This was our second time staying here. The flat is part of a hotel “Grand Residency” and so you don’t always get the same flat, although they’re all identical. We love the location (right in the heart of Bandra) and the breakfast is delicious. The staff are very friendly and polite. The bed linen is always clean and the beds are comfortable. The apartments is clean but I do think the rooms could use a refresh/deep clean, especially the bathroom and the sofa upholstery. All in all, this is our go-to place every time we visit family in Mumbai and Aaquib is very responsive.

We had a great stay. Peaceful neighbourhood. The house is very thoughtful and put together with all the amenities Accessible to many restaurants, walkable, lots of things to do nearby. Would definitely come back again!

Great location and apartment. The distance from the marina was walkable. Only thing that was missing were more towels.

We had one of the best trip and this place was a huge part of it! the house was clean, beautiful and with full of amenities. The house is located at beautiful place surrounded with greenary and lovely views, general stores and liquor shops are at walkable distance. The owner Gurpreet and the host JaiP were so cooperative! We had a great time staying here!

Had a wonderful experience right from the word go...The host is very cooperative and genuine as she was very flexible with our checking timings. The accommodation was spacious, clean and comfortable with all the amenities. We would love to be again there !!!!

Location is great. Many nearby stores and restaurants, all within walking distance. You need a car pass if you are driving to get inside the parking entrance. Host Andra brought it down for us and helped us to park in the right place. Very nice views from the apartment. Very spacious rooms with plenty of storage drawers/closets and vanities although beds could use a mattress upgrade. Very nice balconies with views of Palm Jumeirah and as far as Burj Khalifa on a clear day. Full kitchen (could use some more utensils and a toaster). Could have used some more towels as well. Bring some basics with you (or buy from the store downstairs) like salt/pepper, laundry detergent, dishwashing liquid etc if you are planning to cook. There was a box in the kitchen with free Tea bags and sugar. Host Andra was very nice and responsive to messages. There was a small water leak from the bathroom ceiling which she promptly got fixed through her maintenance staff. Overall a great experience!

Perfect stay! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos—clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The value for money is excellent, especially given the amazing location. Everything is easily accessible, from public transport to restaurants and main attractions. The host is super responsive and accommodating, making the experience even better. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt in der Dubai Marina. Mit 4 Personen kein Problem und man hat auch 2 Tiefgaragenstellplätze. Herr Akhtar ist auch sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend

The stay was very comfortable and the host was very friendly. The rooms were clean and all the amenities were convenient including the AC and wifi. The location is beautiful and calm.

The location is superb and in a central area of Dubai city and not Sharjah as mistakenly shown on Airbnb, just few steps to Dubai Union Metro Station just on the other side of the road, full of fast foods and nice restaurants from worldwide cuisines, the apartment is so clean and tidy, beds, bed sheets, linens…etc, building is highly secured and upgraded as it is designed as hotel apartments, near to DXB airport, Burj khalifa and Dubai Mall, by metro or car are not so far as well…etc. kitchen is never crowded, privacy and security are 100% guaranteed with other rooms’ guests as there is separating corridor in the middle of the apartment, and each room has its attached (inside) bathroom and shower. There is parking in the basement of the building with extra reasonable charges for single or executive traveller coming to dubai for business or discover and looking for a central location at an affordable price very competing surrounding hotels, then this is the best residence!!!

This airbnb host and the airbnb in general was top notch. Not only was the checkin super quick and smooth and easy, the apartment was also beautiful and they even had complimentary necessities included, plus a cold bottle of water which i needed at that time in the fridge. Our stay here was shortly for only a day, but the apartment was in an immaculate condition and there was little more we could ask for. Sudeep was kind enough to allow us an early check in and we were amazed at the relaxing environment the apartment created. It’s a perfect place for a couple to come back to after a day out in Goa. Would definitely be back again.

It was a Great stay. We were a group of 5 people and we got early morning Check In along with the 1 day groceries. All basic amenities were there as mentioned. The modular kitchen was a cherry on top and you can get groceries from nearby shops as well. Also, the Supervisor was very cooperative, after our checkout he kept my luggage in their office safely. I'd highly recommend this place if you're planning for a long trip.

Dwayne was incredibly helpful and proactive in his responses. Despite our late arrival, everything was readily available for us. He made us feel very welcomed. The accommodations were exactly as described, and the surrounding area was serene and beautiful. We would definitely return here again.

My husband and I had a wonderful week at Jose's place! The flat is perfectly situated just a short 5-7 minute walk from Colva Beach, right next to Courtyard by Marriott, in a secure society. The main Colva market is an easy 10-15 minute walk or a quick 5-minute drive. We had everything we needed within walking distance, including grocery and wine stores and some of Colva's top restaurants. The self check-in process was smooth and effortless. Jose gave us a thorough rundown of the house over the phone, making us feel right at home. The rooms, bathroom, and wardrobes were spotless, and the strong Wi-Fi was a huge plus as we had to work on some days. The house had all the amenities listed on the website, and the society boasts a functioning swimming pool and gym. Jose was always available for any small requests. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Jose's place to couples looking for a peaceful retreat that's still close to all the action.

Bhuvnesh & Gitanjali were great hosts. They both are extremely endearing and warm. The property is well appointed with clean rooms and bathrooms, the place is tranquil as it suggests and the service is impeccable. I would highly recommend this property which felt like home away from home
