We enjoyed our stay! The apartment was very well appointed, clean, and had all we needed. Really appreciated the cooling fan that was in the bedroom and the nice bed. It is as listed, so a good place to stay!! I will say, be very aware that it is a SHARED YARD, and that everything people do in either yard can be seen, heard and smelled by both parties in the two rental homes on the one lot. It is a very nice yard though.

Grant's place was great for a long stay. It was very clean! He was quick to respond when we needed to extend our stay due to delays on a house we were buying. We stayed there through June and A/C worked very well for Phoenix in the summer!

This place was perfect for our group of 4. Plenty of room, nice and clean, quiet neighborhood. It was so easy to get around. We went to the Phoenix Open and also to Sun City and it was so easy to jump on the 101 and get where we were going. Also close to Old Town Scottsdale. We would definitely stay here again.

Great neighborhood, very quiet. Angelo was a great host, very quick to respond, which was great as we needed help getting in when we arrived. Well stocked home with pretty much everything you might need. Older furniture, especially the outside furniture (which happens easily especially in the Phoenix sun I'm sure!). But it served our needs well. Enjoyed a relxing afternoon in the shade of the backyard patio. Would recommend!

Amanda's place was amazing for myself and our family. it is easily accessible and that huge back yard was a plus for us with our fur babies. I would recommend Amanda's place to others with pets. we hope to stay again when we come back to Phoenix.

This house was fabulous! Our family fit right in, 4 adults and 2 kiddos. We had so much fun in the backyard relaxing with coffee in the morning by the fire and then a cold drink by the pool in the afternoon. While the pool was a bit chilly, it was adverstised as not heated so we were prepared! And our Oregon country kids were unphased by the cooler water temps. The house was so fun on the inside too, so many entertainment options kept all of us from having zero boredom in someone else's home. Hosts were super responsive too, and so helpful with any questions we had! We needed a few more pillowcases and he came right over to give us a few more and we had a great visit! Super friendly folks, beautiful and clean home and so much fun. We would absolutely stay here again!

Travis is a super host and his place is absolutely amazing. Location, amenities and the layout are awesome. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen and lots of extra towels. A very beautiful and well maintained home. Travis was very very responsive and although we didn’t have any big issues, we asked a couple of questions and he responded immediately. At one point we even thought his Ninja mixer was broken and he ordered another one immediately but we realized it was not broken and thankfully he cancelled it. Just goes to say how far he will go to make your stay nice and problem free 5 star++ for sure! Thanks a lot Travis. When we are back, we will definitely be in touch. Alan

Absolutely loved our stay here. The house is even better than the photos and so well stocked with makeup wipes, lotion, hair tools, etc. The hosts are very responsive and easy to work with. They answered my millions of questions quickly and allowed my friend to check in early. The house is only a quick drive (or Lyft) to old town which was super convenient. The only minor issue we had was troubleshooting the Alexa on the outdoor patio (she had a mind of her own) but that doesn’t take away from the perfect stay we had. I highly recommend staying here and would gladly book again if ever I’m in the area.

I went here for my senior spring break with 4 other friends and we had a fantastic time! The place is beautiful and Kelsi was a great host. We went at the end of March and the pool was a little chilly, but overall had a great stay.

Our family had a fantastic stay at Jen and Calvin’s home in Phoenix! The house was tastefully decorated, spotless, and fully stocked with all the essentials. Jen and Calin were amazing hosts—very helpful and responsive to all our needs. They went above and beyond. The private backyard was a true highlight, beautifully laid out with a pool and hot tub, perfect for relaxation. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to enjoy a great getaway! Amazing... This property is such a great find. We are a bigger family, 8 of us total, and this home was wonderful, our kids had a blast in the pool and game room. Plus it is locally centered with a Walmart Supercenter less than a mile away. Which made it easy to do shopping and feeding the whole family without breaking the bank. I absolutely fell in love with this place if it was available to buy, I would've lol... The absolute perfect vacation spot for a family. Thank you for having us. Next time we head to Phoenix for another Baseball Tournament we will definitely be hitting Janet up. Your the best Janet!!! The best Airbnb we've ever stayed in! We spent a month vacationing and working remotely at Kate's place. It was the perfect setup and location. We met some of the neighbors and everyone was so friendly. Kate was very responsive and proactive with communication. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness stands out throughout the home. It's clear the hosts understand what it takes for a stress free, enjoyable stay! We appreciated the accommodations for our dogs too. It's rare to stay in a place that allows dogs and have it be as clean as Kate's. It was spotless and you wouldn't know that other dogs have been there. We highly recommend Kate's place and we can't wait to go back.

We had a quick stay before our flight, the location made for a quiet and quick drive to the airport. We will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Erica's charming cabin. Probably the most dog friendly place we've stayed, full of amenities for us and our furry companions. The back patio was our favorite part of the unit, complete with dining table, chairs for relaxing and a shade cover that made it feel secluded and enchanting. There's enough vegetation to feel like a garden without it feeling claustrophobic. March was the perfect time to take advantage of the patio. There is also a private dog park at the front of the complex, look for the gate in the black metal fence at the very front. The unit itself is very quiet. The two mini-splits kept the indoor temperatures just right. So many little touches made us feel right at home. Erica was friendly and responsive. There is no indoor dining table in the unit, but you can go next door to the community room where there are tables, coffee setup and laundry. Erica was friendly and responsive. We plan to stay here next time we are in Mesa.

We were doing a major remodel of our home that’s only a few blocks away. I needed a place that would take 3 small dogs plus my husband & I. Very beautiful home. Had everything we needed. We felt right at home for 4 weeks!

Kyler's little casita is an ideal tranquil spot for anyone visiting the valley. Had a hiccup checking in that got quickly addressed and Kyler was very responsive to any other questions I had. If you're looking for a relaxing, tranquil place to stay with a bonus hot tub to relax in, at or during the day, definitely would recommend staying here. It's in an older established neighborhood with a park nearby and very quiet. The casita has everything you need for a short stay (mine was several days) and it's ideally located in Tempe with close access to all major highways.

Four of us stayed 1 week, mainly to catch spring training games. There are some great restaurants you can walk to in the ummediate area. The neighborhood is modest but well worth walking through for the historic architecture. The house is spacious, clean, well-sppointed, and comes with all the necessary amenities. We used Waymo for our transportation which, along with the house rental, turned out to be a bargain. Would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay for a night or two. It’s surprisingly spacey, but the bathroom is quite small, especially the shower. The backyard is awesome and set up nicely
