Lovely place to stay, great communication and lovely people to communicate with. Great location. I appreciate the opportunity to have a two week stay in this place.

Great 3 bedroom unit with full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, laundry, large living area with lounges, dining table & big screen TV. Also has a balcony with BBQ, outdoor table & views of Nambucca River from the balcony, living room & 2 of the bedrooms. Very clean. Modern kitchen with microwave, stove, oven & full sized fridge. Has a private garage with stairs to front door. Accommodation is walking distance to the RSL club, V wall, shops & restaurants. Really enjoyed the stay. Very relaxing listening to the ocean. We would stay here again.

Enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean and tidy with all the things you need for a comfortable stay. Location was great, close to the beach and a great walking pathway for kids to ride their scooters opposite the townhouse. The bowling club was a great place to eat which was walking distance. The pool was nice and warm and perfect for cooling off. I would recommend staying here. Nikki was responsive and gave clear instructions.

Tolle, saubere Unterkunft in ausgezeichneter Lage mit Blick aufs Meer! Eher am Ortsrand gelegen, dafür ist der schönste Strandabschnitt des Ortes in nur 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar. Das empfohlene Café gegenüber bietet sehr leckeren Kaffee und Frühstück an. Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft!

Everything was as described. Easy to deal with host. Clean and functional rooms. Beautiful view.

Great location, host was highly responsive- especially with our late booking due to having to get out of the cyclone zone while on travels. Beautiful design (be aware it’s 3 levels), minimalistic styling.

We are a surfy couple from the south coast of NSW. Fiona’s place was better than what we needed. Spacious room, comfy bed, extra touches to the room made us feel right at home. Cold water and milk in fridge, tea coffee and biscuits, dog friendly beach just across the road. Fiona was so lovely helpful and welcoming

Had a lovely stay here! Short walk (or even shorter drive) into town or to the point. The unit was spacious and well-equipped, and Warren was very easy to communicate with

Lovely place to stay. Had everything we needed. The beach at Lake Cathie was lovely to walk along every morning. Very well situated for Port MacQuarie, Laurieton, Bonny Hills and Tacking Point, all places we visited. Thank you Jess

Perfect location and size for us!!! We had our 1 year old son and being on the ground level was perfect for us! Enough room to set up a porta cot and great to be able to shut off the bedroom with the room divider!! Great location and would happily stay again for a short stay.

Overall the place was absolutely outstanding and we were shocked at how amazing and nice the place was considering the affordability of the unit and the hospitality of Kathy was impeccable everything was exactly like the photos better in fact. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend to anyone travelling. Also very peaceful and quiet street and we were completely unaware of it’s existence and are happy we know now

Our stay was extremely comfortable, conveniently located, and had some thoughtful extras, like bottles of water in the fridge. Communication was exceptional. A lovely place to stay, in a quiet neighbourhood, ten minutes drive from the middle of town. Highly recommended.

Bob & Lyn’s place was cosy and comfortable. They provided all the essential necessities and it was a a great place to stay at!

As soon as I walked in the door, the view took my breath away! Very relaxing, nicely furnished and felt right at home. Tilana was very quick to respond to any queries, provided heaps of advise in the lead up to check in date re things to do/places to go etc, and helped out very quickly when a few items were requested. It was lovely to have a few surprises on arrival such as milk, cheese and crackers, fruit etc, extremely thoughtful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The Cubby house has everything you need and more for a beautiful stay. Thoughtful touches of comfort. We hope to come back one day.

Beautiful accommodations with breathtaking views. A special place!

We had a great three night stay at Allison and Julian's unit. It was easy to locate thanks to Allison's helpful instructions, and was central to beaches, shops, and a few restaurants. The unit was as described, spacious enough for the 4 of us, had everything we needed in the kitchen, and was comfy. We particularly enjoyed the spa, pool, and BBQ facilities, and we made good use of them 🙂 we would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Christine's apartment. Instructions on how to access the apartment were clear and wasy to follow. The apartment was set-up beautifully and was clean. We used the fold out lounge for a children, which was already made up for our arrival. Property was just like the pictures and the bed was very comfortable. We definitely want to stay here again next time we are in Coffs Harbour.

My second time staying here and never disappoints. amazing beach view and short walk to the beach and shops. thank you for letting us stay here, we'll definitely be back.

Thank you Ned and Simone for your lovely hospitality. You have a beautiful place that fit us all perfectly and the view is absolutely stunning. Whilst we only visited for a long weekend, the unit and location had all you need for a longer term stay. The onsite pool and beach access was great, plus we enjoyed that Sapphire Beach was only a short drive away. Such a gem of a spot was only made better by the thoughtful hosts. You were responsive and friendly, gave great instructions, and seem like lovely people. Thanks for having us in your home.

It was really pleasing to stay in an Airbnb where attention had been given to the details. A complimentary box of goods, great selection of sauces in the fridge and cupboard. I liked that we had enough crockery, and cutlery. Then bathroom was delightful and having a good number of towels was great. Yes, I would come and stay again.

Great clean unit, very comfy bed, good value for money and friendly host with quick responses. Only issue the was the balcony didn’t have a view of the ocean, the view in the listing was from the rooftop common area, which was still a nice area.
