Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement d'Anush. Il est calme, spacieux, propre et offre une très belle vue sur le jardin et la ville. Anush a été très réactive et a répondu à toutes nos questions rapidement, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. À noter que le logement est situé à 15 minutes du centre avec une montée, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement !

Anahit is an awesome amazing host. All needed things were available at the place. Comfortable bed. Shower had excellent hot water and everything was clean and easy to find in the home. Beautiful surroundings. Grocery stores and restaurants footsteps nearby. I’m planning on returning soon again.

Нуне и Артак гостеприимные хозяева. Квартира на цокольном этаже. Чистая, свежий ремонт. Есть горячая вода. В квартире есть кухня, возможно приготовить еду. На кухне кофе, чай, сахар. Хозяин может отвезти в магазин, чтобы купить продукты. Нас угостили свежими фруктами. В квартире есть стабильный интернет. Квартира рядом с аэропортом, хозяин встречает в аэропорту и отвозит обратно бесплатно. Хозяин всегда отвечает на вопросы по заселению, встрече. Мы остались очень довольны.

Amazing flat very clean and comfortable, play ground up front perfect place for family. location Amazing right in city centre a lot to do .I really miss if go back to yerevan will stay again there.

Generally is was good, a bit overpriced though, imho and yeah fifth floor, no elevator can be challenging sometimes:)

Мы с женой провели три замечательные недели в этой квартире, включая Новый год. От проживания остались только положительные впечатления! Особенно понравились теплые полы — помогали согреться после прогулок. На кухне было все, что нужно для готовки. Район очень тихий. Все необходимые магазины находятся буквально в шаговой доступности, что было очень удобно. Квартира уютная, в ней сразу ощущаешь себя как дома. Приятным сюрпризом стала елочка, которую хозяева поставили специально к праздникам — это добавило новогоднего настроения. Владельцы квартиры всегда отвечали на все вопросы быстро, с заселением и выездом также не было никаких проблем. Идеальное место для отдыха в Ереване. Однозначно рекомендуем!

We had an incredible time here (5 weeks). This is a super modern apartment in a new building in a quiet, peaceful, safe, and less polluted area of Yerevan (higher in elevation by a few hundred meters compared to the center where all of the air pollution collects). The photos correspond exactly to how the apartment looks in real life, so I will only mention what you can't see in the photos. The bed's mattress is quite comfortable (not too hard and not too soft), even though it's just a double bed. The couch and chairs are very comfortable. All of the appliances (heating, water, washing machine, drying machine [!!!], coffee machine, toaster, microwave, blender, espresso machine [!!!], etc.) were super new and worked perfectly. Food delivery and taxi apps worked very well. The host Anna was absolutely outstanding!!! She was prompt and helped us with any questions or requests we had. She even installed *additional* dark window blinds upon our request, which was amazing for us night owls.

Нам понравилось ещё бы бойлер собственный, смейсители чтоб смешивали воду, а не переключали грубоговлря между двух вариартов..Тв приставку получше, сам телевизор получше и больше. А так всё хорошо) Даже доставку с курьера приняли через окно) Расположение удачное.

It is a wonderful flat. Very modern, clean and full equipped. We had everything there that we used to have in our home. There are a lot of cafes, supermarkets and attractions nearby. The only thing it may not suit for everyone, because it is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator. You should take it into consideration. But for us it wasn’t problem and we had a great time there. Thank you very much. We will definitely come back again next time here

I was absolutely delighted with this apartment! 🏡 It’s clean, bright, and very cozy. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I even managed to work there—it was very convenient thanks to the comfortable chair and the workspace. I felt right at home! A big thank you to the hosts for their hospitality. Идеальное жилья со всеми необходимыми удобствами, чтобы чувствовать себя комфортно как дома. В квартире было абсолютно все для готовки, стирки и уборки, что ничего дополнительно покупать не пришлось. Отдельно отмечу свежий ремонт и идеальную чистоту при заселении. Хозяйка была весьма доброжелательной и отзывчивой, готовой помочь с любыми вопросами.

Yerevan is a beautiful city. The apartment is in such a great location with shops, sights, bars and restaurants in abundance within walking distance. The apartment itself is well laid out, clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend and would not hesitate in booking here again. The only thing I would say is to not judge a book by it's cover. Like many apartment blocks I've found in Armenia and Georgia is they do look quite poor from the outside but the inside of them is like a different world. Do not be put off by this.

And I came back again because this is a place that I am very impressed with. I recommend it 100%.

This was a perfect place for our 6-week stay in Yerevan. Great location and value. We loved the fully equipped kitchen and general layout of the apartment. It gets a lot of natural light. Hope to come back!

My friends visited Yerevan for the weekend and we needed a big apartment to stay and have a great time together. This place has fitted our requests perfectly for a reasonable price. I’m very glad to find that host and location, I will sure consider it again in case I need something like that in the future

Great location everything is near by . 3 min walk to central square. Many cafes and restaurants is near by . Apartment is in new building , very clean and same that you see on photos. We arrived very late and it is very comfortable self check in . Highly recommended this apartments.

Margarit’s apartment was wonderful—super spacious, bright, and located in a nice neighborhood close to the city center. Everything was excellent, we truly enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Eine schöne, große, stilvolle Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Gio war sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Das Haus ist schön und sauber. Der Balkon hat einen schönen weiten Ausblick von dem wir die Mutter Armeniens und die Berge sehen konnten. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, dass wir unkompliziert Nachts selbst einchecken konnten und in der Küche schon Tee und ein paar Lebensmittel vorhanden waren, so war der Start in den Tag gut. Die Stadt kann man von hier gut tu Fuß erkunden. Herzlichen Dank! jederzeit wieder!
