Die Unterkunft ist super! Das Grundstück, der Pool und der Ausblick sind ein Traum. Die Küchenzeile bietet alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I wish I could give Monia’s home 10 stars. She’s the epitome of a super host, and her home, is just wow. Spacious, clean, well furnished, private, peaceful with gorgeous views. Monia’s home is one of the top airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The check-in process was flexible and seamless. In fact, she accommodated an early check in after having to leave another airbnb after an unfortunate situation. She had a basket of goodies waiting for us on the table and we immediately felt right at home. She went out of her way to make us a second bed, and get us more nespresso pods. She was also quick and so kind in her responses. We work from home, and the setting/ wifi was great. Although the pool was closed for the season, it was so nice to spend our mornings in the sun on the lounge chairs. I loved taking walks in the forest behind the house, and watching the sunset from the bench outside. I can’t recommend Monia’s home enough. We were sad to leave, and will definitely return back. Our stay in Erbusco was absolutely perfect! The home was beautiful, in a stunning location, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We loved how walkable everything was—delicious restaurants just minutes away, amazing pastries with coffee to start the morning, and the best gelato to end the night. Every recommendation from our host was spot on! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be staying here again! Highly recommend!

Esperienza eccellente! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa casa a pochi minuti da Lecco. L’accoglienza è stata ottima, con grande disponibilità e attenzione ai dettagli. La struttura è pulita, confortevole e perfettamente in linea con le aspettative. Inoltre, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è eccellente, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissima per chi cerca un posto accogliente e conveniente in zona!

Daniela's Home was Amazing on the Lake. Daniela met us for check in. Check In and out was easy. The home had everything you needed. She had a wonder fruit Basket and Bread and jams for toast in the mornings. The home was super clean. We took a wonder ride around the whole lake (about 45 minutes) . Seen so many amazing little villages and places to shop and explore. Highly recommend the lake ride. Restaurants and cafe's were less than 5 minutes a way. Shopping in Iseo, with beautiful water front and and ferry boats less than 10 minutes away. Parking right at the home in a gated community. 5 Stars Ron March 2025

Ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf! Het huis is echt van alle gemakken voorzien, super netjes en schoon en ligt op een prachtige locatie in de bergen. Het zwembad wordt gedeeld met de bewoners van de overige woningen op de residentie, maar grotendeels heb je dit zwembad voor je alleen. De bewoners zijn super vriendelijk en maken graag een praatje met je in het Italiaans 😁 Colico aan het meer is een gezellig klein plaatsje waar je lekker wat kunt eten en drinken. Dit is in een 25 minuten prima naar beneden te lopen (wij met 2 kinderen van 5 en 9 jaar oud). Vanaf Colico kun je makkelijk alle kanten rondom het Comomeer op. Wij raden dit verblijf zeer zeker anderen aan!

Tutto ok, perfetto. Consiglio questo alloggio per qualsiasi persona, mi sono trovato benissimo. Comodo per chi ha anche la macchina per chi vuole muoversi nei dintorni e parcheggiarla al sicuro! Piscina splendida, tutto molto attrezzato. Vista con la collina wow, cavalli e altri bellissimi animali nei dintorni ma che non danno fastidio. Ci ritorno appena hanno qualche giorno libero 100% o appena si libera 😊

Such a lovely stay! Communication was outstanding and everything went very well. Location and equipment was great. Minor things were that the internet was quite bad and the rooms in the basement were quite stuffy/ moldy. Yet, would always book again!

Ana and David were wonderful hosts for a dreamy house in the vineyard. From the outside, it looks like a typical stone house in the mountains, but inside it is newly and modernly renovated with everything you need. The path from the car to the house is not to be underestimated (kids should not be too small) and can be quite strenuous in the summer, but if you know what to expect, it is manageable. The house's location in the middle of the vineyard and the breathtaking view more than compensate for the effort. The region is also stunning and offers a variety of activities. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in dieser tollen Unterkunft und erneut begeistert. Der Kontakt mit der Gastgeberin verläuft super und der Check In gestaltet sich sehr einfach. Da wir Wiederholungsgäste waren kannten wir die Unterkunft bereits und haben uns daher auch sofort wohl gefühlt. In der Umgebung finden sich tolle Supermärkte und zum See, der Promenade und damit den vielen Restaurants sind es nur 10 min zu Fuß. Da wir mit zwei Kindern angereist sind wurde uns ein Babybett zur Verfügung gestellt welches unserer Tochter gut gefallen hat. Alles in allem war der Urlaub sehr erholsam und die Unterkunft ist insbesondere für Familien super geeignet. Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

We stay in the apartment for two nights during a business trip. And everything was fantastic. The apartment is exactly what we want and it’s a perfect place for friends, colleagues and a family. Mariagrazia organised it perfectly and we had no check-in issues after our flight delay. Mariagrazia was very helpful, answer quickly and was a perfect host.

Certes la route d’accès au logement est étroite mais ça vaut la peine et les gens qui l’empruntent sont très attentifs. Une vue splendide depuis le logement, village paisible, la plage est accessible à 10 min à pieds. Daniele est très réactif, merci à lui Je recommande.

Excellent communication before and during the stay. The apartment is perfect for recharging, located in a calm and peaceful city with many great restaurants and easily walkable! Away from the tourists!… I would only suggest providing higher pillows, as the available ones were quite low!

Schöne authentische Hütte oberhalb eines Tals. Absolute Ruhe und Privatsphäre. Waren zu zweit eine Woche im Oktober dort um wandern zu gehen. Gut um mal runterzukommen. Aufstehen, Kamin anmachen, Kaffee kochen und den Schafen beim grasen zuschauen. Absoluter Glücksgriff. Pierino, der Gastgeber ist wirklich ein klasse Kerl und sehr hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich traumhaft gelegen und verfügt über reichlich Platz. Das Highlight ist der Whirlpool mit dem Ausblick auf die Berge. Wir wurden freundlich von einer älteren Dame empfangen, die in geholfen hat, die Schlüsselbox zu finden. Super praktisch der flexible Zugang zu Unterkunft. Wir waren rundum sehr zufrieden. Auch der Gastgeber war immer stets erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Siamo stati ospiti allo chalet di Adamo solo per qualche giorno ma è stata un'esperienza indimenticabile. La casa è ben tenuta sia all'interno che all'esterno, con tutti i comfort e ben attrezzata. Anche Fara, la nostra bimba pelosa, si è subito ambientata ed ha apprezzato soprattutto l'area esterna che circonda tutta la casa. Marco è stato sempre disponibile e ci ha fornito anche valide indicazioni riguardo i vari percorsi da fare in zona. Abbiamo avuto anche il piacere di fare la conoscenza di Adamo che ha gradito le nostre insalate. Ci ritorneremo volentieri

Innanzi tutto devo dire che qualità prezzo è onestissimo. Bella casa separata dalle altre per una maggiore tranquillità, pulizia e ordine,l'unica pecca per mio conto è la presenza dell'allevamento di alcuni asini che ogni tanto si facevano sentire anche durantelanotte, ma a parte questo il posto è decisamente tranquillo, pulito, confortevole e gode di una bella vista, sopratutto 5 stelle alla gentilezza e preparazione dei padroni di casa.

Casetta in ottima posizione per il Lago d’Iseo e Bergamo, in zona tranquillissima. Il suo interno confortevole e ben strutturato, pulizia estrema. Cristina sempre a disposizione. Noi siamo stati molto soddisfatti.

Siamo stati ospiti da Silvana con i nostri amici pelosi (accolti con gioia anche loro ed è cosa rara) la casa è stupenda, calda accogliente ed estremamente pulita. Situata in un contesto da favola, l’ideale se si vuole ritrovare una connessione con la natura. All’interno dell’alloggio non manca davvero nulla, in un batti baleno ti ritrovi a casa. Silvana si è dimostrata premurosa e professionale indicandoci con estrema precisione tutte le indicazione necessarie per il check-in, per il soggiorno e consigliandoci delle bellissime passeggiate tra i monti. Siamo stati estremamente felici di questa esperienza, ci torneremo sicuramente!

splendida esperienza, a partire dalla disponibilità e gentilezza di Corinne e di sua mamma, che ci ha accolti. Il contesto è davvero suggestivo, una corte medievale splendidamente mantenuta. L'appartamento (loft privato) davvero all'altezza delle aspettative, un mix piacevole di rustico e moderno che dà subito la sensazione di "ben fatto". La meraviglia arriva la sera quando, usufruiamo della spa (piccola sauna molto moderna e piscina riscaldata con idromassaggio) guardando le stelle. Un plauso anche alla colazione, servita dalla sempre gentile mamma di Corinne. Soggiorno a cui darei 6 stelle, complimenti!

Ho prenotato questa casa per fare un weekend con 8 miei amici, è stato veramente magnifico! La casa è proprio come nelle foto, pulita, ordinata, con tutto il necessario per 9 persone! Abbiamo aggiunto un cane all’ultimo minuto e la proprietaria è stata subito reattiva e molto gentile nel risponderci! È un’esperienza che sicuro consiglio vivamente perché è proprio come sentirsi a casa! Magnifico, avete fatto un ottimo lavoro!

Uma experiência incrível!! A casa fica mesmo no topo da Montanha ( sigam as recomendações do Valerio, muito importante). A vista é espetacular, fomos no inverno e estava tudo branquinho. A casa é muito acolhedora, tipica decoração de homem e de montanha. Obrigada por tudo

Silvia davvero gentilissima e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta e per fornire informazioni sul luogo, la casa è super attrezzata con una pulizia impeccabile ed un giardino enorme per noi ed i nostri animali, i quali sono stati accettati ben volentieri! E poi…il momento di relax nella vasca riscaldata con vista sui monti innevati…un sogno! Grazie ancora, speriamo di tornare presto 😍
