Clean, comfortable, peaceful and absolutely amazing! We spent one month at this home and wish we had booked longer. All of the furniture and linens were clean, excellent quality and so very comfortable. We had everything we needed during our stay and the kitchen was set up amazingly well to cook in. We are remote workers and the internet was fast and reliable with no interruptions at all. Whether you are sitting on the fantastic screened in porch or walking the trail on the property you cannot help but relish in your peaceful and beautiful wooded surroundings. Joel was great to work with and we cannot wait to come back and enjoy this treasure again!

This place was outstanding. Everything was absolutely perfect. Very secluded with a great view of the lake. If you are looking for a Lake Darbonne retreat, this is def the place!

This home was perfect for what we needed. Ginger is a great host. Excellent response time and very helpful. Location is just far enough away from everything that you can enjoy the peace of the city but make a quick 5-10 drive for anything you might want. The back patio was perfect for enjoying a cup a coffee or just getting some fresh air in the morning. If you are traveling with older people just be mindful there there are steps in the living room. We were in town for a volleyball tournament and this house was perfect for our family it also accommodated both sets of grandparents. My mom and mother in law loved everything about the home especially that the entry lights were on a timer so when we got in late from playing lights were already on. Kitchen was a perfect size for us all to enough a meal and bonus points for having games available, my 15yr old loved Name 5. It was nice to be able to travel to her game and be able to find a house that we call could all be comfortable in.

This has been the most thoroughly enjoyable rental we have ever stayed in! If you have no reason whatsoever to go to Haynesville, go anyway! Book this house and soak up all the wholesome farmhouse charm your soul needs! It has big windows to take in all the wholesome heartwarming scenery, and stunning second floor views. The dogs are the most well-mannered greeters. They don't bark when you pull up, they greet you with wagging tails and will happily accept head scratches if offered but they don't impose. Every inch of this property is so therapeutic and good for the soul! Mr. Glenn, our host, was extremely attentive, welcoming and hospitable! Just the best experience! This place gets all the stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Everything was absolutely beautiful it was so much room for our family it was worth every dollar we spent the details in each room was a bonus and I will definitely rent again

My mom passed right before Christmas and Kia allowed us an early check in and made accommodations for us to stay much longer than the original reservation. This allowed us to make arrangements and attend her service with no worries about were we would stay. The place felt like home and was more than enough space for us to grieve and celebrate Christmas. Everything was clean and like new. Snacks were provided and the home had everything we needed to be comfortable. Thank you!
