Our recent stay at this Rome apartment exceeded all expectations! The space was truly exceptional - not only incredibly spacious but also thoughtfully designed with every amenity we could possibly need. From the moment we arrived, the host went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Their attentiveness throughout our entire stay made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. The apartment's central location made exploring Rome's treasures effortless, while returning each evening felt like coming home rather than to a temporary accommodation. The comfortable furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, and attention to detail created the perfect balance between luxury and comfort. If you're looking for an authentic Roman experience with the perfect blend of hospitality and independence, I cannot recommend this apartment highly enough. We'll definitely be returning on our next visit to Rome!

Nell’alloggio gestito da Valeria sono stato veramente bene. Posizione centrale e comoda per vedere Roma, a pochi passi dalla stazione metropolitana Barberini. This apartment is ideal for large groups. We felt like we were living in a large home with all the amenities and gathering spaces. It is not only beautiful but very well thought out. Even better, our host was extraordinarily responsive, allowed us to check in early, and always responded when we needed anything. One of the best experiences I've had on Airbnb.

Edoardo’s apartment was exactly as described. Stayed here with my family of 5 and we were all comfortable. He was responsive and even coordinated with the airline for our lost luggage delivery. Edoardo’s mom welcomed us and showed us how to work everything. She thoroughly cleaned the unit before we checked in. We enjoyed our 1 week stay and look forward to returning.

Loved our stay, great location and apartment is really nice (as shown but nicer in person). Carla is very friendly and met us as we arrived and went over everything. She was quick to reply to any questions. Arranged a driver from and to the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

If you're looking for great location to visit Rome - this is IT! its a great place to walk around, minutes from many things. lot's of shops and restaurants. while the apartment is on a quiet street with a nice little supermarket and restaurant below it. It's a real apartment - with two good size bedrooms and two bathrooms! and living room and kitchen. Maurizio was very friendly and responsive. I had a great time there. My only comment is that the place could use some fresh paint and maybe a refreshing design to really be a phenomenal Airbnb. Overall its recommended. Enjoy

Charming space in a beautiful location within walking distance of so many sites, such as the Colosseum and Forum, with a view of Santa Maria Maggiore. Great restaurants and coffee/beeakfast locations are only a block or two away. The train station was an easy 8 minute walk for when we wanted to take a day trip to Orvieto. We’d easily stay here again, Isabella was so nice and welcoming, checked in on us and was always easy to get a hold of.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great location, easy access on foot and public transport. Some nice pizza places and a gelateria nearby. Apartment was perfect for 4 x couples. Plenty of space and all rooms en suite was perfect. Building has so much character. Would recommend.

Great location. Easy walks to Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Vatican, and several churches. Estimate 2 miles or less for each and all were flat topography. There is the main bus line a block away and a taxi stand near the bus stop if you want to use for longer longer trips. I would not take a rental car into this area. Parking is difficult and streets are narrow. We did not miss having a car. We had breakfast at the coffee bar, lunch at the pizzaria that are just a few shops down the street. Can not review the kitchen as we ate out every night in the neighborhood. Couple of gelato shops and other authentic Rome restaurants that were very affordable that were within a two block radius. There was a Vino bar down the street that was a popular night spot. Apartment was quiet for us, bedroom was comfortable, internet reliable, bathroom nice. A great location to explore Rome from!

Appartement spacieux, très calme, proche du Colisée et à 15 min à pied de la gare. Petits restaurants et pâtisseries dans le quartier. Andréa et Raquel sont très réactifs dans les échanges. La surprise à notre arrivée : Pour le petit déjeuner : confiture, nutella, miel, biscottes, brioches et un frigo bien rempli de sodas, bières, beurre et fromages. Toutes ces attentions nous ont fait très plaisir comme le gardiennage des bagages sur place, très pratique quand on arrive tôt et on part tard. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Bardzo polecam to miejsce! Mieszkanie czyste, w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko metra, sklepów i restauracji. Super kontakt z gospodarzem, bardzo szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, jest bardzo pomocny i chętny do kontaktu z gośćmi. Polecam! 🙂

Apartamento impecável, localização com bons meios de locomoçao para chegar aos pontos principais, excelentes opções derestaurantes, inclusive um premiado embaixo do predio e muita atenção dada pelo Jacopo.

Great location, neighbors are friendly. 10 minute walk to Colosseum. Nice local restaurants. Grocery store close by. Flaviana's place was very clean and modern. Relaxing outdoor area. Beds were very comfortable.

Great spot to stay in Rome. Super quiet area but still walkable to Trastevere restaurants and beyond. Easy walk from 2 train stations and easy ride to Vatican city. Laura was able to welcome us herself and was reachable if we had any questions. Would stay again!

We had a lovely stay at Daniele’s condo. The entire process from booking to check-in and check-out was easy and seamless. Daniele is a very responsive host and provided many tips and ideas for us. We appreciated the early checkin! The condo itself was stunning. It’s bigger than the pictures, and was the highlight of our stay in Italy. The beds were very comfortable, the shower was great, and the unit was well equipped. Everything that we needed was available and the place was spotless. Our daughters especially appreciated the games and books. Getting to the condo from the Termini train station was an easy 15min walk. The location was great. The area was quiet and safe, and walking through a beautiful park leads you right to the Colosseum. You are at the centre of it all. We would without a doubt recommend that you stay and book Daniele’s place. You will not be disappointed.

My two sisters and I stayed at Rudi’s home for 4 nights. Upon our arrival in Rome, we had planned to meet my niece for a birthday lunch and Rudi was very flexible with our check-in time. He was friendly and helpful with the instructions about the lift to the sixth floor condo, which was clean, bright and spacious. We always felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed sitting on the 2 patios taking in the view of the city a few times. We were walking distance from all the sights in Rome with cafes, restaurants and shopping nearby. Rudi checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed and our self check out was easy. We had a lovely stay in Rome at Rudi’s home!

Solid location - grocery store nearby, awesome gelato (Terra was great), easy access to Metro stops. A few things to note: The apartment is even bigger than the photos show. Comfortable beds. It was quite noisy outside at night and the window panes are thin. But we slept with either ear plugs or a sound machine and slept fine. We did have one request while we were there and it took the host around 6+ hours to respond. The kitchen is great! Well stocked! Overall, it was a great stay and the apartment is lovely.

Още преди да се настаним през цялото време си контактувахме с Ливия и с нейните напътствия много лесно намерихме апартамента и се настанихме. Даваше ни насоки за добри ресторанти и места за посещение. Като цяло локацията на обектите за посещение са на пешеходно разстояние от апартамента. В близост има голям супермаркет и ресторанти с вкусна храна. Останахме много доволни! Силно препоръчвам! Благодарим ви Ливия и Даниеле! До нови срещи!

Fantastic location! Walk right out to great restaurants, shopping, taxi stand, and walkable to must see /famous sites. Stefano was extremely helpful in assisting us with our luggage, arranging transfers to and from, recommendations for local restaurants. He is extremely responsive to any messages and very friendly. The apartment felt very safe and a nice retreat from the hustle and bustle of Rome. I would highly recommend if it’s available!

A perfect stay! The condo was clean, spacious, and had everything my family of two adults, two teenagers, and one 7-year old needed. The location was awesome. Our best meals while in Rome were within a couple blocks of the condo. Elizabetta was lovely and kind, and so helpful and responsive. We used her driver from the airport and that was so nice and easy after traveling all night. It was a perfect stay!
