I enjoyed my stay. Good location close to downtown.

Spacious two bedroom condo. I was able to park directly in front of Demetrius' condo and felt my vehicle was safe. Kitchen was well stocked.

Our stay was simply wonderful! Everything was as described, clean and comfortable. All of the instructions were clear and straightforward and the location was fantastic! Dessa even gave us some flexibility with our check out time which was so helpful and just lovely. Our daughter moved to Denver from Boston so we will be coming back to visit her and we intend to stay here again. I highly recommend!

Immaculately clean living space - basement apartment that didn't have much natural lighting but was very cool and comfortable in 90+F heat that Denver had during our stay. We only had to turn AC on briefly 3 times during 6 day stay in very hot July. Super easy to check in, and then to get in and out of downtown, and the garage was perfect to house our rental car, and there is off-street parking as well. The immediate neighborhood is not the cleanest with a lot of garbage/furniture piled at the end of the street, broken glass etc. We had our tiny dog with us and it was very nice to be able to use the upper yard if we needed to let her out. Anna had lots of nice extras around the kitchen and bathroom ton get you started on our stay, and she was a very kind and responsive host. We would definitely stay again if we were in Denver!

We had a good stay at Ethan’s place. It was roomy and fun. They put a lot of thought into its design and decor. Everything we needed was there. And it was as all good quality and very clean. Thank you for having us!

We had a great stay the house was amazing! It was perfect for our big family. Our younger kids enjoyed all the toys and the backyard.

Found Patrick's place for our parents to stay at while they were visiting. They said he was so nice and super responsive! The home was clean and had a awesome private yard to hang out in and play with their grandson! The kitchen was well stocked and had everything they needed. This will be their #1 choice when staying in town again!!

We had an excellent stay! This was a comfortable, safe, space to come back to at the end of each day. The decorations are great, even including a Christmas tree! Love the putt putt set up in the yard. There is also a cozy fireplace area. Thank you to the hosts for putting so much thought and consideration into your house!

We needed a place in the area and fast when we were transitioning from 1 house to the other. The price was great, neighborhood perfect! Neighbors were even welcoming!! Walking distance to Southlands mall for nightlife fun if that is for you but quiet enough to sleep with the windows open. Hosts were communicative and friendly!

The place had everything we needed (including no stairs to get inside). And Joseph was flexible, kind, and responsive.

We felt very comfortable and it was very quiet. Elisabeth was very accommodating and responsive. It was a nice stay.

We had a great time and really loved using the community pool! Pool table is always a hit, and the beds were comfortable.

Sam was able to accommodate my friends and I on short notice after another Airbnb reservation cancelled. Location is close to Meow Wolf, Ball Arena, and the famous Casa Bonita. All of which we went to. The home is cute and cozy. The main issue we dealt with was the water pressure in the shower being too high/strong. Which may be the reason why the hot water didn’t last long. Which may be a problem if you have multiple guests with you. This is more of “winter/early spring” concern but the private room on the main floor was cooler than the rest of the home. With that said I would still recommend and consider staying here again if I were to return to Denver.

I had a great time staying at their place in capital hill! It was quite walkable to parks, food, and other attractions. Also, there’s a bus stop only a block away that is convenient if you don’t have a car. The unit was also great! I worked from here for a few days and had great wifi. They also responded quickly when I realized I did not have any oven mitts. Would visit again!

Exactly as advertise! My brothers and I enjoyed our time at Mark’s place. It was clean, spacious and easy to find. If you’re looking for host that’s responsive, polite and provides a cozy, clean, spacious place, then Mark is your guy! We’ll definitely stay here again in the future. Thanks Mark!

We just stayed at Brian’s place over Labor Day. He was incredibly helpful and let us check in early after a bad experience at another airbnb. His place is INCREDIBLE. 360 degree views of downtown Denver, the Rockies etc. We sat outside every evening - it was so lovely. He lives within walking distance of coffee, restaurants, grocery stores, etc. It was so easy to get everywhere we wanted to go from his place. Also the place itself is great- he has an incredible bathroom with a 3 head steam shower and a soaking tub. We will stay there the next time we are in Denver if it’s available!
