Simona is a wonderful host and her house is a jewel on top of a hill with absolutely spectacular panoramic views of mountains and valley! We had such a wonderful time and built some great memories. The house itself is so beautifully decorated and every nook and corner is amazing. Simona is super friendly and helpful with everything and ensures her guests are living in absolute comfort as if they were staying in her own house! We had such a great time in the beautiful garden that we didn't leave the house on first day at all! Absolutely recommend this place and so grateful to Simona for ensuring we had a perfect holiday in stunning Italy! Can't wait to return back soon!!

Lovely villa. Hosts were very responsive. The garden is amazing and overlooks the sea. There is a lovely place to sit on the private path to the beach. There are a number of steps to the beach which are very well maintained with hand rail. Beach had very shallow slope into sea so very safe for playing and swimming. Supermarket short walk away with lovely breads and fruit.

Local muito agradável. Bairro muito tranquilo, com trem passando na rua ao lado, e comércios próximos. Mannicci tem uma padaria ali perto (que é onde é feito o check in e check out) e fomos muito bem atendidos e tomamos ótimos cafés da manhã.

Great location in the Monti District. Short walk to the Colosseum and a lot of great restaurants and small shops.

The apartment is located in a very secure and quiet gated area. It is a 30-minute walk from the Vatican, close to a bus stop, with a 10-minute ride to downtown, and a 10-minute walk to the metro. The apartment has everything you need. The spacious terrace is a great bonus for enjoying your vacation in Rome. Jacopo is a great host. He provides all the information you need to make the most of your time in Rome. I stayed in the apartment for 20 days, and it was amazing. There are many shops, restaurants, and cafés nearby. I enjoyed every moment of my stay in the apartment.

Bellissimo appartamento incastonato in un'area naturale. All'interno uno splendido living room con vetrata affacciata sulla vallata, e stufa a legna per le serate fredde. Camera da letto e cucina funzionali, un letto in aggiunta, bagno ottimo. Un'area esterna verdissima, con grande tavolo e barbecue per pranzi all'aperto. I proprietari sono simpaticissimi e gentili, offrono crostate, biscottini, pane fresco di forno, e consigli estremamente affidabili su ristoranti e luoghi da visitare: in dettaglio, a mezz'ora/ un'ora di auto si trovano splendidi tesori come Villa Adriana, Villa d'Este, il Monastero di Subiaco. Quando si è già fatto il pieno di mete classiche, tipo Toscana, Umbria, ecc, questa è davvero una gran bella meta "alternativa". Grazie, gran bella esperienza, da provare!

Norman e la sua famiglia sono stati eccezionali! Hanno sempre risposto immediatamente con gentilezza e in maniera accomodante a tutte le nostre richieste. La casa è molto bella, ben arredata con due balconi di cui uno con vista mare e ha veramente tutto ciò di ciò si ha bisogno (Lavastoviglie, lavatrice, ferro da tiro, phon, macchina per il caffè nespresso con cialde, asciugamani, accappatoi, lenzuola, bel divano, poltrona, due tv con tv in streaming gratuita, ottimo wifi, ripostiglio, ascensore, due bagni, armadi con stampelle in abbondanza, scarpiere, scrivania in cameretta, aria condizionata in tutta casa etc etc) È molto vicina alla spiaggia e anche ad agosto si riesce a trovare parcheggio nelle vicinanze (liberi o a pagamento). Se avremo ancora intenzione di passare le nostre vacanze a Terracina sarà sicuramente la nostra prima scelta!
