Our stay in Arcata at Loren’s place was perfect! Check in was simple, the house was super clean and comfortable, the beds were extremely comfortable, the hot tub was amazing, and the game room in the garage was so much fun! We had a ping pong tournament! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Arcata was cute and had a plaza downtown for shopping. We also visit Trinidad a few times which was only 15 minutes away. Our vacation was a hit! We visited Humboldt State Park and rode e-bikes, we kayaked in Trinidad, and drove the Avenue of the Giants! Prairie Creek Redwood Forest park was awesome too! Thanks Loren!

Amy was a wonderful host, providing super-prompt responses and proactively sharing tips and helpful information. The house is beautiful and in a great location, close to both Eureka and Arcata—as well as great hiking. The house was a perfect “home base” while visiting family for the thanksgiving holiday. While we didn’t have children with us, this would be a great home for kids too—lots of toys, games, and great communal areas. We would love to come back again! Thanks again!

This place was a treasure! We had beautiful weather which made sitting out on the deck and taking in the ocean view even more enjoyable. It was also fun to hike down to the beach from the trail just outside the front gate and explore the cute town of Trinidad. Definitely a great find.

Amber was very nice, responsive, accommodating to our needs. The house is beautiful and there were lots of thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable for us and we all had great sleep. The area is peaceful. Definitely recommend!

We recently had the chance to stay in this charming seaside bungalow cottage, and it was an absolute dream. The location was perfect, the cottage itself was cozy and beautifully decorated, with a warm, inviting atmosphere that made it feel like a home away from home. One of the standout features was the outdoor hot tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. There was also a well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals, and a comfy living area to unwind in after a long day. Overall, this seaside bungalow was the perfect getaway spot. Whether you're looking to relax in the hot tub, enjoy the beach, or just escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this place has it all. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking a peaceful retreat by the sea!

We can't say enough about this first airbnb experience! It was exactly the peaceful getaway we wanted and beautifully nestled in the redwoods yet close to transportation and the quaint Trinidad downtown. We felt right at home and took advantage of the Verizon cell phone service. Beds were so comfortable, and the kitchen was beautifully appointed for people like us who love to cook. The toaster oven and microwave were there too for quick warm-ups. There was an outdoor charcoal BBQ and firepit to use while we sampled some local wine. This location was close to Cal Poly Humboldt and spots off the 101 freeway. Lots of places to hike, check out local history museums, and appreciate scenery. We had lots to do - and also kick-back time to simply relax.

A great getaway in Blue Lake. Close to the casino, if that is your thing, or quick hop on the highway to the coastal beaches and outdoor adventure. Inside there is plenty of space to spread out and a great yard. We had dogs, so the place worked out great with the extra space and outdoor area. Love that view from the dining room of the rolling forest hills - can't beat it!

First off the location is great, you can hear the ocean, it’s peaceful and away from the hustle bustle of town. My kids and I loved the porch when it wasn’t raining(we stayed during a stormy weekend). The kitchen… to die for. The open concept of the home made it fun to run around and play the littles. No clutter or mall things for the littles to pick up and break or lay with. Over all nice and quiet stay.

This place was perfect for what I needed. Easy, safe, clean, super comfortable and wonderful location if you want to be in the center of the action. Around the corner from Los Bagels— a must do! Bed and bedding was so very comfortable.

An absolute gem. Private, cozy, so comfortable. The kitchen and living room are bright and open, perfect for meals and games. It right near the plaza, lovely restaurants, and Cal Poly. Eric and Heather were so friendly and helpful. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this airbnb! The location feels so private and has beautiful scenery. We would definitely want to visit again. The checkin was so easy and convenient with a number code to get in. Host was extremely friendly and responsive

I enjoyed staying at Howard's place. This place is comfortable, private, and I appreciate having a fully functional kitchen to make meals. When I'm not inclined to cook, this place is walk-able to downtown, which hosts plenty of restaurants, bar, and coffee. There's also a park close by that I like to take morning walks on when I'm not going on Redwood and beach adventures on the weekends. Howard and Cameron are very proactive, friendly, and are quick to respond and take of whatever issue I have. I highly recommend this place if you're ever inclined to check out Eureka.

Large space in a shared home. Bob and Melissa were super friendly and made us feel at home.

We love it here, that's why we went back and can't wait to go back. Home is on a dead end, very quiet, peaceful and the view is amazing. The community is very friendly and respectful, everyone made us feel at home. Stores, shops, restaurants, cafes, bars, highway, etc is within distance. I recommend Aracata, CA. be your next stop and we recommend this perfectly mind at peace Vacasa! Thank you to the host for giving us great memories.

The central location in Old Town Eureka gave us a lot to do within walking distance. The unit itself was cozy and clean with a great view. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was in a great spot! Super walkable and easy to find. Very spacious and perfect for the three of us. Comfortable beds! Only downside was that it was very loud at night due to people outside the apartment at all hours of the night.
