We loved our stay at Clare’s place in North Ward. We were a group of 6 looking to relax after a tiring 5 day fishing trip and it was just perfect. The pool and lounge areas are great and all amenities in good condition. One of the rare listings where the place looks better than the photos! Clare and her team were extremely helpful when we messaged them. We will stay here again.

Lisa's place was great, had everything we needed as a group of colleagues staying on a work trip. Comfortable, in a nice quiet location. Recommended to anyone looking to stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Absolutely Magical Stay! From the moment we arrived, this Airbnb felt like something out of a dream. The setting was serene and beautiful, with lush surroundings that made us feel completely immersed in nature. It was almost like I imagined living in a fairy treehouse might feel. Very inspiring! The highlight? Besides the obvious shown in photos in ad - A family of frogmouth owls perched in the tree by the pool, adding an enchanting touch to our mornings and evenings. Don’t get me started on the incredible background noise of the little waterfall running into a stream that can be heard when relaxing on the back deck. 😍 The home itself was impressive, very thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our host Wendy was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a stay that’s peaceful, unique, and filled with natural beauty, this is the place. We can’t wait to return!

We're not able to get through due flooding and road closures. Host was amazing and helped us communicate with Airbnb to get a refund on our stay. will definitely re-book with her when we are able to.

We had 3 families spanning 3 generations to celebrate Xmas. There was plenty of room for 6 adults and 5 kids. With 3 bathrooms, there were no issues using all 3 showers at once. Still plenty of pressure, never ran out of hot water. plenty of space to spread out, it was great to migrate from inside to outside to the pool, to the pool room and repeat in reverse! Would thoroughly recommend!

Great location and ideal for large families. Quick walk to the local pub and the beach. Have recommended it to other large families.

The place was great. Jenny was very accommodating and helpful. Had everything we needed. Close to CBD and esplanade etc. Great location by the water wish i had more time to do some fishing im sure that will happen next time we book. Thanks

Andrew’s accomodation was absolutely divine. I stayed here with a few of my friends for a couple of nights to celebrate my birthday and I could not have asked for a nicer place to celebrate. The home itself is gorgeous and had everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay. The pool area was absolutely beautiful and we spent most of our day relaxing beside it. Not to mention, Andrew was extremely helpful with our check in and helped return one of the guests lost items very promptly. I will be saving Andrew’s place to stay for any future visits to Townsville.

Highly recommend Tara's place, super fast replies and lovely location. The back door was a bit finicky but otherwise, the whole process was smooth. Place looks just like the photos, you won't be disappointed!

From the start I was impressed by the fresh fruits and water on the kitchen counter, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. The lockbox with instructions made the self check-in process flexible and stress-free. During my stay there were plenty of cleaning supplies to help keep the place clean during my month long stay. There were basic cooking oil and spices which were simple but important things when you want to cook. Unfortunately severe rain and flood in Townsville caused the airport to shut and my flight delayed for a few days. Thankfully Lisa and Ben allowed me to extend my stay due to unforeseen circumstances and I truly appreciate that 🙏 This is one of my most satisfied Airbnb stay over the 10+ years I’ve used Airbnb, and I would highly recommend Lisa and Ben as great hosts and people.

The accommodation is a bit dated but very clean and comfortable I loved that it is very close to the Strand -Beach . Lots of area to park on site but driveway very narrow.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was lovely—well-maintained, clean, and very comfortable. The location was exceptional, offering easy access to local attractions while still providing a peaceful retreat. The hosts were very kind and responsive, always ready to assist with anything we needed. The price was absolutely worth it, especially considering the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. I was especially pleased to find that the hosts provided kids' toys and games, which kept my 5-year-old daughter entertained for hours. It's clear they go the extra mile to ensure families feel welcome and have everything they need. I would definitely go back and stay here again. Highly recommend!

I had an incredible stay with Lisa, everything was perfect. The best place to stay in Townsville. I would come back with great pleasure to visit Magnetic Island if the weather allows it this time 😂 and maybe also cook orher lasagna 😉 Thanks Lisa ☺️

A beautiful and modern apartment with stunning views. All amenities were fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay. A cot was setup ready for our baby. Very minor note, the Wi-Fi across Bright Point is ok, but it can be unreliable, particularly in the evenings.

This place was great to stay, just a single room with ensuite, perfect for what my friend and I had planned. Quiet place perfect to nap at between activities. Julie-Ann and Sam were very welcoming and accommodating. So close to everything, we scootered and walked everywhere.

Great location, very peaceful. Easy walk to everything. Best coffee shop (Tiny Palm) on the island just 200m away :) Would definitely stay again!
