Η διαμονή μας στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξαιρετική! Ο χώρος ήταν πολύ καλά δομημένος, ενώ η κουζίνα και το σαλόνι ήταν άνετα, καθαρά και με μια μαγική θέα. Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν πάντα ευγενικός και απαντούσε άμεσα σε ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν, κάνοντας τη διαμονή μας ακόμα πιο άνετη. Απολαύσαμε πραγματικά τη διαμονή μας και θα το προτείναμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Der Aufenthalt hat uns super gefallen und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Orangen aus dem Garten waren sehr lecker und der Neujahrskuchen den wir bekommen haben ließ das Jahr 2025 gut starten :-). Wir würden auf jeden Fall in die Unterkunft wieder kommen wenn es mal wieder nach Leonidio in den Urlaub geht.

Πολύ όμορφο και ζεστό σπίτι. Ότι πρέπει για οικογένεια και ζευγάρια!! Όλα ήταν καθαρά. Η κ.Βετα ήταν ευγενική και πρόθυμη να μας βοηθήσει σε ότι θέλαμε. (Μας έφερε και έξτρα ξύλα για το τζακι). Σας ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

What a beautiful place to stay! It's the perfect place to have a peaceful holiday.

Xanthi’s hospitality and welcome to the house was great. It’s obvious it’s a place she loves and when you arrive, you’ll understand why. Lovely flora and fauna- saw 2 Hoopoes in the garden! We were there out of season so few places/restaurants were open but still managed to see the whole island and enjoy the hidden crystal blue beaches and walks in the forest. Worth getting an electric bike to tour. A beautiful place to escape and totally chill out and enjoy!

Ο σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο η θέα απίστευτη σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε για τις μελλοντικές μας διακοπές η κυρία Τεονα πολύ επικοινωνιακή μας πρότεινε πολύ ωραία μέρη να επισκεφτούμε πολύ ήσυχο και οικογενειακό μέρος για την απόλυτη χαλάρωση

Ήταν όλα υπέροχα πραγματικά, πολύ ικανοποιημένος σε όλους τους τομείς. Εννοείται θα επιλέξω και πάλι το ίδιο δωμάτιο με την πρώτη ευκαιρία. Dorian σε ευχαριστώ πολύ για την φιλοξενία σου.

Beautiful house in the heart of the village, with a small beach a few seconds away and several of great restaurants. The house is beautifully designed and very comfortable, with three large bedrooms that all equally nice and a shaded roof terrace. It is opposite a bar so there is some sound in one bedroom but it didn’t disturb us. More quiet murmuring than noise. Communication was good. The kitchen is good and being in the middle of the village is really fun. Kardamyli is lovely ( this was our 4th trip I think) with lots to do in the area. Even in August you can drive up the mountains and hike and the beaches are varied and relaxing. Tikla and Elies were our pick of the restaurants. A great stay.

Excellent apartment in the heart of Plaka. Neat, clean and a welcomed surprise. It was amazing. Great roof top bar with views of acropolis. Will definitely be staying again. Great and safe place to stay.

Sehr schöne, bequeme Unterkunft wie auf den Bildern gezeigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und mit einer perfekten Distanz zur Innenstadt gelegen. Wirklich super für einen Aufenthalt in Athen

I stayed a month in Athens and had a lovely time, and it was no doubt made better by staying in this cozy apartment. The highlight is the balcony, I spent many mornings drinking coffee out there. It's also beautiful when the sun sets, with a nice view to Filopappou Hill. The apartment had all the amenities I needed, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen with all you need, and a small but functional bathroom. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is in walking distance to lots of things. like Filopappou, the Acropolis and Plaka. There's several bus stops nearby, but the metro is more reliable and is also close by (Sygrou-Fix 10 minutes away, Petralona 15 minutes). The neighbourhood has lots of restaurants, cafes and small interesting shops.

Πολύ ωραίο και άνετο σπίτι. Η περιγραφή αντιπροσώπευε το διαμέρισμα. Φιλικός κι εξυπηρετικός οικοδεσπότης.

Τα λόγια είναι περιττά στο συγκεκριμένο σπίτι και πάνω από όλα για τους οικοδεσπότες!Εχουν προσέξει μέχρι και την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια και δεν έχουν αφήσει τπτ στη τύχη του,πολύ μεράκι και πάντα με χαμόγελο! Πλήρες εξοπλισμένο δεν χρειάζεται να κουβαλάς τπτ μαζί σου!!Τι να πρωτοπώ για το πεντακάθαρο σπίτι που ντρέπεσαι να το λερώσεις!Και λόγο παιδιών ήταν αυστηρά τα κριτήρια μας!Τα καλούδια που έχει μέσα στο ψυγείο,τζάκι,τηλεόραση smart (οποιος εχει μικρά παιδιά καταλαβαίνει !)Απίθανα κρεβάτια και θα μπορούσα να γράφω για το καθετί ξεχωριστά!Εμεις το συστήνουμε και θα ξαναπάμε καθώς είναι και ένας πανέμορφος προορισμός με πολλά χωριά και δραστηριότητες να κάνεις κοντά σου!Ιππασια,χιονοδρομικά και άλλα!Σας ευχαριστούμε κ.Αντωνη και κ.Κατερινα για τη φιλοξενία σας και πάλι!Τα φιλιά μας!

We had a grwat time in Dressa, around 1h drive from Athens. The area had lots to explore and offer with good food, and bakeries. The house.was very big and spacious and we all loved the nature around it. We visited in mid October, and it might have been a bit too cold already to swim, but we enjoyed our time walking around.

We had an incredible stay at this stunning property! We were a group of 11, and the house could not have been more perfect for us. The space is designed with two spacious sitting areas on the main floor and another in the basement. This layout allowed the kids to play within eyesight while the adults relaxed in their own space—ideal for families like ours. The pool is large and beautiful, surrounded by meticulously maintained greenery. The entire property is gorgeous, with mountain views everywhere you look. We loved the privacy here. Yet, it was only a short drive to beautiful beaches and the charming town of Nafplio, which we explored and enjoyed. We stayed for six nights but could have easily stayed a month. The kitchen is fully equipped. The outdoor dining area and kitchen were a highlight. In short, this property exceeded all of our expectations. It's spacious and beautifully maintained, and the caretakers are lovely. We cannot wait to return. Thank you, John!

My family of eight stayed at the residence. Great accommodations, good location and within easy walk to grocery stores and restaurants. Anna (host) was very friendly and very responsive when we needed assistance. The house is multi story with plenty of stairs, but it did have a lift for family members who could not navigate the stairs easily. Overall, it was a great location and house worked well for our family. Highly recommend if in need of a house with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

Villa fairytale is a truly beautiful place with stunning views. We have spend two weeks in the house and had a marvelous time. Argirios is very accommodating and helpful with any question or issue you may have. I can recommend the house and the place a 100%. It is a hidden gem and we are looking forward to come back to Evia soon.

This is our second year staying at this property, which is a testament to how much we enjoy it. The house looks exactly as it does in the photos and is perched on a hill with sweeping 180 views of the sea. The property enjoys a shared pool (and we've always enjoyed getting to know the other guests) with the other property guests, who are in a separate house. A reasonably new build, the property has A/C and all modern amenities, including a dishwasher. This is a nice sized property for a family. We will come back!!

Great house, great view, great service, personal welcoming. Just the initial communication wasn't perfect and until the day we arrived we didn't know how to get into the house. The administrators live in the same street so you can arrive at flexible hours.

Wonderful house, as advertised in description and as shown in pictures. It has all amenities and is in a great location, close to the Spetses port, but far enough to be completely quiet at night. Veranda on top floor has a really nice view. The house is easy to find, as it is close to the city’s museum, and all windy roads have signs to the spetses museum. We were a family of 4 + 2 extra guests, the house easily fit us. We couldn’t be happier with the choice, and made the experience in Spetses unforgettable. The hosts were lovely and very friendly, they left fresh fruit in the fridge for us, and were extremely communicative. Ydria villa is an excellent choice if you plan to spend a few days in Spetses!

This is a beautiful home that has absolutely a wonderful environment with a serene surrounding. Being an artist’s home - everything including the furnishing was beautiful to look at and be in that space. The bedding and the towels were exceptional. Our host gave us very important information as to where to dine and made our stay perfect.
