Excellent stay

Really loved our stay. It was convenient to DTC, 25 and 225. Great restaurants nearby and a kitchenette to cook our own food with all cookware and dishes. Internet could get spotty during peak hours, despite restarting the router, but otherwise exactly what we needed. AC/heat were really powerful (good thing). Home was comfortable and convenient. Nadine was very kind and responsive. Grateful for this stay!

I have spent time in multiple of Nadine’s places. They are always clean, great value, and comfortable. I have never had any issues. I would never hesitate staying at her places.

We stayed for my daughter's wedding and had plenty of space for everything we needed to do there! It is a beautiful location and so cool to have the whole second floor with a huge patio. The building is very secure and we had an easy time getting our key and managing finding parking nearby.

We had a great stay! We’re a family of four and Caden’s place was the perfect size for our Denver vacation. We have friends who live in the area and this was very convenient to get to them. The beds were very comfortable and the doors separating the primary bedroom (almost like a studio apartment really) from the other bedroom that has the kitchen and living room makes for a good sound barrier when both are closed (in case the kids are loud!).

Everything about Nadine’s place is outstanding, and flawless; clean furniture, comfortable mattress, and quiet area. It will always be our first choice.

This was our second time staying at Greg's property and we would stay there again. It is in a good location, easy access to some fun local establishments, grocery stores, and major streets. The neighborhood feels safe and provides good walking opportunities. The property is exactly as shown, spacious, clean, reasonably stocked, and has ample nearby street parking. While we didn't use it, there is a washer and dryer provided. The kitchen is large, has nice appliances, and has all the needed essentials for cooking. The price is reasonable for the location and amenities. Greg is an excellent host, responds quickly to questions, provides detailed directions for check in and check out, and is very flexible. Highly recommend!

Ashley’s Perfect Place, was truly the perfect place. She was extremely accommodating as we had landed in early morning & she accommodated for us to check in early! The place was beyond spotless & felt like home. Always a pleasant & comforting atmosphere to return to especially with the winter colds! I would definitely check out Ashley’s Perfect Place as it really is the Perfect Place if you’re visiting the Aurora/Denver area.

We rented Michael’s place for a month and really enjoyed it. It is very cozy, the propane stove is a nice touch. Micheal meets you on arrival and was very responsive throughout the rental, although we didn’t need much. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped although kitchen furnishings could use some updating. The area is great, lots of places to walk, stores and restaurants. We will probably rent here again as it is around the corner from family. We recommend Michael’s place.

Exactly as advertise! My brothers and I enjoyed our time at Mark’s place. It was clean, spacious and easy to find. If you’re looking for host that’s responsive, polite and provides a cozy, clean, spacious place, then Mark is your guy! We’ll definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks Mark!

When I say Meg’s place matched the listing, I mean it was exactly as listed! The photos are entirely accurate and almost don’t do the place justice! For context, I moved to Colorado to start a new job, and needed a place to stay in the interim until I found a permanent residence, and Meg’s place was perfect. I stayed for a bit over 2 months. Well located, close to my new job, major interstates, shopping, food, and DEN. A good place for a new Coloradan to get the lay of the land. Check-in and out was a breeze, the place was immaculate, and both Meg and Kelvin were super responsive. Thermostat quit while I was there in the middle of a cold snap in January, replaced quickly. There are some reviews on this place that mention the firm bed, and it is rather firm. If you’re like me and you don’t care for a firm bed, be warned. If the firmer the better, this place cannot be beat. By the end, I will admit, I was definitely used to the firmness. Wonderful place, gracious hosts, would recommend!

Brian’s place was conveniently located near a bunch of great restaurants and was a quick 20-25 min drive to/from the airport! The fenced-in lot provided a lot of privacy so it made traveling solo feel very safe. His home was stocked with anything and everything you could need for a quick or a long getaway. Brian was quick to respond to any questions I had & was understanding to my situation. I highly recommend staying here!

Hallie was incredibly helpful, and accommodating! The space was great, everything was well kept, and clean. Great for couples, and access to full kitchen!

Another great stay at one of Dawn’s places! So convenient to visiting our son and family. Very clean, comfortable and felt at home. Places to walk our dog either on property or off. Will stay here again!

Great spot! Wife and I came up for a concert at Fiddler Green amphitheater and this place is located within walking distance from there. The location it self is great, a really nice and clean neighborhood with tons of food and bar options as well as things to do. Parking is easy and open. The pool is perfect, clean and close to the unit. For a couple, this place is well worth the price, especially if you’re staying to attend a show. Enjoyed and will be staying again in the future.

Great stay and super communication. A minor issue at check-in was resolved immediately. Also appreciated next day follow-up texts as to any needs or issues we might have. Adi and her husband were both super to deal with. Unit was quite comfy! Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay- great communication and flexibility on check in time. Our host communicated with us directly with recommendations in addition to very clear instructions and info from Evolve. It was a chilly (and snowy!) Denver spring weekend and our host let us know we were free to set the heat to our comfort level and we enjoyed using the electric fireplace. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay! 😊

We just stayed at Brian’s place over Labor Day. He was incredibly helpful and let us check in early after a bad experience at another airbnb. His place is INCREDIBLE. 360 degree views of downtown Denver, the Rockies etc. We sat outside every evening - it was so lovely. He lives within walking distance of coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It was so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go from his place. Also the place itself is great- he has an incredible bathroom with a 3 head steam shower and a soaking tub. We will stay there the next time we are in Denver if it’s available!

This is a great place very close to the Denver Tech Center and convenient for visiting our grandkids in Greenwood Village. The condo is very comfortable and warm. It feels like a home and we instantly felt comfortable there. The Kitchen was well-equipped and the bedroom, with the small desk, was perfect. After just a few minutes my wife and I agreed that we will try to get Nancy's place if we ever need a place in the area again.

This is a great place that is close to everything! One thing to note is that it's very close to a busy highway, so sometimes traffic can be heard when trying to sleep in the front bedroom. Also, the king bed is quite high, so someone shorter can have some difficulty hopping in! But besides those things, a great spot.

Great place to stay. Quiet and clean. And very centrally located and very safe. Would stay again.
