This is adorable flat looks exactly like the pictures; beautifully decorated (with lots of unique touches), fully-updated yet still holding the charm of the building. We enjoyed having coffee in the light-filled rooms, and took full advantage of all of the shops just steps away in downtown Littleton (restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, tea olive oil and spice shops, a vintage clothing store, a meat store, and even a novelty shop). There is also a community center within walking distance where you can get a day pass to use their workout equipment, pool, etc. The unit has parking, and is within driving distance of so many of Denver’s surrounding hiking areas which we also visited. The host communicated well and gave us a heads up that there was going to be some possible noise due to street work, but it ended up not being a problem. Staying right in town was not noisy at all and we had great sleep in the very comfortable bed with nice linens and blackout curtains. A unique gem!

Eyal was a great host! He allowed me to check in early because my flight was early and he was very nice and responsive. I was suprised to see how many amenities there were I brought my own laundry detergent and he already had laundry detergent there as well as tooth brushes and tooth paste and mouth wash. This little space was just what I needed I felt right at home I definitely will be back in the future!

Had a lovely time in this airbnb! Everything was clean when we arrived and looked just like the pictures. I’ll definitely have this place in mind next time I visit Colorado.

Micheal was a fantastic host and got to meet the beautiful husky Woo. Would definitely use this spot again. My family of 5 had plenty of room for us to crash for a night while passing through and visiting family. Was able to visit until almost 1am without bothering the host. Thank you so much!!!

We enjoyed our stay! It was a cozy little home away from home for the week. Tea bar was much appreciated! The noise they warn about in their listing was barely noticable for us. Walking through the kitchen was not as intrusive as one might think, if we happened to run into Brian or Tarryn, they were always friendly, and inviting. Would recommend to a friend.

The best basement apartment we have stayed in. Very spacious and thoughtful planned out. Easy walk to the grocery and wonderful coffee. Highly recommend

Highly recommend! Great place for two people to stay. The airbnb was well equipped with everything we needed. The location was awesome! Was close to a park to walk my dog and felt very safe. Nanci was a great host!

Samuel was an amazing host. I was traveling with 4 kids on a Spring Break trip ages 10 through 17. Samuel was quick to respond to any questions we had and very helpful. Looking at the calendar now to book our next stay at The BlueBerry House!

We stayed at Mara's while a family member was being evaluated at an area hospital. The location was just a short drive from the hospital and it was nice to have a comfortable place to stay in close proximity to the hospital. After the snow storm, Mara contacted me to let me know someone would be by to shovel the front steps and they were. Thank you!

It was easy to walk to the Colorado Convention Center from Raj's place. The home was really clean and Raj was so kind in providing a pack and play and high chair for our infant.

This is my third time staying at Sally’s place with my dog, and each time it is wonderful! Definitely becoming a home away from home for us and looking forward to another stay!

I rented this Airbnb for friends who were in town for a birthday party. It worked well and many appreciated the accommodations.

This is a beautifully designed space in an excellent location. Josh has curated a relaxing respite in an ideal location with easy access to essential resources: Sprouts Farmers Market, Brew Park, Bus Transportation, Fast Food, and, fortunately for us, an incredible hospital. It is also very close to City Park, which contains the Denver Museum of Nature & Science, Denver Zoo, and lots of open space for recreation and views of downtown and the mountains beyond. We had a wonderful stay and appreciated everything about the home and our host.

This place was perfect! It was very spacious and comfortable, located in a great neighborhood near plenty to do, would highly recommend!

Awesome stay last minute. More space than what we needed but perfect little spot. We were pleasantly surprised at the stay after driving around the area.

I had a great time staying at their place in capital hill! It was quite walkable to parks, food, and other attractions. Also, there’s a bus stop only a block away that is convenient if you don’t have a car. The unit was also great! I worked from here for a few days and had great wifi. They also responded quickly when I realized I did not have any oven mitts. Would visit again!

This apartment was just what we needed on our trip to Colorado. It was close to everything that we wanted to do. Caden was kind and very responsive. Would recommend.

We checked in for 9 days. The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos, and Greg was extremely responsive with all the questions we had. His instructions were clear and we had no issues finding the place, or getting into the apartment. The apartment itself is conveniently located to multiple restaurants and breweries, and the interstate to Denver is a stone’s throw away, making the commute pretty seamless.

This is a very nice apartment. It’s very clean and comfortable beds and furniture. The towels were really nice as well. It was well stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were responsive and seemed to truly care about our experience and that we had everything we need. It was just as they describe. I would rent this place again without hesitation.

James's place was excellent in all ways. The kitchen was amazingly well equipped, suitable for staying a month or more and cooking for oneself. The convention center and the 16th street mall are a 15 minute walk downhill, the capitol building a 5 minute walk slightly uphill. Those who are challenged by stairs plus high altitude (not me) should know that the room is 2 flights up; I didn't look for an elevator.

The property was amazing. The pictures don’t do it justice. It is very easy and fast to check in and out. Gina was great to work with. Three of us stayed there for a professional conference. Gina set us up with a caterer, so we could host clients for the Super Bowl. The experience exceeded our expectations.
