De casa is een geweldig huis, met alles wat nodig is. Veel privacy en prachtig uitzicht. Nicolien, Tom en Sophie zijn geweldige gastvrouwen/heer. Ze zijn vriendelijk en zeer geïnteresseerd in hun gasten. Bovendien hebben ze veel suggesties voor de omgeving, zowel cultureel als digestief. Van harte aanbevolen. Grote dank Theo en Alice

Pure Erholung im Olivenhain! Wir haben einen sehr erholsamen, traumhaft schönen Urlaub in der Villa Claudia verbracht. Die Villa liegt umgeben von Olivenbäumen, einem Feigenbaum und weiteren Obstbäume als auch Agaven, erhöht, wodurch man einen tollen Blick auf die Landschaft hat, inmitten der Natur und sehr privat (nachts ist dies etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - vor allem als Stadtmensch - da man tatsächlich keine Nachbarn hat, sondern nur Natur). Mit dem Auto erreicht man innerhalb weniger Minuten die Ortschaft San Lorenzo in Campo, in der es verschiedene kleinere Supermärkte als auch Cafés gibt. Der Salzwasser-Pool, den wir jeden Tag zum Schwimmen und Abkühlen nutzten, war unser Highlight. Die Villa ist eigentlich ein rustikales Landhäuschen mit allem, was dazu gehört. Die gesamte Villa war super sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Im Obergeschoss gab es Klimaanlagen in allen Schlafzimmern, aber nicht im Untergeschoss bzw. Wohnzimmer, Küche, ...(dort stand ein Ventilator zur Verfügung).

Wij zijn met ons gezin hier een weekje geweest en hebben genoten van het ruime huis en heerlijke zwembad. We waren hier tijdens een hittegolf (38/39) dus waren erg blij met het zwembad met duikplank en er was water speelgoed voor de kinderen. omdanks de hitte en het gebrek aan airco bleef het appartement goed bewoonbaar omdat het goed geisoleerd is en je kunt de luiken goed sluiten om de zon buiten te houden. Wij hebben geen andere gasten gezien en Roberta woont beneden maar hebben we ook haast niet gezien. het huis is erg modern en heeft een hoge kwaliteit afwerking, ook zijn de ramen/kozijnen voorzien van horren. Veel leuke plaatsjes in de buurt, we raden een trip naar Asissi (40m) zeker aan! bedankt Roberta voor een heerlijke week!

Filippo is very friendly person, he was still on the phone. He gives to us good tips. We were feeling on his house as in our home. Vila is cosy place, with huge garden. Everything was clean and enough towels were prepared for us. The best was view from home. Also Filippo cleans the swimming pool every evenening, therefore the pool is in great condition. Also we can reccomend a great restaurant Montecucco approx. 600metres from villa. I can very reccomend this accomodation ;-)

Le logement est situé dans un très bel endroit. La piscine a debordement est immense avec une vue imprenable. La maison est tres bien entretenue et le jardin magnifique. Nous avons été accueilli par Stefania mais avons passé le séjour avec Pia et Agno qui sont les parents de Stefania. Quel bonheur, une merveilleuse rencontre, très touchante et humaine. Ils ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Nous sommes vraiment touchés par nos échanges et si nous revenons dans la région, nous retournerons les voir avec grand plaisir.

Nous avons passé un séjour magique chez Sally. Communication facile et agréable. Région magnifique. Tous les ingrédients réunis pour un séjour inoubliable. Nous vous conseillons chaleureusement le restaurant Simone Corsetti - Ai Girasoli di Sant'Andrea. Vous ne serez pas déçus !

Zu aller erst einmal vielen Dank an die Hosts Issa und Giovanni! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen, heißen und erholsamen Urlaub in Eurer Unterkunft verbringen dürfen! Haus: Das Haus entspricht mehr dem deutschen Standard denn dem italienischen, alles top, sauber und eine Vielzahl an Utensilien für den täglichen Bedarf (Messer/Löffel/Gabel/Kaffeemaschine/Toaster/Gläser/Tassen uvm.) sind vorhanden. Der Kühlschrank mit Tiefkühlfächern ist sehr gut! Betten und Räume waren bequem und WLAN überall erreichbar, auch am Pool! Pool: Ein riesiger (Chlor) Pool mit angenehm kühlenden Wasser, schönen und praktischen Liegen waren der Hit! Zwei Sonnenschirme, die auch optisch schick sind, hatten uns vor der Sonne geschützt. Highlight, auch wenn man heutzutage stets eine JBL Box dabei hat, die Lautsprecheranlage via Bluetooth am Pool. Mein Tipp Radio Subasio+ ;-) Umgebung: Ein traumhafter Blick auf die Hügellandschaft und ein riesiger Garten für ein selbst und oder Hund - traumhaft! Grazie mille

Perfect stay for big family reunion! Wonderful host including helpful friend&family, with excellent setup for big groups (six rooms with separate bathrooms and AC), well mantained pool with many sunbeds and additional amenities in the house (out kids loved the indoor table tennis and outdoor kicker table). Kitchen is fully equipped and has big terrasse facing north for great breakfast&lunch&dinner in the shade. Approx. 20min to the beaches and in walking distance to the lovely mountain village Monte San Giusto with playground, cafes for excellent Italian breakfast and more.

Zona tranquilla e immersa nella natura, casa rustica e accogliente, propietaria gentile e premurosa, consigliato.

Ho soggiornato nella casa di Elio dal 14 al 23 settembre ed è stato un meraviglioso soggiorno. Le foto non rendono abbastanza, perché la casa è ancora più bella. Gli ambienti sono ampi, luminosissimi, tutto è nuovo e ben arredato, e con ogni confort : aria condizionata in tutti gli ambienti, lavastoviglie, lavatrice, tavolo e ferro da stiro, asciugacapelli. Inoltre sia da un lato che dall'altro la casa gode di un meraviglioso panorama sulle colline marchigiane, contraddistinto da un delizioso silenzio, che per chi cerca un po' di pace dal trambusto quotidiano è un toccasana. Montelupone è un borgo carino, e nei pressi è possibile visitare un bel po' di posti interessanti, e mete rinomate, oltre che raggiungere le più importanti zone di mare poco distanti. Elio, al quale mando un abbraccio, è una persona squisita, oltre che host impeccabile, sempre disponibile ad ogni esigenza. Consiglio questa abitazione al 100 x 100, non ve ne pentirete...

Appartamento molto pulito con tutto il necessario, molto bello e pratico lo spazio esterno con tavolo per poter mangiare. Paola è’ molto cortese è disponibile.

Alloggio adatto per una vacanza rilassante, fornito di tutti i servizi (internet purtroppo prende poco). Comunicazione con Tiziana molto efficace. Dintorni splendidi, a meno di un'ora da Urbino e a venti minuti da San Leo.

The photos do not do Casa Isa justice - it is so much more than what is shown. We enjoyed the home and the location. It was more than we hoped for. Laura was quick to respond and gave us recommendations from restaurants, grocery stores and parking. We will return and we’re telling all of our friends!

L'appartamento è composto da spazi ampi, come il salone con un camino moderno molto grazioso, due divani ed un televisore; anche la cucina è spaziosa ed accessoriata di tutto, anche la lavastoviglie. Le stanze possono essere riscaldate con il condizionatore. Nella casa ci sono oggetti ricercati e particolari. Quando c'è stato bisogno di un intervento, Derek è stato pronto e disponibile, oltre che molto accogliente, come anche il suo cagnolone Zeus davvero tranquillo ed affettuoso.

Soggiorno impeccabile, casa sempre calda al punto giusto sia di giorno che di notte, Sara ci ha offerto qualcosa per fare colazione che è stato molto apprezzato, le notti splendide nel mezzo della bellezza dei boschi e il silenzio. Il prezzo per un appartamento così è veramente buono, e sinceramente non vediamo l’ora di tornare, é stato triste dover essercene già andati, anche il cane ormai si era innamorato del posto! Grazie della bellissima esperienza 💕

Abbiamo trascorso un fantastico Capodanno in questo splendido appartamento in montagna! La posizione è ideale, a pochi passi dalle piste da sci e dallo Zeta Chalet. La casa è grande, accogliente e sempre ben riscaldata, l'ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata sulla neve. Tutto era impeccabilmente pulito, e gli interni rinnovati di recente danno un tocco moderno e confortevole. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa e abbiamo apprezzato ogni dettaglio. Esperienza da ripetere: torneremo sicuramente!

Ein hübsches Reihenhaus in der zauberhaften Altstadt von Recanati! Herrliche Ruhe, kurze Wege, bequeme Ausstattung und sehr nette und fürsorgliche Gastgeberin! Die Stadt liegt auf dem Hügel und die Aussicht von Antoniettas Haus ist so schön - eine unglaubliche Weite, die mediterranen Dächer und die gute Stimmung der Stadt. Alles sehr zu empfehlen.

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines à 5 (2 adultes et 3 enfants) Le cadre est idyllique. La maison est grande ainsi que la piscine. Alex et Prya sont hypers réactifs et font tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Hôte et logement hautement recommandables. Que du positif. Pour les propriétaires d’un véhicule électrique, le logement dispose d’une borne domestique Tesla. Recharge de 7km par heure environ. Umbertide dispose de chargeurs rapides en face du supermarché COOP.

We were 2 mature Italian and 1 American women long-time friends who wanted to enjoy a road trip from Florence to primarily see Solemeo. Maria Christina's location was perfect for this visit as well as several other lovely Umbrian villages. The house was very comfortable for us and the added bonus was spring flowers popping up everywhere. It was a great stay in a lovely location.

This place is pretty special. This is a very old home so very charming but you do have to get used to the downstairs shower (tricky regulating water temp and slow draining shower floor). The upstairs bathroom is gorgeous with the best view, I just wish it had a shower curtain so the bathtub could also easily work as a shower. We took lots of photos of the beautiful old architectural details inside the home. We spend several afternoons lazing by the gorgeous pool in the lovely outdoor space. We even used the outdoor shower a couple mornings. We found everything we needed in the kitchen. We could sign in to our Netflix account to watch movies on the TV in the evenings after watching the gorgeous sunsets. The Grotto restaurant, not too far away by car, was fabulous.

Appartamento nuovissimo accogliente e curato nei minimi particolari. I padroni di casa persone accoglienti simpaticissimi cordiali e molto ospitali.....ci torneremo ancora

Si cercava relax di fine settimana, non potevamo trovare di meglio. Alloggio immerso nel verde dell'immediato entroterra di Ancona, il cui centro è raggiungibile in dieci minuti. Roberto e Mattia ci hanno accolto "da vecchi amici", accompagnandoci nell'alloggio (del quale ci ha colpito subito l'estremo ordine e la pulizia) e fornendoci indicazioni preziose in merito a ristoranti, percorsi da fare, e siti da visitare in Ancona. Una osservazione (che poi è una nota di merito) già espressa a voce a Roberto e che può essere utile a tutti: le foto non rendono pieno merito alla bellezza del posto e a quella dell'appartamento, bellezza molto più apprezzabile dal vivo. Insomma, per concludere, una esperienza estremamente soddisfacente, della quale non riesco a trovare alcun aspetto negativo. Complimenti sinceri per la serietà e cordialità degli host...non è da tutti.

Questa è la terza volta che torniamo sulla costa del conero e siamo felicissimi di questa scelta. La casa è molto confortevole ma siamo stati quasi sempre nel bellissimo giardino con vista mare, fresco e ventilato anche nei giorni di caldo grazie alla posizione elevata rispetto al mare. La comoda spiaggia di Marcelli dista pochi minuti d'auto ma se si desidera un pó d'avventura sono moltissime le spiagge più selvaggie a poca distanza.

I just returned from the most incredible stay at a villa in Umbria, Italy, and I can’t stop raving about it! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm Italian hospitality that instantly made us feel at home. The villa itself was like something out of a storybook—stunning stone walls, lush gardens, and breathtaking views of rolling hills that seemed to stretch on forever. The interiors were beautifully decorated with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. Each morning, we enjoyed our coffee on the terrace while soaking in the sun and the magnificent scenery. The kitchen was a dream for cooking enthusiasts like me; we even picked up fresh ingredients from a nearby market and whipped up our own Italian The locals were incredibly friendly, making our experience even more special. I’ve traveled quite a bit, but nothing compares to the magic of Umbria. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway to recharge and immerse yourself in Italian culture this villa is it!
