Clean, comfortable private apartment in a well maintained condo building with pool, hot tub and peaceful outdoor spaces (yes you’re definitely near the airport). Nice having washer/dryer to ourselves. Walkable to ASU, restaurants, brewery and Tempe beach park. Nice that there were cooking seasonings to help with the meals we decided to make. We were very happy with our stay.

Everything was excellent.... I'm not sure what the neighbors below us were complaining about, I do not feel we did anything to cause for a complaint. I think maybe they don't like the idea of you using the place as an Air BNB, and used this as excuse to complain, but I don't really know. We were not causing any issues to cause complaints I am confident of that. Otherwise I had no complaints with everything, all was very nice....

We really enjoyed our stay here! Super thankful to be able to bring our pup with us! The apartment was super nice and much bigger than expected!

Communication was excellent. Easy straightforward checkin instructions. They also provided a heads up that there would be an event happening that evening around the building. Perfect experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic Airbnb in Downtown Phoenix, and I can honestly say it was one of my best travel experiences to date! From the moment I walked in, I was taken aback by the beautiful decor and the inviting atmosphere of the space. It was clear that a lot of thought went into creating a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment. Derek was super attentive and very helpful!! Highly recommend this place!!

Great place which is fairly central to the Phoenix area. Me and my family enjoyed our stay. It’s in a gated community which is great, with a pool, hot tub, and workout room. Aaron was great to work with and communicated very well. Thanks for letting its stay!

Very clean place with lots of food options in the immediate vicinity. Easy to hop on the freeways get around town and very easy drive to Old Town Scottsdale. Had all the amenities listed and the owners were very helpful with great instructions.

Lili's condo on the lake was spotless, fully stocked with the necessities, quiet, peaceful, and located close to restaurants and other shopping. Lili was great to work with, friendly, and she quickly responded to my questions and comments. I would definitely rent this place again.

Rene's condo was a great getaway! The pool was amazing and the location of the place was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. There were so many fantastic restaurants in the waterfront neighborhood that was only about a 15 minute walk to get to. We honestly spent most of our time at the pool during the day. Loungers and chairs were available. The inside was clean and exactly what the listing said. We would love to return!

Great location in Scottsdale. Spacious for the two of us. Well stocked. Comfortable bed. Appreciate the shower which had good water pressure. Very detailed instructions regarding using the amenities. Parking was convenient and easy. We used the laundry which was easy helpful on a long trip. Even though it was unseasonably cold we used the pool because it was heated. Recommend!

Great quick stay, looked just like the photos and was very clean and comfortable. Within easy walking distance of a grocery store and plenty of restaurants in Old Town.

Great location to resturants. For the price you couldn't get closer to old town. Cute little place! Sprouts across the street so it was easy to grab groceries.

Chris & Cynthia’s place was beyond perfect for my brother and I on our vacation. It was walkable to downtown Scottsdale. The amenities were so great and the place was very clean! Chris and Cynthia were so responsive and helpful - I will definitely be staying here in the future !

Just a fantastic location and very responsive host. Close to many excellent restaurants and shopping. The pool area is fantastic. Large King bed and the kitchen was great. Very appreciative of the coffee pods he left for us to use. Very enjoyable stay!

Erin’s condo in Scottsdale was great and exactly as we expected. We stayed for a March vacation with 4 adults total - my husband and I for the first 4 nights and other family joined us for the last 2 nights. It was the perfect amount of space with 2 bedrooms/2 full bathrooms. I used the pool area and the gym which were both nice and as shown in the listing. The condo community was quiet and friendly. I enjoyed walking around outside the gated community and it was pretty and lots of others walking around as well. I would stay here again! Thanks!

My husband and I had a wonderful stay! The house was amazing, particularly the outdoor oasis. Between the pool, outdoor patio, firepit and putting green it was hard to leave the house. The gym was also a plus. There is a lovely park in walking distance and anything you may need is within a couple minute drive, including local attractions. We definitely will be staying here again our next time in Scottsdale!

From the time I booked Nito‘s paradise until we checked out, the location house and it’s amenities stood out as exceptional. The kitchen was fully equipped, the pool and yard area where we spent most of our time. Each bedroom had comfortable beds and more than ample. We had five adults and two children, and it served our purposes extremely well.

we enjoyed staying in Davids home. a lot of space and everything was nice and clean when we checked in. David was a great host and there always if you needed him. I would recommend Davids home. We hope we get to stay in his home again.

The neighborhood is very quiet with easy to access amenities within walking distance.

I had my bachelor party at Jasson's place and it was perfect for my group! Everyone had their own bed, we enjoyed chilling outside at the pool, perfect sized kitchen for us to make meals, and appreciated having amenities like the workout room, pool table, and projector screen. Jasson was very accommodating with our stay and responsive to any questions or concerns we had. The house does have a funky layout but everyone had good privacy because of it. I highly recommend this place and would look to stay here again next time I'm in the Phoenix area with a large group!

This house is truly a luxurious villa in Scottsdale, AZ If you choose Scottsdale for your vacation or for any other reason. I definitely recommend you staying in this house. It was beautiful, peaceful and a pleasure staying here. This house is great taken care off, its a modern house with a beautiful full size kitchen fully stacked with all utensils and all kind of dishes, whatever you think you will need while staying here. The house was spotless clean on arrival and same to the backyard and the pool, It was clean, nice and peaceful.. My coffee in the morning in this backyard was so enjoyable. The bedrooms and the bathrooms was also spotless clean. One of the main things I'm checking while booking an airbnb is how the bathroom is looking. Is it nice modern and clean? This bedroom was above and beyond. It was a nicely modern style bathroom, with a beautiful large tub, and was spotless clean. I would definitely stay here again!!
