Extremely helpful host- Tanaaz, she helped us with early check-in and late check-out due to our odd flight times. property is close to baga beach... 4-5mins walk. The manager at property mintu as well as the staff dhiraj were polite and helpful... they helped us with renting scooty and getting cabs. place was maintained neatly. Tito's Lane is 2mins drive... with all the night clubs and multiple shacks are available at walkable distance. Reminder- Carry your own toiletry(shampoo n soap) and Dental kits as well.

Beautiful beach hut on incredible agonda beach. The staff were all super friendly and attentive and couldn’t do more for us. We felt very at home and well looked after. The beach hut itself was in a row of five directly on the beach with an attached restaurant and bar. Very private and peaceful. It was a great size and very clean and the bathroom and shower facilities were great. Couldn’t recommend this place more and we hope to stay again someday!

Location is amazing. Ahsaan made sure the place was ready and also allowed early check in. The meals were prepared as promised. the pool is clean and property is very well maintained. the attendant Mr Anil was courteous and very helpful.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this homestay! The location is perfect — just a short, pleasant walk to the beach, making it easy to enjoy the sun and waves anytime. The cottage itself was spotless and incredibly cozy. It was not only clean but also spacious, offering a perfect balance of comfort and charm. The air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the space cool and refreshing, which was much needed in the Goan heat. The host greeted us warmly, arranged local transport, and also suggested some great locations to visit, which made our trip even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay near the beach, this homestay is an excellent choice.

We had a great time staying at Amruta's place. It is an oasis if you are looking for a place to detox yourself in nature, her cabin is perfect fit for that! She was always responsive and the cabin was very well maintained you can tell she is good host from the way she has taken care of all small things in the cabin. As its in midst of forest, power cut was expected but she had arranged inverter facility so well that even power cut was not felt! Really happy that we chose her property for our getaway, we could not have chose better :)

Perfect escape for people living in Mumbai and Pune. Ashish is very responsive. The care taker and his family are helpful and always available. Food is simple, home style and tasty.

The place was very peaceful and felt private even though there were nearby cottages. The food was great. It’s pet friendly which worked great for us. Tanvi is a good host. Also would like to share a feedback on the pool, it could be maintained better as it wasn’t too clean to get inside. Otherwise property is great!

Nestled just 20 meters from the beach, this charming retreat offers direct access through a private gate, making every sunrise and sunset feel even more special. The warm hospitality of Vikram and Ram made our experience truly delightful—they were always ready to assist with a friendly smile. Freeda’s thoughtful recommendations for nearby shacks and shops added a wonderful touch to our trip. She was always in touch and went out of her way to accommodate us an option for late check-out as our flight was at night. If you’re seeking tranquility by the shore, this is the perfect haven. I absolutely loved my stay at this tiny home! Beautiful, peaceful, safe and serene. It is located in a small community with a few other houses and a shrine - when the neighbours are around, they are very friendly. The house itself has all one needs for a comfortable stay. WiFi was also provided for me as I needed to make a few calls and it worked great! Dnyaneshwar and his family arranged for my pick up and drop off at the Pune train station and even came to cook traditional Indian dinner for me once. Overall, I can only recommend this beautiful place.

Overall, our stay at the Airbnb was nice and amazing! The only downside was the proximity to the fish market, which caused a bit of a smelly situation in the premises. However, the smell didn't reach our rooms, so it wasn't a major issue. Would still recommend!

It's a quiet and serene spot, far from the noise of the city—ideal for spending quality time with your loved ones. While it’s not a party destination, it offers a calm and relaxing atmosphere that’s perfect for unwinding. The cottages are very good and the ambience is classy and well-maintained. Everything was perfect—the swimming pool was very clean, and the entire place was spotless. The only suggestion would be to add a mini fridge inside the cottages, as the common fridge is located down the trail, which can be a bit inconvenient, especially at night. Other than that, it’s an absolutely lovely stay and I’d definitely recommend it for anyone looking to disconnect and relax.

This is a great place to spend time with your loved ones. Very peaceful and serene! The log cottage we stayed at was simply amazing. Food was fantastic, authentic Maharashtrian meals and we loved it. Tejas was our primary contact here and he was very helpful and available all the time for any questions or support, and it made our stay hassle free.

Peter was a great host. He was super friendly, informative and accommodating to us. A great guy to chat with. He has a great set up there at Patnem and the beach but we stayed in was idyllic with everything you could need. The included breakfast menu was delicious and his team of staff were excellent. Would recommend his place highly.
