This condo was super comfortable and clean. The place was quiet and close to restaurants and shops. Easy parking, access, clear instructions. When we got there, there were fans on because the air conditioning didn’t work, but the next day they fixed it. Luckily, it wasn’t too hot yet, so it wasn’t a big deal. The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The only thing is that at night, a lot of light came in into the main room, so it would be better if it had blackouts. We had a great time, and we’ll definitely be back. Five stars

We all had a wonderful time from our 26 year olds to my 82 year old mom. The house was so comfortable and peaceful we had a very relaxing week. The house was exactly as described and our hosts were extremely responsive throughout our stay.

I loved it! Great location, perfect amount of beds, fully stocked kitchen, beach accessories, and allowed pets. The only thing I would say that could’ve been better is the price - pretty steep for just two days after you account for all of the fees.

STUNNING! Absolutely loved the place. Private. Quiet. Peaceful. Could not have asked for a better location for our visit. Truly enjoyed walking on the beach. Never realized I could get sunburned in February. lol. My husband and I nave already decided to plan another trip back. Courtney was so helpful to any question I had. She was quick to respond. Check in was a breeze. Staff on site were so nice. It truly is a little private resort. Thank you for having us!!

We had no problems, so there was no need to contact Courtney when we were there. The actual condo was good, but the complex outside grounds could use major updating. Slow time of the year, but never a problem parking a large pickup. Thank you!

Watching the magnificent sunrise over the beach, listening to the soothing waves, and sipping a hot cup of coffee was the ideal way to start each day. The condo was beautiful and very comfortable, making us feel right at home. The views from both the living room and bedroom were breathtaking. We had everything needed to make our stay unforgettable. Thank you for making our trip amazing.

This place was an absolute dream! The place looks exactly as the photos, it was spacious, clean, felt like home sweet home. The view was breath taking, you can watch tv, play card games, and still be looking right at the ocean. I will stay here any time possible! Courtney was a great host and responded promptly, as well as sends a guide with numerous of places to eat and things to do. Thank you!

We had a large family vacation there. Place was perfect for our needs. Mix of children under 8 and adults. We loved that we could walk to the beach. Although I do recommend getting yourself a golf cart which the Port A Beach Co makes easy to add to your reservation. Loved all the decks at every level with fabulous views. It had all that we needed. And any questions we had were answered immediately!

Admittedly smaller than expected, but it does in fact sleep 8 and my party of 4, a dog, and I were comfortable. Everything was clean and worked as expected. The hot water worked REALLY well. lol The host was very quick to respond. I don't have any real complaints other than I couldn't find the dust pan. I feel bad about sweeping up a pile of sand and dog food and just leaving it by the trash can. I do apologize for that. In any case , I would absolutely stay there again. Thanks, yall!

This is my favorite place stay in Rockport! The location & view are fabulous. Has everything you need for your to stay, especially if enjoy to cooking.

Perfect place to stay, even for your dog! Really nice and clean, the backyard was safe and well taken care of. The home has a lot of curb appeal and one of the nicest homes we have stayed in. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Convenient to Salty Dog for doggy day care and not far from shopping. Hosts were great people and easy to communicate with. Will stay again!

My family of five had a wonderfully restful week of swimming, fishing, kayaking and grilling in the open air while toasting the beautiful bay just feet away, colorful sunsets above and our border collie chasing her frisbee to exhaustion. Heaven!

Beautiful vacation home and very comfortable. My family had a nice time there. Big back porch with a large yard for entertaining and for our dog to run around in. All in all, if we are ever in Rockport again, I will definitely stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Blue Lagoon. The furnishings and finishes are quite lovely and beds and sofa are super comfy. The property itself was is so nice and has tons of fun activities for the kids. We couldn't have been happier with our stay. Thank you!

Great, and easy walk to the beach. It’s approximately by beach marker 11, which is perfect. Condos had great security ensuring safety. Overall great stay!

We had a fantastic stay at Troy’s condo for a weekend getaway during the Fulton Oyster Fest! The condo was exceptionally clean upon arrival, making it a comfortable and welcoming space to relax. The neighborhood was peaceful, allowing us to unwind after a fun day at the festival. The location was great—just a short drive to Rockport, Fulton, local restaurants, and the beach. It was the perfect home base for exploring the area while still being tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Troy was an excellent host, providing clear instructions and ensuring we had everything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it for a relaxing and convenient Rockport getaway!

Judy was an excellent host with a very clean and inviting space. She provided us with some great local restaurant recommendations! The space was easy to find and everything was just as described! We will definitely book again when traveling to Rockport!!

We Had a great stay...everything was so spot on...the condo was perfect...had great views of the Gulf...it was quiet and even with the load of memorial day weekend...it was relaxing and enjoyable. the rooms were clean and pristine, but thank you Courteny...

Amazing place for a family getaway. The private pier is on point par to par with the Fulton pier. This place was the sh!t. The balcony view was so peaceful. The pictures don’t do it justice. We will definitely be back.

I can’t say enough about how clean the inside of this cottage was, and the location is perfect! The property is very dog friendly and calm . ** most of the time** The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials for cooking and mixing your drinks, & the private fishing pier is literally a very short walk across the street . The laundry area was really clean and convenient. Only a few things that were not perfect. The outside patio and yard had some residual trash , ( multiple beer caps, other lids, rib bones , and paper ) . The other patio & 2 chairs were covered in leaves and needed a good sweeping . The red sofa in the living room is a bit worn , but the other sectional is fabulous ! The pool was really clean , but I was deterred from using it because of a screaming /squealing kid that was only supervised by a teen . ( Loud enough to hear inside my cottage.) Overall loved our stay ,great place ,highly recommend !

This stay was just excellent. The pools were awesome and this is a great place to stay if you have kids. The condos were just as the photos represented. The shower in the bedroom is a little unusual, but there was plenty of space, good ventilation (I worried about sleeping in a humid room after showering, but it was not a problem at all), and the layout worked well for a little beach condo. The kitchen was great and we cooked several meals. If you stay here, you may want to grab a trusty skillet/pan because the ones we found here were a bit abused (i.e., scraped teflon, bowed, and hard to cook on) but this is NOT the host's fault in any way. The only real inconvenience I noticed was that the non-carpet flooring was pretty dirty. I know it is hard to keep the sand and grit off the floor near the beach, but it seemed like it just hadn't been mopped or vacuumed in weeks. I don't see this as the host's fault, either, but it needs to be mentioned. Overall, though, EXCELLENT stay!
