Nicole’s place was stylish, fun, and impeccably clean, and she was super patient and helpful as a host. We’ll hope to be back in the summer to try out the pool!

We had a great stay at Andrea and Todd's! They were extremely responsive, accommodating, and flexible in allowing for an early check-in and late check-out. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

I’ve stayed here multiple times, and it’s always been a great experience! The place is clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Christian is super responsive and easy to communicate with. It's definitely one of my go-to spots in Sacramento—I highly recommend it!

Great place in a great location! We found ample street parking and had no issues getting in and out. The host was very clear in their instructions which made every thing a breeze!

Property & condo are fantastic. Lived the gym, pool, condo. Neighborhood around the property was a little rough, but security was there to deal with any problems

We melted into the place as soon as we arrived. They have purchased the softest couches, beds, bedding, towels, rugs, and more! We were in Sacramento for Lobby Day, and after a day of walking, this house was a treat. Easy access to get into the house, the instructions were very clear, and I glanced at their other locations, and we will definitely be staying at one of their locations when we travel to Sacramento again!! They had a great welcome book with a lot of information and suggestions. We woke up that morning and found a great breakfast place right around the corner, delicious!!! But I will mention, it was a cozy space, very private, little to no noise and the bed was extra comfy! Extra bonus, they had coffee pods, stevia and creamer pods stocked in the house for the morning. BIG extra touch for two avid coffee drinkers!! I would recommend their locations for sure.

Cozy home, clean and good location have all the stuff we need in the kitchen definitely coming back agin.

Great place, clean and spacious, quiet and with easy access to general area. Would have liked to see more utensils and cookware. We were unable to cook and serve a full meal for our group of 7. Would stay again with those changes.

We had the best memorial weekend at this amazing Granite Bay house. The house was gorgeous and had everything we could possibly need. We loved the pool and hot tub, the kitchen was well stocked, and the primary suite was epic. It was so nice to be close to Folsom Lake and the American River. We are thinking about making it an annual trip! Thank you to our hosts for all your help during our stay.

The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was well stocked. I liked that there were plenty of towels, and we didn't run out of hot water even with 5 adults taking showers. Also, the house was perfect for a toddler; it had everything we needed like a highchair, crib and toddler activity table for our grandson to use.

John was absolutely amazing host. He was very understanding of the situation my family and I were. House was awesome. Definitely recommend this place to anyone

Kelly’s place was clean and comfortable. Host was an amazing communicator and the location is perfect to get anywhere in the area.

This Airbnb was so nice. Very cozy and homey. When we walked in, even the scent felt fresh and clean. The area it’s in is very quiet and private. We definitely would stay here again.

We loved staying at the house! Also included a massive backyard which we had no idea about. Plenty of space for everyone. Would highly recommend 10/10!

We did an extended stay due to renovations happening at our home. When you pull on to the street, it can look a little sketchy, but you will be pleasantly surprised when you go through the gates of the complex. It is very quiet and peaceful. Garrett had wonderful communication and could not have been more accommodating for my elderly parents. Would stay here again if a need in Sacramento arose. Thank you!

This condo is a clean and well decorated one bedroom, one bathroom second floor unit. Bogdan is a very thoughtful host, there were extra blankets, sheets, and towels, which were appreciated for my weeklong stay. I also noticed condiments and single serve coffee creamers were provided along with a small basket of books/toys in the laundry closet if you have a child visiting/staying with you. The location is in a very nice area, close to both shopping and restaurants. I thought the bed was comfortable and the shower was fantastic, and I also really liked that the entrance’s door lock code was tailored to me personally, making it easy for me to remember and difficult for others to figure out. I’d recommend staying here, and definitely book again.

Mony's place was very clean and beautiful. It is located in a charming housing complex, and is a few minutes walk to a shopping mart and various restaurants. The complex has a gym, which made working out during my stay very convenient. I'd be very happy to stay here again on my next visit.
