We had a great stay at Dwain’s place. Everything was well kept and organized. Close to hiking trails, casinos, golf, and marinas. Would stay again.

The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. For what we were in Wynnewood, OK to do it was perfect, but we were in the middle of nowhere, across the road from cattle, and a good 40 minutes from Oklahoma City. Allisa's BBQ was absolutely delicious and closeby! The condo was brand new, extremely clean, and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again should the need arise.

Nice location- would love to go back! Recommend getting the neighboring room for kitchen use

Overall, a large and spacious place. 2 nice bedrooms, large living room and kitchen. We really loved how private and close it is to everything from the local grocery store to Eisenhower's birthplace to good restaurants. There is a fine dining restaurant right below the room but we never heard a peep or smelled anything from the kitchen. Lastly, Sara, is great to work with. She definitely brings the Denison friendliness and charm as she works with you. One word of advice, bring some ear plugs for the trains that go by your room which aren't very frequent but can surprise you at night. Denison is a railroad town with references to trains all over the town which is one of the reasons we stayed at Katy Depot. We loved it! That being said, 5 stars all the way around.

Will definitely stay here the next time I am in town. I was here to work for the weekend, and the suite was so relaxing, and I was able to rest so comfortably! Everything is well thought out, from the blackout curtains to the cozy bed to the relaxing front porch.

We really enjoyed our stay at Teddy’s place! I will say, when I looked at the google street view, I almost canceled our stay. However, I am very happy I didn’t! The apartment was gorgeous, the building itself feels very cozy once you’re inside. Surprisingly, there were plenty of restaurants and some cute little shops that were all walkable. Definitely a great spot to stay for our weekend casino trip! Uber and Lyfts are scarce though, so plan accordingly for that! We would definitely stay here again.

The place was exactly as listed! Extremely walkable area and easy to navigate. Quiet and homey, I’ve already recommended it to the people I was meeting with in case they have friends or family that would need to stay in the area for anything related to work or school. I’m excited to see it again once the construction downstairs is completed since I heard they’re adding more rooms that will be ADA compliant on the bottom floor, which is fantastic! Opera House Coffee is up the street and was a spot I frequented for meetings, which was great. Teddy was extremely proactive in communication and very kind. Would 100% love to stay here again in the future. Thank y’all very much for the hospitality and cozy atmosphere you provided!

Wonderful stay! The property is ideal for a couple with pets, and I spent well over two months there. The dogs enjoyed running around in the large yard.

The price was great for what I received. The shower had great pressure and great hot water. Furniture and beds were very comfortable. Not far from many restaurants and I-35. Would stay here over a hotel and inflated pricing any day! I’ll be back.

We really enjoyed our stay there. It was very quiet . The only issue we had was with the coffee maker. It really needed to be cleaned and they needed to have more towels available for used

Very cute room with a full size refrigerator which was very nice. Friendly check in and exactly as described. We already booked another stay.
