Enjoyed the stay. Kids liked having the pool and small playground onsite. And, it was close to the beach and easy to get around town.

Admittedly smaller than expected, but it does in fact sleep 8 and my party of 4, a dog, and I were comfortable. Everything was clean and worked as expected. The hot water worked REALLY well. lol The host was very quick to respond. I don't have any real complaints other than I couldn't find the dust pan. I feel bad about sweeping up a pile of sand and dog food and just leaving it by the trash can. I do apologize for that. In any case , I would absolutely stay there again. Thanks, yall!

Easy navigation to the unit and access in. Home is decorated for a beachy getaway and roomy. Nice to have teens upstairs with main bedroom downstairs. Being right across from pool was great, especially for evening swims.

Loved this place , will definitely be renting the whole house for my family next time

Great communication and the location was perfect for us. Even during spring break we were able to get sleep and rest up.

Had an amazing time with my family. The beach was a 5 minute drive, the pool & playground were safe for the kids! Everything was very clean ,would definitely recommend booking this place!😁

We had trouble with the lock on the door and Tim answered our message very quickly! There was plenty of room for everyone and the kitchen was very well stocked with everything we could possibly need.

Really nice place and a good location

This is a great place closer to all the restaurants and the beach. The house was clean and was had all the amenities. The host was very responsive and took care that we are well attended. Great value for money and will be back when we visit again!

This is our second time staying at Danya’s. The house is comfortable for a family of five and has everything you need for a relaxing stay. We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at this property in Port Aransas! The house was perfect for our family, with plenty of space and all the amenities we needed. The location was super close to the beach, which made it so easy to enjoy the ocean and sand whenever we wanted. The house itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing everything we needed for our stay. We look forward to returning!

Our stay here was awesome! Everything was really clean and organized for us when we arrived. Brandon responds very quickly and is super helpful, and he gave clear instructions and codes for everything we needed to get in the home, and even for the pool area. I really appreciated this because it made check in and unpacking super quick & easy. For us, he was flexible and got us an early check in, which I get isn’t always possible but there was no hesitation from him and he immediately worked with the cleaning staff to see if it could be. The location was nice because it is not far from the main town but far enough to not deal with too many crowds or traffic and the beach access roads are very close as well. The rooftop patio area was really nice and offers some really nice views. It has plenty of room and has a grill which I know would be great for dinner/hangout, although we didn’t use the grill on our stay. I would highly recommended this home and will be looking to stay here again.

Little Bay landing is amazing! We loved the location, but we loved the condos just as much. The rooms are pristine and cozy. The outdoor patios give you a little privacy if that is what you seek or you can join in with others at the HUGE pool that is the center piece of the interior courtyard. Fantastic for families who seek to be close to all of the main attractions of Rockport, but also gives you your own little piece of heaven when you want to relax.

Stayed mid January till mid March and found this gem to be everything it was advertised to be. From location to quality of the unit it did not disappoint. Just minutes to the beach access locations as well as local restaurants.If planning a return to Port A. in the future this spot will be top of my list.

Excellent location . If you have a boat or kayak this place is for you as you have your own boat slip . Easy access,place was PRISTINE clean , clean linens just everything you need you had . Quiet neighborhood, friendly people , great restaurants around you , beach was close by , fishing was great . We traveled with another family we had enough room . The deck was amazing. Craig is very responsive , making sure our stay was great . We highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed. I forgot to mention great price point and check out was a breeze ! Our stay at Gulfside Condominiums was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, Bobbi, Nancy, and Andrew made sure everything was seamless. The check-in process was smooth, with clear instructions and great communication. The townhome itself was clean, well-maintained, and had all the comforts of home. The location was perfect, and having designated parking made things even more convenient. The thoughtful touches, including fast WiFi and easy access to the beach, made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly appreciated the hospitality and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Port Aransas. Looking forward to returning!

The place was awesome. It was so clean and nice. The kids loved being able to fish out back and walking out front to fish as well. We will certainly be back for another stay. We loved it.
