For the entire month that we stayed here, this flat served all our purposes. The location is probably the most outstanding feature which is right in the middle of one of, if not the most, trendiest streets in Yerevan with lots of interesting shops, cafes and restaurants. Being on the fourth floor, the apartment was surprisingly quiet and it was nice to sit out on the balconies during some cooler evenings. It's a very spacious apartment, well equipped and nicely furnished for long stays. My only reservation was just the one air conditioning machine in the living room which was temperamental at times. We had to make constant effort to ensure that all other rooms were kept cool during 35-40 degrees heat outside. However, I can't imagine spending this month in any better location and in what was a very comfortable place to live in for spending some very special times. Thank you.

It is indeed nice and cozy place. Windows are on the west side. Sun lights balcony from 3 pm till sunset at 7pm. Air conditioning works well. Balcony is really spacious. You have everything you need in the apartment. Location is great too. Shopping mall is 100 meters from the building. Fitness center with pool & tennis courts is 10 minutes walk. Though highway is nearby, it is pretty silent in the apartment. No insects, no birds. Great place to stay!

Levon and his wife are absolutely AMAZING! They are the sweetest couple and so welcoming. Their house is a dream house for anyone who likes the traditional Armenian style. In fact, the place is where they both live so its super cosy and you feel totally at home. If you are after luxury, or a super comfortable bed and pillows, this place isn't for you but if you are looking for a place to feel at home, be comfortable, safe, have great hosts and have everything you need + the best location possible in Yerevan, then don't hesitate to book it. The balcony and the view! What can I say - it's almost impossible to find anything like it. Also its important to note we arrived at 5am and Levon greeted us with no problem - he also let me stay in the house until 10pm on my last day rather than midday which was the checkout time. Levon, thank you so much for being such great host. If I come back, which I know I will, I would love to stay at your place again if you let me! It was our second stay in Gary’s place - and I still think it’s one of the best apartments to rent in Yerevan! Totally recomend

We had a great stay! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, especially during check-in — they made everything easy and welcoming. We really appreciated their hospitality and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Excellent panorama view and interior design. One small inconvenience is the absent of shower. Instead there's a jacuzzi which is not good for talking everyday's using.

Lilit was extremely nice, welcoming and accommodating. Apartment has plenty of space and a nice view, just on the outside of the center, but close enough to walk. Lilit made sure she was available if anything was needed and I have no complaints.

We really enjoyed our stay here, very centrally located but surprisingly quiet. Lots of natural light throughout the appartment, large kitchen and large bed. would definitely recommend 👍

I'm so happy I found this place and met Rusanna and Ruben. They are the nicest couple, very kind and welcoming. The place felt like home, tasteful artistic homelike interiors and beautiful garden outside, it feel so nice to be there and wake up to the quiet of the nature. The location is truly unbeatable, with 5 minute walk to the Garni Temple and stunning views (which can be also enjoyed form the garden). Delicious meals available at the stay and restaurants with fantastic kitchen also within 3-minute reach. I couldn't wish for anything else, this location is a gem for anyone that wants to feel Armenia through their heart.

Отличная квартира в самом центре Еревана. Расположение удобное, в самой квартире тихо. Отдельное спасибо хозяйке что пошла на встречу и согласилась на уменьшение числа дней после бронирования (по личным обстоятельствам не получилось остаться на выходные).

Арсен отличный хозяин, все было отлично: нас своевременно встретили, на все вопросы мы получали оперативный ответ по вотс апу. В аппартаментах все было отлично, нам очень понравился отдых!

Lilit is a very reliable and responsive host, and the flat is very neat and comfortable. We had early morning flights outside of check-in/out hours and she was very understanding about it, so we weren’t stuck outside. Would happily stay here again!

Tigran's apartment was like a home away from home - spotless and comfortable. Fully equipped with everything one needs for a their stay. The location of the apartment was very convenient and easily accessible to the city. Tigran was attentive and responsive. I had a wonderful stay!

The place is in a wonderful area and certainly worth the money we paid for the stay—great restaurants and shops right in the heart of Yerevan. The apartment was peaceful and quiet while life went on through the night in the streets. You won't need a car to walk through all of the attractions in downtown or shop at a grocery store. Exchanges and pharmacies at every corner. As to the host, Thomas and his assistant were very responsive and friendly. Once we had an issue, and Thomas took care of it right away and made our stay more comfortable. They even allowed us to check out later so we didn't have to carry our baggage with us while waiting for the departure time. The assistant helped carry the heavy suitcase down the stairs too. Very friendly and nice people.

We are regular airbnb travelers and would rate Karen's place as the nicest we have ever been to. Located in a quiet neighbourhood, a beautiful place where life has its own pace. The place was very clean, self-made, had everything we needed to feel at home for a long stay - really sometimes even better than at home. To describe it shortly, it is a whole house at your command! WIth its own pool, beautiful garden, even domestic birds! Karen made sure that it is the best place to stay, the amount of work he put in this place is outstanding. Communication with him was great too - he provided everything we needed - even though we had a long stay, was always available and genuinely a great and kind person! We would highly recommend this wonderful apartment as this is one of the best experiences on this app. We are looking forward to staying here again!

first time staying that long in an Airbnb place. first time that I felt like 🏠 home ! Go for it without hesitating.
