Åre Municipality : locations de vacances avec cheminée

Had a great stay. Oscar was fantastic. Always quick to respond and super helpful. House was perfect for two families. And having two separate lounge areas was ideal. One for the kids and one for the adults. Super clean and well cared for. Location was perfect. Nice quiet area, but within minutes drive of all the various ski fields. Away from the business of the main ski resort area, but close enough to get there if you wanted to be in it.

Ulla was a great host, always quick to reply and very attentive. A very cosy house for our stay and lovely scenery!

Trevligt och praktiskt boende väldigt nära längdskidspåren. En kort promenad till skidbacken och möjligt att åka skidor fram till boendet. Värden var mycket hjälpsam och flexibel.

Fint boende, ligger bra med närhet till backarna och lätt att ta sig till byn.

Wij hebben werkelijk genoten van het mooie, warme Scandinavische huis. We voelden ons direct thuis. Heerlijke ruimtes, mooie grote keuken, gezellige living met hoekbank met een prachtig uitzicht over het meer van Åre. De bedden lagen prima en fijn dat er twee badkamers zijn waarvan 1 met sauna. Het huis ligt heel gunstig. De skibus stopt op 1 min lopen, de supermarkt is 800 m verderop, en je bent zo bij de skipistes. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug. Fredrik en ook beheerder Magnus dank voor de gastvrijheid, wij kijken terug op een super vakantie.

Vi hade en supertrevlig vistelse! Väldigt mysig stuga med fin utsikt. Agneta var mycket hjälpsam och vänlig! Fina skidspår ca 10 min promenad bort, eller 2 min med bil. Rekommenderar varmt!

Schöne Hütte, alles gut. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Loipen und kleines Skigebiet sehr nah. Supermarkt aber ca. 10-15 Min. mit dem Auto entfernt. Lediglich ein Föhn hat gefehlt, den der Gastgeber aber besorgen möchte :-) Kann die Hütte auf jeden Fall empfehlen.

Amazing week in Ulrikas great house. Great ski- in and ski-out. Panoramic views, excellent facilities, very responsive host. A week with perfect snow, and a great house as a base to explore the slopes of Åre.

Apartment is great and location is perfect if you love to ski! Just hit the slopes directly from the apartment. Owner is helpful and friendly. There is enough space for two families in same apartment.

Rent og pent, koselig leilighet som svarte til forventningene. Enkel og fin kommunikasjon, anbefales. Flott utsikt!

Beautiful apartment, great location and a friendly host - we enjoyed our time here immensely. Being able to walk to the apartment in just a couple of minutes, after a long day on the slopes, felt like a luxury. Spacious and bright, this apartment is perfect for relaxing with a cup of coffee looking out the windows on a snowy day. Looks even more spacious live than it did on the photos.

Nice, clean and very fresh appartement with easy direct ski access to Hermelinliften and Sadelexpressen. Easy to check in and out. We surely recommend the place!

Fantastisk fin lägenhet på toppen i huset. Fin utsikt! 50m till backen och sen glider man ner till liften i tegefjäll. Fanns allt man behövde och lite till, kommer gärna tillbaka 🙌

Nice apartment in good location! Only one shower but worked out fine, even with teenagers. Two bedrooms were with partly lower roof, so they were not the most popular ones 😅 kitchen had everything we needed!

Perfekt beliggenhet med ski in/ski out, som gjorde skiferien utrolig enkel og bekymringsfri. Hyggelig og komfortabelt opphold – anbefales!

Ett jättefint boende med ett bra ski-in ski-out läge nära Vargen-liften. Hyresvärden skickade bra och uttömmande instruktioner innan incheckning som var värdefulla. Tyvärr hade städningen missats när vi skulle checka in. Hyresvärden svarade dock snabbt på meddelandet och ordnade med städning nästa dag (trots att det var nyårsafton). Sånt kan hända och det ordnade sig väl! Skön sovkomfort, bra plats i hallen med bra förvaringsmöjligheter. Välsorterat kök, men lite fler tallrikar och skålar skulle inte ha skadat:). Bor gärna här fler gånger👍!

We spent a fabulous week in this beautiful cabin immersed in stunning scenery. The cabin is very comfortable and offers gorgeous views of surrounding countryside. The hot tub was a particular highlight. It is mainly open plan with 2 bedrooms and a 3rd sleeping area on the mezzanine floor. We went skiing in Are and found the drive to and from straightforward. We had a 4x4 which was very useful given the snowy cold conditions. The local town of Järpen was also a great place to visit with a couple of supermarkets and a cafe. We enjoyed nights playing scrabble by the fire and relaxing. The cabin also had good tech with Bluetooth speakers and chromecast tv.

Väldigt mysigt hus med stor social yta. Passade oss med två barn perfekt. Skönt med separat tv-rum på loftet. Härligt välutrustat kök. Vi spenderade dagarna i Åre eller Trillevallen och då ligger huset perfekt.

Vackert boende med fin utsikt över Åresjön på gångavstånd från Sadelexpressen. Spenderade en vecka där med familjen (två barn). Sammie var väldigt hjälpsam och svarade snabbt på frågor. Bra läge men kräver fyrhjulsdrift och (eventuellt) snökedjor vid isiga dagar. Kan varmt rekommendera.

Our recent family stay at Marie's and Gösta's house over the winter holidays was absolutely great. The house itself, the facilities, surrounding area and nature were all we could hope for and more. It allowed us to really disconnect from work, enjoy family time, and come back refreshed. We could have moved right in and stayed much longer, it was perfect. We can only highly recommend the house and our hosts, it was truly one of the best stay's we had in many years. Thank you once again.

We had a wonderful week in Åre. We were looking for a real winter - we got it. In addition to that we enjoyed the wonderful house, the stunning view and the comfort and high quality equipment the house has to offer. We felt very comfortable there. Henrik was an excellent host. Always reachable, he helped where questions were and he knew where to go and where ro buy stuff. Surely it feels like a „need-to-come-back-stay“. Thank you so much.
