First, I wish someone said this is located in the ghetto, and surrounded by homeless and drug addicts and prostitution motels. There are tents in the corners. Two blocks away are motels with prostitution and drug addicts walking around. The apartment on the other hand is fully equipped and very clean. There are people who live upstairs and they get up early. The footsteps will wake you. The owner is very nice.

Louisa was very responsive to any and all questions I had. Her penthouse apartment was fabulous. Beautifully appointed, incredible amenities within the building (including exercise room and don’t miss the rooftop pool, sauna, and fire pit), and is a perfect location in Cherry Creek. There is a mall right across the street where we enjoyed a wonderful Farmers Market on Saturday morning, but if you like shopping, one block from the building begins several streets of lovely name brand as well as local artisan shops. I shared the AirBnB with three other cousins for a reunion. The king-sized beds in the two bedrooms along with two baths was just right for our accommodations, and we four gals were able to catchup, drink wine, and laugh into the night. So much better than being in a hotel. Also, the building is very secure. It was truly a luxurious way to gather with family. Would definitely recommend and will use again if ever returning to the Denver area.

The place is beautiful and just like the pictures! Lots of things in walking distance; we were able to walk to the mall and get some shopping done! The place had everything we needed, even headache medicine! It was very cozy and we would definitely stay again!

Anne was a great host and the apartment was beautiful. Great location and easy to walk to restaurants and shopping. Parking for one car was included, which was super helpful.

Crystal and Josh really went out of their way to make our stay pleasant and outstanding. I give them extra kudos for that! Place is beautiful, clean, and right in the middle of Cherry creek… a lovely neighborhood with lots of shops, restaurants, and local businesses. Honestly, a better neighborhood to be in than downtown. The plus is also all of the amenities the building offers, especially the hot tub on the rooftop + coffee machine on the 5th floor! My friends who stayed with me mentioned they would want to book this place again whenever they’re in Denver, so it’s not just my word! :)

Great place to stay in Denver. The host, Brett, was very responsive. He provided clear instructions and answered any questions we had right away. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. It is within walking distance of several great restaurants. There are lime scooters available in the area for getting around to the park/zoo/restaurants. Overall great place to stay with a great host.

The most friendliest host, made us feel so comfortable! I would totally recommend this place.

Our family enjoyed staying close to our daughter's home and the covered patio was a great place to gather for a meal. The location was convenient for all our activities and the neighborhood park is beautiful and walkable. We would definitely stay again when we return. Thanks!

Amazing backyard and the character is the house is so cute! Host was amazing to work with and very very accommodating.

Blenda's place exceeded our expectations in all areas, truly a gem of a spot. Blenda generously allowed us to check in early, helped us get oriented when we arrived, and was a clear, prompt communicator. The space felt very private although the property is shared and the beds were extremely comfortable- rare for a rental! Thank you, Blenda, for making our journey easier and homier.

This was hands down one of the better places I have had the privilege to stay at. Had everything we needed and would highly recommend giving this place a try. The Host was very responsive both before and during our stay which was very much appreciated. Definitely will keep this home in mind on my next visit to the Denver area! Sebastian was the best host I’ve ever had. He lives right next door and I was able to meet him. He was extremely warm, friendly, responsive and professional! This home was immaculate! He did the remodeling himself (maybe with the help from others) and you can tell he took and continues taking tremendous pride in the job. I almost hated staying there because of how immaculate it was! He was having the landscaping done which he was also doing himself which made the outside look very nice. I would highly, very highly recommend for anyone looking for an Airbnb in Denver to look no more as this is the place to book! I truly feel you won’t be disappointed!
