This house was a great place to stay in Denver; the neighborhood was quiet and close to parks, groceries and other places of interest. It was larger than we expected from the photos. We have family in Denver and were able to gather at the house for some meals and games. Darrow provided plenty of paper goods to start with and left notes with instructions for various amenities. I hope we can stay here again when our family gathers in the city.

While visiting our family in Colorado, Cherry Creek is the perfect location for us. It was very comfortable staying in Cathy's house. The location is an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. There is plenty of parking on the street. The house was very clean, uncluttered, and nicely furnished. The pods for morning coffee were fully stocked. We really enjoyed perfect Colorado evenings outside by the fire pit and the herb garden of basil, chives, and thyme, were great additions to a quick salad or omelet.

Our bachelorette party really enjoyed our stay. Loved the space and was very clean. Our only issue was the water pressure/temperature in the showers was not ideal. Sauna, hot tub, decor, cleanliness all great. Flexible check in. Enjoyed our experience!

This was one of my favorite ABB stays ever! Such a great house. Everything was easy, comfortable and clean. We would buy this house if we could! My whole family enjoyed the game room, amazing yard, and great kitchen. It had everything we needed and more!

This was one of our favorite Air B and B stays! The location is perfect - a short couple of blocks walking to shops and restaurants and an AMAZING Sunday farmers market. The home itself was very comfortable. We cooked a few meals and the kitchen is well stocked and everything felt clean. We moved our son into DU and this stay was the perfect transition from home to Denver to dorm. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch in hammock chair swings to read a book and eating breakfast on the back porch at the patio table. Courtney was an attentive and proactive host. Overall really, really nice experience. Would definitely stay here again.

Brad and Kami's home was perfect for our family. It gave each of us a room with an adult bed and plenty of space to spread out. The house had everything you would need, and it had clear instructions on everything to make it simple and hassle free. The communication from them was super responsive and we appreciated their kindness. If we ever have another event in Denver that requires our stay, we will absolutely book this house again.

Stayed for 3 nights and was a perfect size home for 7 of us. The kids loved the playground in the backyard and although the nearby area can get weird fast, we never didn’t feel safe or at home. Would recommend and definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Dana’s Airbnb. We feel so grateful to have found such a lovely space and kind host. The bnb was exactly what we had hoped for — spacious, comfortable, great natural lighting, a supremely well stocked kitchen, a huge shower and tub, great heating which made our wintery stay so cozy and soft king size beds. Dana went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable throughout our stay. She stopped by to help us figure out how to use an appliance and replied promptly and compassionately to any questions we had. Her timely communication put us at ease and helped our trip run smoothly. If we’re back in Denver we would happily stay at Dana’s lovely Airbnb again. Many thanks, Evan & June

Eyal was a great host! He allowed me to check in early because my flight was early and he was very nice and responsive. I was suprised to see how many amenities there were I brought my own laundry detergent and he already had laundry detergent there as well as tooth brushes and tooth paste and mouth wash. This little space was just what I needed I felt right at home I definitely will be back in the future!

I love the DTC area and this place was located perfectly, very easy to get around and so close to everything. It was super clean and the sheets were spotless! A few things to fix but Danielle was super responsive and helpful! I would definitely stay here again and recommend this place!

Great location with lots of food choices and close to main highways, the space was private, welcoming and well decorated which made it visually pleasing but also functional. Loved that even though the space was attached to the main house it was separate and secure, might as well have been its own free standing property. We only heard host family once and for a quick second, the train is however a different story. We are good with noise so it didn’t really affect us much but if you are a light sleeper This could be a setback. Train crossed behind properly back fence and most trains are light on weight / commuter trains therefore being pretty quiet, but once in a while it appears a cargo train would go by which at one point made me look out of the window to see if it was a train and not an airplane landing. 😂. I did however enjoy this property and will consider coming back to when I return in August/September.

We had the best time! Our lovely friend is a huge vintage fanatic and we surprised her with the best girls night ever. Everyone was able to have their own private space but there also multiple areas where we could spend time as a group. Location was perfect for our needs with lots to do nearby and very walkable. It was great to be in a quieter area instead of in a busy downtown area. Highly recommend for anyone staying in the Denver area!
