I visited the place with my 8 family members including 5 year old child and we had a very good time at Leela's Orchard Villa. Such a beautiful home with colourful garden and a nice lawn. Great choice for group of people with 8-10 members. Host Siva and Mrs. Shobha mam, was very responsive and helpful.

This place looks really nice and the great host. He was so helpful. We went like 4 girls along with kids and the place was child friendly. Place was really clean and looks luxurious, we felt like we were in home. Everything was easily accessible and the host Kirubhakaran was ready to help in all aspects at any time. I can assure for anyone who goes and stay that this place is going to be the best. family can relax and enjoy with this luxurious stay at lowest cost.

The stay was very pleasant and provided us with a lot of privacy. The property was big and would be a perfect location for people looking for a getaway. Loved the mountain view. Food was one of the big pluses about the place, they also gave us tender coconuts which were grown inside the property. Especially loved the aesthetics of the building.

Excellent place amidst the mountains and tea estates. Property is lovely with beautiful wooden and glass interiors in bedrooms, living room, lawn. Perfect for a digital detox with no network, no wifi. Extremely calm and quiet place with no noise of vehicles, away from city hassle. All you hear 24 hrs is just birds chirping. The caretaker Rajen stood out with exceptional services and help. he cooked delicious home-cooked meals 4 times a day. Overall a place worth spending time at, would be willing to come back longer again.

The "time vibes" are palpable, creating an atmosphere of serene nostalgia, yet the modern amenities ensured a seamless and comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished.What truly elevated our experience, however, was the exceptional service, particularly from the ever-helpful caretaker, Angel Sebastian. Her dedication and genuine warmth were remarkable. Angel went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect.She effortlessly arranged reliable and comfortable transport, allowing us to explore the breathtaking landscapes of Ooty and Coonoor with ease. Evenings at Waterloo Bungalow were magical. Angel orchestrated a mesmerizing bonfire, a perfect way to unwind under the star-studded Ooty sky, creating unforgettable memories. And let's not forget the delicious breakfasts!This was a five-star experience!

Beautiful surroundings, extremely cooperative staff and an excellent hostess! Very well maintained property surrounded by patches of tea gardens. The spectacular sunrise from my bedroom was an add on to my prayer time. Despite there being other guests, it was a peaceful environment. Lovely stay!
