Ararat Province : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement d'Anush. Il est calme, spacieux, propre et offre une très belle vue sur le jardin et la ville. Anush a été très réactive et a répondu à toutes nos questions rapidement, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. À noter que le logement est situé à 15 minutes du centre avec une montée, mais cela ne nous a pas dérangés. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement !

I'm so happy I found this place and met Rusanna and Ruben. They are the nicest couple, very kind and welcoming. The place felt like home, tasteful artistic homelike interiors and beautiful garden outside, it feel so nice to be there and wake up to the quiet of the nature. The location is truly unbeatable, with 5 minute walk to the Garni Temple and stunning views (which can be also enjoyed form the garden). Delicious meals available at the stay and restaurants with fantastic kitchen also within 3-minute reach. I couldn't wish for anything else, this location is a gem for anyone that wants to feel Armenia through their heart.

Apartment on the suburb of Yerevan in a family house in a quiet quarter, upstairs, large space, separate entrance, terrace, well furnished. On the ground floor lives the host with his family. Friendly, nice people. The host is also a tourist guide, which is very helpful, he helps to design the program and eventually provides a transport with his car by request.

Останавливались в этой квартире почти на месяц — всё очень понравилось. Чисто, уютно, есть всё нужное: посуда, горячая вода, хороший интернет. Спалось отлично, кровать удобная, в квартире очень тихо. До центра близко, можно спокойно дойти пешком. Великолепный вид из окна на весь город, иногда с террасы с другой стороны можно увидеть Арарат. Лучше места в Ереване вы не найдете. Особая благодарность хозяевам — очень доброжелательные и отзывчивые, помогли с заселением и подсказали, куда сходить поблизости. Отличный вариант для тех, кто хочет пожить в Ереване, почувствовать атмосферу города и при этом отдохнуть в комфортных условиях. Рекомендуем!

Zara & her family were so friendly and caring. We felt homely atmosphere during our stay. It had everything as described in the photos and descriptions. Overall we are quite satisfied with our stay. They can think of providing AC in the bedroom because we visited this place in hot summer and it was hot inside the bedroom. But they quickly assisted us by providing extra fan.

Аппарты с чудесным расположением. одна из центральных улиц Еревана. Рядом магазины кафе рестораны. особо никуда ходить не надо. небольшое пространство, для двух человек немного тесновато, для одного самое оно. все предметы первой необходимости присутствуют. отличный интернет. Хозяева всегда на связи. Единственное слабое место: раскладной диван (оно же спальное место), очень неудобно. Всё остальное в полном порядке!

We arrived to Yerevan for only two days. The location was outstanding, we were already in the middle of everything. It is super comfortable for parents with kids, because our son didn't had to sleep on a sofabed, as usual. The view from all rooms and places was amazing. We liked everything and would everybody recommend to stay with Jeff, who was super friendly and helpful.

Very nice and clean apartment. It features a spacious balcony and a fully equipped kitchen. The Dalma shopping center is conveniently located just across the street. Highly recommended!

I booked the apartment for my family. They had an enjoyable time in Sirane’s apartment. The location is amazing. Easy to get around, 20 min walk to the city centre, close to the metro station and buses. The apartment was clean and just like its pictures. Sirane is an amazing host, responsive and flexible. I will definitely book it again for next time.

Super appartement Très bien placé Arrivée autonome facile et équipé réactive Petit bémol : les rideaux des chambres laissent passer toute la lumière … il faudrait remplacer par des rideaux foncés pour bien dormir

Large apartment, good furniture, good WiFi, large balcony. A small supermarket at 300 m. Easy parking in the street. Perfect for a business trip.

Irina was an amazing host! She was incredibly helpful and ensured everything was perfect for us. Even though we booked last minute, she went out of her way to provide a baby crib and even asked if we needed toys for our infant. The apartment was spacious, beautifully arranged, and conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. It truly felt like a 5-star stay. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful apartment in Central Yerevan, it was a highlight of my trip. Most tourist attractions were within a 20 minute walk, and there were so many food and cafe options within a several minute radius. The apartment was very spacious and squeaky clean - I wish I could've stayed there for longer! They were very thorough with amenities as well; it was a fully functioning apartment. The host was also very responsive (usually responding within 10 minutes, even at odd hours). We did have a slight issue with the registered check-in dates, but it was resolved relatively quickly. If I'm ever back in Yerevan, I will definitely stay here again!

Очень, очень приятная квартира. Находится в центре, всё очень близко, хозяин оставил исчерпывающие (и очень красиво оформленные) инструкции для всего. Нам было очень уютно и мы чувствовали себя как дома! Единственный минус, который только могу себе представить - в квартире было довольно холодно, мы включили обогреватель. Но это мелочи по сравнению со всеми прочими удобствами и достоинствами этих апартов
