Hallo, Ich habe in diesem Haus gewohnt. Es war wirklich großartig, geräumig, modern und in der besten Gegend der Stadt gelegen. Die Lage bot schnellen Zugang zum Stadtzentrum sowie zu vielen Einkaufszentren und zahlreichen Freizeit- und historischen Sehenswürdigkeiten – wirklich hervorragend. Außerdem möchte ich mich herzlich für den ausgezeichneten Service bedanken.

Had a great experience at this place in the centre of Yerevan. It is good for 5+ people. Lots of restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. The host was very understandig and let us check in later because we were late from the airport. He also gave us a brief description of surroundings and gave us advice during our stay in Yerevan. The appartment is big and everything stated in the description is working properly (Wi-Fi, washing machine,hairdrier, etc.) Good value for the money, looking forward to come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Emma's place. The place was spacious, bright and clean. We had everything we needed. Our host was very nice and attentive. It was nice of her to call the next day to see if everything is good and we had everything we needed. The location is great right in the center of the city. The only problem was the entrance which is not in the main street and it took us some time to find it. Also be aware that there is no elevator and there are some stairs to get to the apartment. Overall we had a nice stay and I recommend it if you are planning to go to Yerevan.

Dr. Meri's place was spotlessly clean, accurately described and Dr. Meri herself is a very helpful and amazing person. She even had some snack prepared for us, so we didn't have to rush to a supermarket to get supplies, even though one of them is just the opposite side of the street. If we'll be back in Yerevan, we would be really happy to stay at her place or rent it long term. Please do not hesitate to contact her or just go ahead and book her place. Her place is the best Airbnb we ever stayed. Her place is in a walkable distance from the center (took us about 15-20 min, depend on the route we took).

The home is really a place perfectly for families specially for us. very responsive and helpful host. we love the interior it is exactly what we are looking for. the kitchen is superb very spacious! and it got everything we needed. the living room is very relaxing. the bedrooms were on the spot. perfect sizes of beds and linens. my kids and us have enjoyed our stay in Hyur. Highly recommended.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect—right in the city center of Yerevan on a beautiful street full of cafes and shops. The house itself is a modern studio, incredibly clean, stylish, and furnished with everything you need. There’s even a dedicated space for working, which was a huge plus. The furniture is modern and comfortable, and all the facilities are top-notch. The host was wonderful—very kind, helpful, and responsive. Any time I had a question, they replied quickly and were always willing to assist. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this place!

Хорошая квартира, одобное расположение. Три минуты от площади, вокруг множество кафе, таверны; в шаговой доступности небольшой продуктовый магазин с доступными ценами. В квартире есть посуда, эл.плита, холодильник. Можно готовить. Я довольна, если будем ещё раз в Ереване воспользуемся этой квартирой.

The apartment is located next to a large shopping mall where you can buy everything you need, it takes about 10-15 minutes to drive from the apartment to the city center. Artak is a friendly host, he helped with the check-in before the specified time, it was nice to stay in a clean and tidy house.

Very nice apartment in the heart of the city with a nice balcony. Walking distance to supermarket, restaurants, Opera building and lots of activities.

Sehr schöne kleine Wohnung. Lage ist zwar etwas abseits von der Innenstadt mit den Sehenswürdigkeiten, mir war das aber ganz recht. Wohnung ansonsten sehr schön eingerichtet und sehr sauber gewesen. Die Kommunikation mit Eva war sehr gut, super freundlicher Gastgeber. Check-in über Schlüsselbox hat auch einwandfrei funktioniert. Preislich für das Gebotene auch sehr gut.
