The location was perfect—peaceful yet close to beautiful beaches, restaurants, and a supermarket. Sirisha was very responsive, and ensured everything was smooth throughout my stay. Located at real beautiful Goan town, surrounded by huge mango, coconut, guava trees with feeling of nature wives at Mandrem , Mandrem Beach very close aproax 1.5 KM , Arambol 4 KM and Mandrem market also close like 1 km. Host Parag and family are very helpful, responsive and treated us as family only. We were group of 6 Male and comfortably accommodated, no worries about place, Place is quite big with well maintained furniture and washrooms. We got 2 A C rooms with 1 whole kitchen with utensils, grinders, 3 burner gas stove, 2 refrigerators and upper load full automatic washing machine. The Balcony is quite big for sitting together with beers and snacks. We were in April but this place was cool not hot. I give 10 out 10 to this place with in this category. One more thing place is neat and clean and host expect from you only to keep place clean and calm.

Huoneisto oli viihtyisä ja tilava sekä tarpeellisesti varusteltu. Ulos oli kauniit näkymät, luontoa. Melvin oli upea isäntä ja auttoi tarpeen vaatiessa. Lapset viihtyivät älytv:n ääressä sekä rauhallisella pihalla leikkien. Rannalle oli todella lyhyt matka. Loistava majoituspaikka!

Staying at Ajay Uncle’s place was a wonderful experience. The homestay was clean, well-organized, and hosted by a responsive and friendly team. It truly felt like a home away from home, with thoughtful design and excellent management. It’s an ideal spot for both friends and family. Sujata Aunty, the cook, prepared delicious Maharashtrian meals that we thoroughly enjoyed. Everyone made us feel so welcome. One of the highlights of the stay was a long, engaging conversation with Ajay Uncle—it’s something you definitely shouldn’t miss. He’s such a fascinating person. Overall, I loved the stay, the people, and the area!

The property is located in good scenery and peaceful environment. It's a good place to escape from your busy schedule, Highly recommended. William was a good host, always available and helpful in all the situations and he helped us to get cab, bike contacts. Daily cleaning services were provided. Even bargained for cab charges. The cab driver was good. Pros of property Power backup, OTT platforms like Prime, Netflix, hotstar, etc.

Had an amazing short stay at this place and it felt home . All facilities are provided nothing to worry about . Meenu and team was super responsive and shared all the useful contacts which made me super comfortable . Will suggest to book this place without any second doubt 🙌

A very spacious apartment with huge rooms. Fully furnished. TVs in both the bedrooms and a huge one in the living/dining room. Compact kitchen with every item of equipment, utensil, crockery and cutlery. Fridge, washing machine. Above all, great hosts! Pramod's mother is a kind, warm, gracious lady who made me and my teenaged daughter and son feel at home. She was literally at our beck and call, coming over as soon as we called her for any little thing. Thank you ma'am! And finally, value for money. I got it at off-season rates, but this place would be worth every paisa at twice what I paid. The icing on the cake is the free parking on the premises for one vehicle, plus space on the roadside on the opposite side for a couple more if you are traveling in a group. Highly recommended!
