Fui con un amigo a pasar unos dias y superó nuestras expectativas. La casa era exactamente igual que en las fotos, incluso en persona es más grande. Juan nos dio un montón de sitios para comer por distintas zonas de Madrid y la comunicación ha sido rápida y fluida. Sin duda volveríamos a elegir esta casa para próximos viajes.

Great property that was private and close to the supermarket and transport links. Nacho was a great host, really went out of his way to be accommodating and helpful throughout the trip.

This is a great private house located south of Madrid. The living room is a very generous size and has all the amenities listed. Located in a residential areas makes this a very quiet and practical place to stay.

Alojamiento tal cual se ve en más fotos. Muy cómodo y en una zona tranquila, se descansa muy bien y tienes aparcamiento en la puerta siempre. La comunicación con los anfitriones muy buena, respoden rápido. Para repetir.

Joanna's place was perfect for our stay in Madrid. Although it rained and we couldn't really use the outdoor terrace, I believe in better weather it would have been a lovely space to sit out and have some wine. Close to the everything. Grocery store right across the street. Very secure building. Joanna was easy to connect with. Would totally recommend for a place that is centrally located to visit this amazing city.

Miguel’s place was the best place we stayed at during our 2 week vacation in Spain. Stunning spacious home with high ceilings, great decor, a beautiful patio, and all the amenities you need! Walking distance to restaurants and tons of vintage shopping. María (co-host) was super responsive the entire time and we were able to do a slightly earlier check-in as well. We loved this home so much and would book it again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much for the great stay!

El apartamento nos resultó muy práctico, llegamos con facilidad y pudimos guardar el coche toda la estancia ya que la comunicación con el centro es buenísima con el metro. Todo estaba correcto, limpio y preparado para usar, con mucho menaje en la cocina. Ambiente agradable gracias a la calefacción que funcionaba perfectamente. No lo usamos por el clima pero vimos que tenia también aire acondicionado en los dos pisos. Tiene una terraza que hubiera sido genial pero el tiempo no nos acompañó y la lluvia nos impidió usarla. Considero importante destacar que las ventanas no tienen persiana todas con lo cual entra luz al amanecer. Esto según gusto puede ser un punto a favor o en contra pero creo que es importante saberlo.

I had a wonderful stay here. This is a clean, cozy, comfortable apartment. It’s in the rear of the building, so there is no street noise, and there is a nice small patio for when the weather is good. The location is excellent and provides a perfect base for enjoying and exploring Madrid. Maria and Jesus are great hosts and gave me lots of excellent suggestions for the neighborhood and beyond. I hope to return!

Lindo departamento, limpio y muy cómodo para los 5. Todo impecable, muy buena ubicación, caminando se llega a todos los sitios turísticos de Madrid. Muchas tiendas y restaurantes alrededor, todo seguro. El recibimiento de Clara y la comunicación siempre fue óptima. Volvería sin duda.

Fran y Isabel’s flat was amazing. The 2 terraces were beautiful and just like the pictures. Lots of space for our family and in the middle of town. A short walk to the Bernabéu for a match, and close to multiple Metro stations. The flat was clean and inviting, and Francisco was very responsive and good with communication. They even provided a city guide with great recommendations!

Our stay was fantastic, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. Easy access to the metro and wonderful eateries, it was walkable, and had a nice balcony overlooking the park (which is the perfect place for families). This was such a comfortable retreat to relax in at the end of a day in Madrid! Carlos was exceptionally helpful and friendly. We hope to return!

Apartamento muy cómodo, calentito y que tiene de todo. Carlos muy amable con todo y atento. Si volvemos, sera nuestra principal opción. Se agradecería que las almohadas del sofá cama fueran igual de buenas que las de la habitación (que eran muy muy cómodas).

Todo estupendo, el alojamiento es tal y cual se muestra y describe, los propietarios han estado atentos en todo momento. Zona muy tranquila y bien conectada por bus y Cercanías. Muy recomendable para moverse por la zona.

Nati was a great host. She met with us the morning that we arrived and covered all relevant/important information regarding the lodging facility, area, transportation options...etc. We enjoyed the location and learned quickly how to use the local transportation options (metro, bus service, taxi service...etc..). The location was quiet at night and we felt comfortable regarding all amenities provided in the apartment.

Nous avions loué le logement d Edouardo pour aller visiter l université européenne de Madrid et visiter Madrid. Je vous conseille cet appartement très pratique et bien situé. Bruno

Muy conveniente para una familia con 3 niños que se va a estar moviendo en coche por Madrid y alrededores de la zona norte. Perfectamente equipado. Comunicación muy buena.

We loved the apartment! It was spotless, the bed/bedroom were extremely comfortable, and the double paned window in the bedroom was fabulous, it blocked a ton of noise from the street below. We both work while traveling so we appreciated the double work station and the area to take a break and stretch or exercise 🤓 The metro line is right outside the door which was very convenient for getting to the more touristy parts of town. There are a bunch of restaurants, grocery, bakeries nearby, unfortunately we are gluten free so we couldn’t indulge but they looked tasty. While we were out of town Ra handled receiving my luggage delivery from the airport and even delivered it to the apt which was truly a huge help! We did not realize while booking there is not a living room. We didn’t mind, but good to know. Really a great place to stay with nice additions like shampoo/body soap, coffee, cooking oil etc. The hosts were fabulous, we would definitely return!

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. The host was also kind enough to let us check in late without any extra fee. Thanks for a very comfortable day.
