Very friendly host, the apartment is clean and has all necessary utensils in the kitchen. The location has good parking possibilities and the supermarkets are close by.

El apartamento perfecto para 2 personas con todas las comodidades que anunciaba. A 10 min del centro donde encontrar bares, restaurantes y demás y a unos 5 más de la playa la cual tiene buen acceso. Para el tema de aparcamiento, son calles bastantes estrechas para coches grandes pero por la zona de alrededores hay zonas donde aparcar en batería más fácilmente. Supermercados es conveniente ir en coche ya que está a un trayecto largo y en cuesta pero hay negocios justo alado del apartamento donde comprar. Gracias Agustina por todo, hemos estado muy a gusto.

Thank you Carmen and Jorge for our stay in Cádiz. A beautiful and historical city with wonderful archeology. We loved walking around and seeing the buildings. The apartment was perfectly located for seeing the old city. We loved it

Zona muy tranquila y unas vistas muy bonitas y aparcamiento privado y prácticamente en la puerta de casa, el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario y las necesidades básicas si se te ha olvidado algo, Hannah seguro lo tiene, una anfitriona de 10!

Marta's place is beautiful. Even though we were there during the last days of carnaval, it was quiet, due to the heavy shutters in both living room and bedroom. Lovely high ceilings, balconies and a roof terrace. And a bath! Everything was in order - we had a little difficulty but Marta was immediately on the case and solved it promptly. We're very grateful for her kind help and would recommend the place 100%

Cet appartement est très très agréable, remarquablement bien équipé et très bien placé. Tout est fluide avec Sara. Les équipements sont parfaits. L'endroit est très proche de la mer, des restaurants et des commerces. Merci Sara. Nous recommandons fortement tant l'appartement, que le lieu, que l'hôtesse.

Apartamento en muy buenas condiciones, tal cual se ve en el anuncio. Muy importante que cuenta con plaza de garaje. Muy cercano a la playa y a la zona de ocio pero en un área tranquila y sin ruidos. Tanto Claudio como Azul respondieron a todas nuestras dudas. Muy buena experiencia.

We had a great stay at Karen's apartment. It's well placed for all amenities and close to the beach and Marina. Everywhere was spotless, had everything we needed and more and it was a very comfortable. Communication with Karen and Becky was first class, they responded instantly, clear and precise instructions and directions and were flexible with check in and out. I will definitely stay here again, highly recommended.

pepe님의 집에서 하루를 묶었습니다. 셀프 체크인이였는데 어렵지 않아서 쉽게 집안으로 들어갔습니다. 우리는 차를 가져와서 페페님이 알려주신 주차장에 차를 주차하고 4~5분정도 천천히 걸어 집에 도착했어요. 예약 하면서 사진을 보고 예측하기는 뷰가 좋아 집이 언덕에 있어 캐리어 끌기 어렵지 않을까 예상 했는데 그냥 평지 길이라 어렵지 않았습니다 집안에는 새것같은 식기세척기 세탁기 전자레인지가 있어 편리했습니다. 하루만 있어서 세탁기 사용은 안했어요. 지역적 특성에 비해 집안은 현대적입니다 아침에 바퀴벌레 한마리를 발견했습니다. 저는 별로 상관하지 않습니다. 집안의 문제라기 보다는 이 지역이 오랜 느낌의 도시이기 때문에 저는 바퀴벌레의 등장에 놀라지 않았습니다 멋진 뷰를 위해 pepe씨의 집을 추천드립니다 혹시 주차를 하시는 분들은 하루 18유로를 결제해야하는데 주차장 결제기계 앞에 써있는 앱을통해 결제하시면 15.49유로로 결제 가능하더라고요. 저는 결제후에 봐서 할인을 못받았는데, 주차하시는 분들은 앱으로 하세요

Absolutely stunning apartment, highly recommend. The location is superb. The free on street parking is a real bonus. Marina is excellent, great communication. She was ready to answer all our questions. This apartment is 10/10. We can’t wait to go back.

Mon séjour dans ce logement était absolument parfait le logement disposait de tout les équipements nécessaire et même des équipements au delà du nécessaire, l’emplacement de l’appartement proposé par RIVA est situé à un point clés de la ville ou tout est accessible a pied, RIVA était très réactif pour toutes questions que j’avais, je recommande le logement a 100%.

Carmen fue muy atenta y tiene una casa fantástica. Estuvimos como en un hotel o mejor.

Highly recommend this apartment. It’s in a fabulous location, right in the centre of the restaurants and shops in the port, but quiet as it sits one level above the marina. Jacques is a lovely host, very responsive, charming and helpful. The apartment itself is lovely, with two balconies, one gets sun in the morning and the other in the evening. Having 2 full bathrooms and a third toilet was great with 3 guests. Showers have plenty of hot water and good pressure. And having an assigned parking space in a private car park was really great. We visited in March so the outdoor pool was closed; as the weather was lovely we didn’t try the indoor pool so can’t comment on either, but that did not affect our stay at all. Very happy!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment in Manilva! The space was spotless, well-equipped, and perfectly located for exploring the area. The balcony offered stunning views, making it the ideal spot for a relaxing morning coffee or evening glass of wine. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring we felt welcome and had everything we needed. We recommend this place and would love to return in the future!

Vanaf het eerste moment was het contact zeer positief met de host! Ze reageerde snel en duidelijk. Regina denkt met je mee en was zeer flexibel ivm onze vragen over onze kleine. Alles was zeer snel geregeld en duidelijk gecommuniceerd vanuit haar naar ons. Bij aankomst was het erg makkelijk om alles te vinden en binnen te komen in het appartement. Eenmaal in het appartement bleek al snel dat alles aanwezig was zoals besproken. Het appartement was echt geweldig! Alle ruimte, binnen en buiten! Ook het complex is fantastisch! Het grote zwembad heeft een soort strand, hierdoor was het voor onze kleine ook geweldig om echt kennis te maken met zwemmen. Het complex ligt naar een mooie 9 holes golfbaan, hierdoor is de omgeving heel mooi en erg rustig. Al met al zijn wij zo positief, dat we nu al aan het kijken zijn wanneer we weer terug gaan!! Regina, nogmaals dank voor de goede zorgen en dat we gebruik mochten maken van je fijne plekje!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Unterkunft und konnten die Ruhe am Pool und auf der Terrasse genießen. Ein Auto ist notwendig, um gut zur Küste und Restaurants zu kommen oder einkaufen zu gehen.
