함께 묵기 딱 좋았어요. 침대 매트리스가 굉장히 푹신하고 침구들도 깨끗했습니다. 루프탑 수영장도 이용할 수 있었고 길 건너편에 바로 편의점이 있어요. 두바이 몰까지 거리는 5~7분 정도이긴 하지만 두바이몰이 워낙 넓기 때문에 분수대나 브루즈 할리파까지는 생각보다 많이 걸어야 해요.

I had a wonderful time at Carmin’s place! This was my second stay in the apartment, and just like last year, it was an absolute delight. The space is clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect- safe and close to all the great spots in Goa. Very cozy and extremely clean. Host was very helpful. Kitchen was clean and in good condition. Place smells very nice. Check in and out was extremely easy. We escaped the traffic and noise on New Year’s Eve and the location was very quiet and peaceful. Such a nice place to walk around in.

It was a great stay. The care taker Mrs and Mr Ajay taking care of us( four senior citizens couples) in all respect. They are a great cook ......prepared very delicious vegetarian food. We would like to visit the place again and recommend others.

Shardul is an excellent host. He is very considerate and understanding of people’s request. We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Casa Belleza. Care takers Yogesh and Jai also took really good care of all our requests. Special mention to Amruta for the delicious home cooked food. I would definitely recommend this place for a quiet getaway and would visit again.

We had a fantastic one-night stay! The place was comfy, and the staff were really nice. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and had a lot of fun during our short time there. Would definitely recommend it for a quick getaway!

Chetan is a wonderful host and Anil the caretaker communicated well too. I felt the cleaning needs to improve a bit. Rest the whole stay was wonderful.
