If you have found your way to this listing - book it and don’t look back. This house is WONDERFUL. We feel so blessed to have had 5 glorious days here. This place is filled with charm and character thanks to the wonderful collection of personal items that decorate the home (this is NOT an Airbnb filled with generic decor junk from HomeGoods). The views are exceptional. The house is super private. The town is easily reached and also charming. The home is actually much larger than I had anticipated from the photos. We were able to have an adults ‘suite’ upstairs while the teen kids were mostly downstairs with their own bedroom and bathroom. We enjoyed a fire in the fireplace. Coffee on the terraces… We cooked a couple of dinners and made some picnics. The owner also lists some great local day trips - perfect! I’d go back in a second! We feel so lucky we found this place when we were looking for a spot to experience the Peloponnese that wasn’t just a tourist trap. The trek up— WOW!

We had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful flat nestled in a serene environment surrounded by olive and fig trees. Michael and Kim went above and beyond, extending a warm welcome and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay, from hotel level bed liniment, home made olive oil and biscuits to bicycles and car rides to bus station. The flat itself matched the pictures and was impeccable - spotlessly clean and incredibly spacious. Highly recommend!

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour chez Anna : maison très bien située à 3mn de plusieurs plages, jardin superbe pour se reposer. La barrière de la langue a un peu compliqué la communication mais Anna est charmante. Une maison à recommander !

It's a great place to stay for a break from the daily routine of city life. The beautiful apartment is well-equipped and convenient for sleeping three adults and four children. The vast veranda overlooking the green landscape is ideal for starting your day. Regarding cleanliness, zero stains or dirt spots in the entire apartment. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment to prepare breakfast or cook meals. Kids loved the outdoor area and the half-basketball court. The owner, Mr Theofilos, was very friendly and informative. Strongly recommended place to stay.

It was our second time staying at Katerina’s beautiful house so we knew what to expect. The location is perfect for us, the village with little shops and bakery is in walking distance. We truly enjoyed our time here again and are looking to come back. Our kids fell in love with the dog

Wife and I stayed here in February and loved the visit. The house is beautiful and the owner was present in a separate unit below as he worked the farm. He is a kind man and we enjoyed our conversations AND he respected our privacy. Comfortable double bed upstairs with bathroom and patio for afternoon wine with the view.. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals and the bathrooms modern. Mini split for cool or heat both downstairs and up. It was chilly and damp on our visit so we used the heat and it worked well. Hot water is solar heated and we had several overcast days so water only got warm, no problem:-) we took quick shower. We used this as our starting point for visits to Kronoi, Methoni, and Pylos. We loved driving the area and exploring the castles and history of the area. A great place for a romantic get away or exploring the SW Peloponnese

We stayed off season, seeking peace and quiet and we found what we were looking for. The equipment and a great, the chimney was very cosy and we got delivered enough wood to light every evening. The shower tube broke and the maintenance quickly brought a replacement, but we could not install it ourselves. The hot water was not available on demand, we needed to switch on the electric boiler a while before showering. The view is breathtaking, when the sky is clear you can see across the sea the other side of the gulf of Messinia. The sunset is wonderful. The garden is very well tended and beautifully surrounded by olive groves. The kitchen is well equipped. There are several terraces from where to enjoy the views. There beds are good. The furniture in the living room is very comfortable. Everything was clean. Thank you both Giorgios and Nikoletta. We had an unforgettable time.

וילה מדהימה, ברמה מאוד גבוהה. מלאה בכל מה שצריך מהמטבח, לחדרי השינה, מקלחות וכו׳. המאחרים היה נפלאים ונתנו מענה במה שהיה צריך. וילה נקיה ומסודרת. מאובזרת לחלוטין. אין שכנים מורגשים, ויש הרבה פרטיות באזור. ממליצים מאוד, אנחנו נחזור לשם בהזדמנות הראשונה.

בהתחלה היו לנו חששות להזמין את הנכס, בגלל שלא היו כמעט ביקורות, אבל זאת היתה הבחירה הטובה ביותר שעשינו!! החופשה אצל Manazil Mani היתה הטובה ביותר. מהרגע שביצענו את ההזמנה, Taha יצר איתנו קשר. ביום ההגעה Taha ביקש לדעת מתי נגיע. כשהגענו, הוא ואישתו קבלו את פנינו והסבירו לנו הכל על הנכס. הוילה יפיפה, נקייה ועם נוף מדהים! הבית מאובזר ברמה מאוד גבוה והם השאירו לנו המון פינוקים. גם הבריכה מאוד מפנקת ונקיה. כשהגענו הם נתנו לנו המון המלצות ושמחו לענות לנו כשביקשנו המלצות גם בהמשך. התקשורת איתם היתה מאוד נעימה. יש המון מה לעשות בסביבה. Stoupa מקסימה וכך גם כל הסביבה. מסעדות טובות, חופים יפים, מאפיה מצויינת וסופרמרקט נוח. מומלץ מאוד!

Ήταν όλα τέλεια, καλύτερα απ'ότι φανταζόμασταν όταν κλείναμε το σπίτι! Το ιδανικό σπίτι για να αποφορτιστεις, και να χαλαρώσεις!

Don't normally leave reviews but this villa & the owner Niko certainly warrant one! Our first stay in Stoupa & didn't disappoint, great location, 5min walk to supermarkets, 10min walk to Stoupa/Kalogria beach & restaurants. Niko greeted us on arrival, taking time to show us where everything was. The finish is excellent with such attention to detail, better than the photos. Fully equipped modern kitchen, amazing coffee machine and milk frother that Niko kept topped up with beans! Aircon throughout, automatic shutters at every window, outdoor security lighting around the villa, beautiful pool area with super comfy bean bags & loungers, bbq area with sink & outdoor dining & great view of the mountains. Bedrooms/bathroom lovely, walk-in showers. Lots of wardrobe/drawer storage, loads of towels inc beach/pool ones & plenty of hangers!! Felt so relaxed & at home & Niko was always on hand to check we were happy. One of the best holidays we have had, what a find, we will be back!

Very spacious house with all the amenities needed to make your stay feel like home. Everything worked well and any issues we had were resolved by the host in a timely manner. The road up is a bit rough but, as the owner mentions, you do get used to it and within a couple of days it was fine for us. Great location where you can really switch off but not overly remote.

The place is peaceful well equipped and located in a quiet and very nice area close to wonderful not-so-touristic beaches. If you like living in the nature in a private area (but still close to a big city in a few minutes drive), you like hiking, walking, camping and enjoying the countryside, then this is a place for you. Also Nico is a great host and willing to assist any of your requests. The last 150m of the road to get to the place are a bit tricky since it’s a rural road with quite a lot of puddles, but with an suv or even better a 4x4 it’s something doable. But it is just a small price you pay living in the heart of an olive grove.

Ο κύριος Βασίλης είναι εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης και απόλυτα επικοινωνιακός!Πεντακάθαρος ο χώρος του και σε πολύ ωραίο σημείο, μόνο 2 λεπτά με το αμάξι από το κέντρο της Ερμιονης. Προτείνω να τον επισκεφθείτε!!

We just spent a week in paradise at Eleni’s house. It is a gorgeous home on a hill overlooking olive tree groves leading to a panoramic view of the sea. The house is gorgeous and well stocked for everything you need. The infinity pool is immaculate and the pool area has a shower, lounge chairs for the sun, sofas in the shade and a dining table. The backyard has a bathroom, shower and barbecue. I wish we could have stayed longer. Eleni is a great host. The town has fabulous restaurants right in the water. Thank you for hosting us Eleni. Hope to come back soon.

The mansion was really amazing. Worth the prize.

We had an amazing stay at Katerina’s lovely house. The village is charming and has excellent taverns. The weather was quite cold so we also spent a lot of time in the house which was super cosy and had a great fireplace to keep us warm. The kitchen is also very well equipped and nothing was missing to prepare food for the whole family. The area is very lovely, preserved from tourists with a lot of nature around. 100% recommended.

Perfekte Ferien im Haus von Lilli – Ein Traum! Ich habe mit zwei Kolleginnen zwei wunderbare Ferienwochen im Haus von Lilli verbracht, und es war einfach fantastisch! Schon der Kontakt mit Lilli vor und während unseres Aufenthalts war reibungslos und sehr herzlich – sie hat sich um alles gekümmert, sodass wir uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt haben. Das Haus selbst ist ein Traum: ruhig gelegen, sehr komfortabel und perfekt ausgestattet. Ein Highlight war die unglaubliche Terrasse mit einem atemberaubenden Infinity-Pool, der einen grandiosen Blick in die Umgebung bietet. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Ort zum Entspannen und Genießen wünschen können. Nochmals ein riesiges Dankeschön an Lilli für diese unvergessliche Zeit! A family of 6 adults we all enjoyed every minute of this traditional home. So close to the beach and Agios Nikolaos. The welcome from Villy’s father made us feel as if part of his family. The welcome treats were many and delicious. Villy was attentive throughout our stay. Everything in situ worked well. Super holiday

Nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines de vacances en juillet chez Nikos. La maison, la vue, le champ d'oliviers, les plages de rêve à proximité nous ont séduits. Nikos est très disponible et nous a réservé un accueil très chaleureux malgré notre arrivée tardive en pleine nuit.

Just had a wonderful fortnight at Eleni’s. Easy to find - a 5 min walk from centre of Kardamyli and much less to the closest taverna. The apartment was spotless and as described. Wonderful bed & excellent AC & WiFi. Eleni was very responsive to our questions and super helpful. She arranged for her cleaner to clean, change the sheets and provide new towels twice. Whilst there’s a shared pool, we didn’t find ourselves using it at the same time as the guests in the apartment next door in fact, we tended to go to Ritsa beach daily as it is absolutely perfect. Sun beds and parasols, beach tavernas and crystal clear, turquoise waters. Kardamyli has everything: pharmacy, well stocked supermarkets, boutiques as well as very cool restaurants and bars overlooking the sea. These were a little pricey- more like UK prices but, the quality of food, wine and service was impeccable - a real holiday treat. Would definitely go back!

This villa was absolutely stunning! It exceeded our expectations. As much as there was to do within 45 minute drive, it was hard to want to leave this property. We were fortunate to have rather good weather during our stay which allowed for breakfasts on the porch, dips in the pool (not heated but worth braving the chilly water even in March), picking lemons from the onsite trees to make our own homemade lemonade and enjoy magical sunsets for happy hour. The house was even larger than expected and provided such ample space for us all to spread out. The host is incredibly kind and responsive. We enjoyed movie nights in the basement "second house," and greatly appreciated having a washer and dryer. The only thing to note is there are quite a number of stairs to enter the main floor and a spiral staircase between the basement and the main floor (and the main floor and the second floor). We enjoyed cooking extensive meals in the kitchen and the neighborhood cats that greeted us.

We recently stayed for two nights at a charming house in the village of Peleoi, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience. The house was incredibly warm and welcoming, and it is evident that it has been fully renovated with much love and really smart ideas. The beautiful architecture captured the essence of traditional design while offering modern comforts. If you’re someone who appreciates tranquility, this spot is an absolute must-visit. We were two couples looking to unwind and take a break from the fast-paced lifestyle of Athens, and this home provided the perfect environment for relaxation and rejuvenation. The peaceful surroundings and cozy ambiance made it easy to disconnect and truly enjoy our time. We absolutely loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a serene escape.
