Cozy little place within a 5min walk to the beach. Many restaurants and things to do nearby. The host was so nice, checked in and would promptly respond to my text. Will definitely be going back!

The place was really well appointed and had everything a family of five needed. It is right next to the beach and it’s an easy walk or drive. Shops and restaurants are a short drive away. Very beautiful surroundings and enjoyed the oversized deck. We had a great stay.

Joseph's place was ideal for our spring break! My kiddos loved the bunk beds and the pool right outside was well maintained and cleaned daily! The king bed was comfy and roomy, the shower was nice and the kitchen had everything to prep nice hot meals when we wanted to dine-in. This was a great stay overall!

Monica's condo was exactly what we were wanting for this first trip to Corpus Christi. The location was great for us, walking distance (1 mile) to the Lexington and aquarium, and a quick easy drive into downtown and beyond. Yes, the building itself shows its age, but the condo was very clean, smelled good (loved whatever that scent was!), well-supplied, nicely decorated, and very quiet. We enjoyed the view toward the Lexington and downtown from the living room and balcony. Monica reminded us to expect construction activity, and it was happening during the day, but it was a non-issue. The only items that fell a bit below our overall 5 rating were the comfort levels of the sofa (pretty creaky and not supportive) and the mattress which was a bit soft for us, not bad, just softer than our backs prefer. Thank you, Monica, for a great stay and for the great communication!

By far one of the best places I have stayed. I highly recommend this location if you’re looking to stay on N Padre Island. Peter was a great host!

We had an amazing stay, it was a short 5-10 min walk from the beach which was exactly what my group was looking for! Sheldon has anything and everything you could think of from a wagon to cooking seasoning. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to family and friends

My family of five had a wonderfully restful week of swimming, fishing, kayaking and grilling in the open air while toasting the beautiful bay just feet away, colorful sunsets above and our border collie chasing her frisbee to exhaustion. Heaven!

John’s place was the perfect spot for a get away! If you are looking for quiet, cozy, clean place to stay. This is the perfect spot! John was super communicative with the stay and I had 0 issues! 100% booking again moving forward!

Me and my Friend were so cozy in this cute little beach get-away apartment. Surrounded by a quiet area and literally less than a 10 min drive to the beach! They have everything you need and though we had no pets with us, we found it very sweet that the owners had dishes and treats for the pets. Diana was such a amazing host! I had left my airpods and offered to cover the expenses of gas and shipping, but Diana insisted that she would cover the expenses at no cost. A very sweet gesture and answered all of our questions in such short time. Would highly recommend staying here 😊

Evan‘s place was incredible. We had such a wonderful time. He was also super responsive and gave us recommendations for places to eat and what beaches to go to. Also, didn’t have a huge checklist for cleaning. Would definitely stay here again.

Breezy, quaint getaway ! Perfect for a weekend away for a family of three! Samuel was quick with responses, & friendly he even left chips and something cold to drink when we arrived from our three hour trip. Wonderful water pressure I may add , & washer and dryer was great to throw your bathing suits in for after the beach! He had fans in there for use and beach items We would return again for sure !

Micole was the perfect host for our family fishing trip! The space came with plentiful bathroom supplies, frosty beer mugs in the freezer, and treats for our dogs! Micole was very attentive and always responsive when I reached out. The area was very peaceful and a great place to walk the dogs. We enjoyed the balcony and the large bed in bedroom. Micole was very flexible and ready to meet our needs, which was so much appreciated! Would stay here again for sure.

The internet was quite slow, and we weren’t able to access Netflix for the kids, but we spent most of our time enjoying the pool and beach. The walk to the beach took about 8–10 minutes with our kids, including a toddler. The balcony view was beautiful, and we loved hearing the sound of the waves. Overall, a great experience!

This place was phenomenal 🤩. We had a long travel day from Detroit, not knowing what to expect. Our first time in Texas. All I can say is this is one of the best places I have stayed. Absolutely stunning. Location was amazing. We simply could not have asked for a better vacation.

We had no problems, so there was no need to contact Courtney when we were there. The actual condo was good, but the complex outside grounds could use major updating. Slow time of the year, but never a problem parking a large pickup. Thank you!

My wife and I spent 5 weeks at this property, from late January through the end of February. We loved the space, the area where its located and the other great people we met in the building. Everything was as advertised, complete kitchen, comfortable beds, etc. We only had to contact Ken (owner) once or twice and he responded immediately. Our time there flew by as there was always something to do, whether on the Island or in Corpus Christi, the options are abundant. You could have everything from action packed days to quiet ones on the beach, which is right across the street and you can just drive onto the beach and park there.
